The middle of the second gas cylinder pipe 26 is provided with a partition ring plate, the partition ring plate is positioned on the front side of the airflow hole, the outer wall of the guide rail pipe 25, the inner wall of the second gas cylinder pipe 26, the partition ring plate and the partition plate are enclosed to form a high-pressure gas chamber, high-pressure gas is conveyed into the high-pressure gas chamber through the airflow hole, and the high-pressure gas in the high-pressure gas chamber pushes the second gas cylinder pipe 26 to move forwards relative to the guide rail pipe 25.
As shown in fig. 5, further, a first return spring 27 is further disposed in the second air cylinder tube 26, the first return spring 27 is sleeved on the guide rail tube 25, and the front end of the first return spring 27 is fixed to the guide rail tube 25, and the rear end thereof is fixed to the partition ring plate; when the second cartridge tube 26 moves forward relative to the rail tube 25, the first return spring 27 is compressed.
The side wall of the stay rod tube 2 is provided with a second electromagnetic switch 23 for deflation, and the second electromagnetic switch 23 is positioned at the joint of the second airway tube 5 and the stay rod tube 2. When the second electromagnetic switch 23 is turned on, the air pressure is reduced, the first return spring 27 is restored from the compressed state to the natural state, and the second air cylinder pipe 26 is driven to move backward relative to the guide rail pipe 25.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment, a stopper 240 is disposed at the bottom branch of the first shunt passage and the second shunt passage, a third electromagnetic switch 24 is disposed on the side wall of the strut tube 2 at the position corresponding to the stopper 240, and the third electromagnetic switch 24 controls the stopper 240 to switch and control to block the first shunt passage or the second shunt passage. The third electromagnetic switch 24 and the stop block 240 can realize automatic management of the first shunt passage and the second shunt passage, and are safe, reliable and efficient.
As shown in fig. 9, 10 and 11, the positioning rod 29 is L-shaped, the end of the short side of the positioning rod 29 of the front movable assembly 2001 is rotatably sleeved on the end of the second air tube 26, and the two positioning rods 29 and the guide rail tube 25 are located on the same plane; the mounting rod 36 penetrates the right angle turn of the positioning rod 29.
Specifically, the end of the short side of the positioning rod 29 of the front movable assembly 2001 is rotatably sleeved on the front end of the second air cylinder pipe 26, and the long side thereof faces forward; the positioning rod 29 of the rear movable assembly 2002 has a short side end rotatably fitted over the rear end of the second air tube 26 and a long side facing rearward.
The front movable assembly 2001 further comprises a rotary air cylinder 42, the rotary air cylinder 42 is formed in a sector housing shape, and the rotary air cylinder 42 is sleeved on the front extension section 250 of the guide rail pipe 25. The front extension section 250 is provided with an air flow hole and communicated to the rotary air cylinder 42. The long side of the positioning rod 29 of the front movable assembly 2001 is inserted into the edge of the rotary air cylinder 42. When the rotary air cylinder 42 rotates, the positioning rod 29 of the front movable assembly 2001 is driven to rotate, and the mounting rod of the front movable assembly 2001 is driven to rotate.
The front extension section 250 is sleeved with a torsion spring 41, the front end of the torsion spring is fixed to the front extension section 250, and the rear end of the torsion spring is fixed to the rotary air cylinder 42.
Further, a second electromagnetic switch 23 for air release is arranged on the side wall of the stay bar tube 2 at the joint of the second air channel tube 5 and the stay bar tube 2; when the second electromagnetic switch 23 is turned on, the first return spring 27 is restored from the compressed state to the natural state. When the second electromagnetic switch 23 is turned on, the air pressure in the stay rod tube 2 is relieved, and the torsion spring 41 is recovered from the twisted state; driving the handrail body 1 to reset.
As shown in fig. 6, 7, 8, and 9, in one embodiment, the rear mobility assembly 2002 further comprises a swivel stem 33, a fourth airway tube 35, and a third airway tube 37; the end of the short side of the positioning rod 29 of the rear movable assembly 2002 is rotatably sleeved at the rear end of the second air cylinder pipe 26, and the long side faces backwards; the positioning rod 29 of the rear movable assembly 2002 penetrates one end of the rotating sleeve rod 33; the rotating sleeve rod 33 is hollow inside and vertically sleeved on the rear extending section 252; the fourth air duct 35 communicates the rotary loop bar 33 with the mounting bar 36 of the rear movable assembly 2002; an end of the third air tube pipe 37 is fixed to the positioning rod 29.
