Claims (9)

1. A functional product with the effects of strengthening physique and resisting aging is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
8-16 parts of fish collagen peptide, 5-10 parts of moringa oleifera leaf powder, 15-25 parts of cranberry powder, 5-10 parts of spirulina powder, 4-6 parts of medlar powder, 4-6 parts of kudzu vine root powder, 2-4 parts of theanine, 2-