An airflow hole is formed in the side wall of the mounting rod 36 of the rear movable assembly 2002, and a closed air chamber is formed between the mounting rod 36 of the rear movable assembly 2002 and the third air cylinder pipe 37; the closed air chamber is communicated with the airflow hole, and a second return spring 38 is arranged at the left side of the closed air chamber.
The pneumatic device 300 further comprises a third air channel pipe 6, and the third air channel pipe 6 is communicated with the air pump 3 and the stay bar pipe 2 positioned at the rear side; the air flow of the air pump 3 is communicated to the mounting rod 36 through the stay rod tube 2, the rear extension section 252, the rotary loop bar 33 and the third air channel tube 6; and flows into the closed air chamber from the air flow hole of the mounting rod 36, pushing the mounting rod 36 to move leftward or rightward relative to the third air cylinder tube 37.
A second return spring 38 is provided on the left side of the closed air chamber, and the left end of the second return spring 38 is fixed to the mounting rod 36 of the rear movable assembly 2002 and the right end thereof is fixed to a third air tube 37 of the rear movable assembly 2002. When the high-pressure gas of the air pump 3 pushes the mounting rod 36 to move relative to the mounting rod 36, the second return spring 38 is compressed. Further, the stay tube 2 at the rear side is provided with a fourth electromagnetic switch 34 for pressure relief, the fourth electromagnetic switch 34 is in a normally closed state, and when the fourth electromagnetic switch 34 is opened, the second return spring 38 is gradually restored from the compressed state and drives the armrest body 1 to return.
Preferably, the armrest system of the present application further includes a controller, and the controller controls the air pump 3 and all the electromagnetic switches, controls the air pump 3 to be turned on and off, and controls all the electromagnetic switches to be turned on and off.
The handrail system has the advantages that the structural design is ingenious, the guide rail pipe 25 is kept still when the handrail system is adjusted in the front and back direction, and the second air cylinder pipe 26 moves along the guide rail pipe 25; when the air cylinder pipe 37 is adjusted left and right, the third air cylinder pipe 37 is kept still, the mounting rod passes through the third air cylinder pipe 37 to move left and right, and the upper and lower, the front and back, the left and right and the rotation are integrated into a whole through different connection relations and relative movement relations.
The detailed working principle of the application is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, when the handrail body 1 moves up and down, the high-pressure air of the air pump 3 is divided into two first air tube pipes 7 through the first air channel pipe and the dividing pipe 9, so as to push the stay bar pipe 2 to move upward, and the stay bar pipe 2 drives the handrail body 1 to move upward. When the handrail needs to move downwards, the exhaust port is opened to release pressure, and the handrail body 1 moves downwards to complete the up-and-down movement.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, when adjusting back and forth, the third electromagnetic switch 24 is first turned on, and the control block 240 blocks the passage flowing to the forward extending section 250, so that the passage flowing to the middle section 251 is unblocked; the high-pressure air of the air pump 3 enters the guide rail pipe 25 through the stay bar pipe 2 positioned at the front side, enters the air chamber 28 through the airflow hole, pushes the second air tube 26 to move forward along the guide rail pipe 25, and the second air tube 26 drives the handrail body 1 to move forward. The distance of advance is controlled by controlling the amount of gas admitted. If the handrail moves backwards, the second electromagnetic switch 23 exhausts air and releases pressure, the handrail body 1 is pulled back by the first return spring 27, and the backward movement distance is controlled by controlling the exhaust amount, namely the forward and backward movement is completed.
As shown in fig. 6, 7, 8 and 9, during left-right adjustment, the high-pressure air of the air pump 3 reaches the third rubber valve 31 through the third air passage tube 6, and when reaching a certain air pressure threshold, the third rubber valve 31 is flushed open, the air enters the stay tube 2 at the rear side, then enters the rear extension section 252, then enters the air passage in the mounting rod 36 of the rear movable assembly 2002 through the inner cavity of the rotary sleeve rod 33 and the fourth air passage tube 35, and then enters the third air tube 37 through the air hole of the mounting rod 36. The third air tube 37 is fixed, the air pushes the installation rod 36 to slide leftwards, if the installation rod needs to be reset, the fourth electromagnetic switch 34 is switched on to exhaust and release the air, the handrail body 1 is pulled back by the second reset spring 38, the backward moving distance is controlled by controlling the air displacement, and the left and right moving of the handrail body 1 is completed.
As shown in fig. 10, 11 and 12, during the rotation adjustment, the third electromagnetic switch 24 is turned off, so that the stopper 240 is controlled to flow to the front extension section 250, and the passage flowing to the middle section 251 is blocked; the high-pressure air of the air pump 3 enters the front extension section 250 and the rotary air cylinder 42 through the stay bar pipe 2 at the front side, the rotary air cylinder 42 is pushed to rotate along the front extension section 250, and the rotary air cylinder 42 drives the handrail body 1 to rotate. The angle of rotation is controlled by controlling the amount of gas admitted. If the handrail moves backwards, the air is exhausted and the pressure is relieved, the handrail body 1 is pulled back by the torsion spring 41, and the return angle is controlled by controlling the air exhaust amount, so that the rotary movement of the handrail is completed.

Claims (10)
1. An armrest system for a console assembly, comprising:
the handrail system comprises one or two handrail devices (100), wherein each handrail device (100) comprises a handrail body (1), a guide rail pipe (25), a second air cylinder pipe (26), a pair of strut pipes (2) and a movable device (200); the auxiliary instrument board assembly is provided with a storage cavity below the armrest body (1);
the pair of stay bar pipes (2) are arranged at intervals in the front-back direction and are vertically and telescopically inserted into a framework of the auxiliary instrument board assembly (13); the guide rail pipe (25) is arranged at the top ends of the pair of stay bar pipes (2) in a spanning manner; the second air cylinder pipe (26) is sleeved on the guide rail pipe (25), and the second air cylinder pipe (26) can move along the length direction of the guide rail pipe (25);
the movable device (200) comprises a front movable assembly (2001) and a rear movable assembly (2002), the front movable assembly (2001) and the rear movable assembly (2002) respectively comprise a mounting rod (36) and a positioning rod (29), one end of the positioning rod (29) is rotatably and vertically sleeved on the second air cylinder pipe (26), and the mounting rod (36) can move in the left-right direction and vertically penetrate through the corresponding positioning rod (29); the armrest body (1) is fixed on the mounting rods (36) of the front movable assembly (2001) and the rear movable assembly (2002).
2. The armrest system for a center console assembly as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the armrest system comprises two armrest devices (100) which are arranged in bilateral symmetry, and a pair of stay bar pipes (2) of each armrest device (100) are inserted into the left side edge or the right side edge of a framework of the auxiliary instrument panel assembly (13).
3. The armrest system for a center console assembly as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the armrest system further comprises a pneumatic device (300), the pneumatic device (300) comprising an air pump (3); airflow channels are arranged in the guide rail pipe (25), the support rod pipe (2) and the mounting rod (36);
the air pump (3) outputs high-pressure air, and directly or indirectly controls the second air tube (26) to move along the guide rail tube (25), controls the positioning rod (29) to vertically rotate relative to the second air tube (26) and controls the mounting rod (36) to move left and right along the positioning rod (29) through a plurality of air channel tubes and air flow channels of the guide rail tube (25), the support rod tube (2) and the mounting rod (36).
4. A console assembly armrest system according to claim 3, wherein: the handrail device (100) further comprises two first air cylinder pipes (7) arranged at intervals, and the bottoms of the first air cylinder pipes (7) are communicated through a shunt pipe (9); the pair of strut pipes (2) are inserted into the two first air tube pipes (7) from top to bottom one by one;
the pneumatic device (300) further comprises a first air channel pipe (4), and the first air channel pipe (4) is communicated with the air pump (3) and the shunt pipe (9); the shunt pipe (9) is also provided with an exhaust port (14) which can be opened and closed.
5. The armrest system for a center console assembly as set forth in claim 4, wherein: a first rubber valve (8) is arranged at the interface of the first air channel pipe (4) and the shunt pipe (9), and when the air pressure of the first air channel pipe (4) exceeds a set threshold value, the first rubber valve (8) is opened; the exhaust port (14) is provided with an exhaust valve (11) and a first electromagnetic switch (10), and the first electromagnetic switch (10) is used for controlling the opening and closing of the exhaust valve (11).
6. A console assembly armrest system according to claim 3, wherein: the two ends of the guide rail pipe (25) are closed, the guide rail pipe extends out from the top ends of the pair of strut pipes (2) to the two sides, and the guide rail pipe (25) is divided into a front extension section (250), a middle section (251) and a rear extension section (252);
the pneumatic device (300) further comprises a second air channel pipe (5), and the second air channel pipe (5) is communicated with the air pump (3) and the stay bar pipe (2) positioned on the front side; the inner part of the strut tube (2) positioned at the front side is divided into a first sub-flow passage and a second sub-flow passage along the length direction, only one of the two sub-flow passages is in an open state, and the first sub-flow passage flows to the front extension section (250); the second branch flow passage is communicated to the middle section (251);
the second air pipe (26) is sleeved on the middle section (251) of the guide rail pipe (25), and the middle section (251) is provided with an outwards protruding partition plate; the partition plate seals the rear end of the second air cylinder pipe (26); an airflow hole is formed in the front side, close to the partition plate, of the guide rail pipe (25);
a partition ring plate is arranged in the middle of the second air cylinder pipe (26), the partition ring plate is located on the front side of the airflow hole, the outer wall of the guide rail pipe (25), the inner wall of the second air cylinder pipe (26), the partition ring plate and the partition plate are enclosed to form a high-pressure air chamber, and the high-pressure air chamber pushes the second air cylinder pipe (26) to move forwards relative to the guide rail pipe (25).
7. The armrest system for a center console assembly as set forth in claim 6, wherein: a first reset spring (27) is further arranged in the second air cylinder pipe (26), the first reset spring (27) is sleeved on the guide rail pipe (25), the front end of the first reset spring (27) is fixed on the guide rail pipe (25), and the rear end of the first reset spring is fixed on the partition annular plate; when the second air cylinder pipe (26) moves forwards relative to the guide rail pipe (25), the first return spring (27) is compressed;
a second electromagnetic switch (23) for air release is arranged on the side wall of the stay bar pipe (2), and the second electromagnetic switch (23) is positioned at the joint of the second air channel pipe (5) and the stay bar pipe (2); when the second electromagnetic switch (23) is turned on, the first return spring (27) is restored from the compressed state to the natural state.
8. The armrest system for a center console assembly of claim 7, wherein: the bottom bifurcations of the first branch flow passage and the second branch flow passage are provided with a stop block (240), the side wall of the strut tube (2) at the position corresponding to the stop block (240) is provided with a third electromagnetic switch (24), and the third electromagnetic switch (24) controls the stop block (240) to switch and control the stop block to block the first branch flow passage or the second branch flow passage.
9. The armrest system for a center console assembly as set forth in claim 6, wherein: the positioning rod (29) is L-shaped, the end part of the short side of the positioning rod (29) of the front movable assembly (2001) can be rotatably sleeved at the front end of the second air cylinder pipe (26), and the two positioning rods (29) and the guide rail pipe (25) are positioned on the same plane; the mounting rod (36) penetrates through a right-angle turn of the positioning rod (29);
the front movable assembly (2001) further comprises a rotary air cylinder (42), the rotary air cylinder (42) is in a sector shell shape, and the rotary air cylinder (42) is sleeved on the front extending section (250) of the guide rail pipe (25); the front extension section (250) is provided with an airflow hole and is communicated with the rotary air cylinder (42); the long edge of the positioning rod (29) of the front movable assembly (2001) penetrates through the edge of the rotary air cylinder (42);
the front extension section (250) is sleeved with a torsion spring (41), the front end of the torsion spring is fixed on the front extension section (250), and the rear end of the torsion spring is fixed on the rotary air cylinder (42).
10. The armrest system for a center console assembly of claim 9, wherein: the rear movable assembly (2002) further comprises a rotary loop bar (33), a fourth air channel pipe (35) and a third air channel pipe (37); the end part of the short side of the positioning rod (29) of the rear movable assembly (2002) is rotatably sleeved at the rear end of the second air cylinder pipe (26); the positioning rod (29) of the rear movable assembly (2002) penetrates one end of the rotating sleeve rod (33); the rotating loop bar (33) is hollow inside and vertically sleeved on the rear extending section (252); the fourth air channel pipe (35) is communicated with the rotary sleeve rod (33) and the mounting rod (36) of the rear movable assembly (2002); the end part of the third air cylinder pipe (37) is fixed on the positioning rod (29);
an airflow hole is formed in the side wall of the mounting rod (36) of the rear movable assembly (2002), and a closed air chamber is formed between the mounting rod (36) of the rear movable assembly (2002) and the third air cylinder pipe (37); the closed air chamber is communicated with the airflow hole, and a second return spring (38) is arranged at the left side of the closed air chamber;
the pneumatic device (300) further comprises a third air channel pipe (6), and the third air channel pipe (6) is communicated with the air pump (3) and the stay bar pipe (2) positioned at the rear side; the air flow of the air pump (3) is communicated to the mounting rod (36) through the support rod pipe (2), the rear extension section (252), the rotary loop bar (33) and the third air channel pipe (6); and flows into the closed air chamber from the airflow hole of the mounting rod (36) to push the mounting rod (36) to move left and right relative to the third air cylinder pipe (37).
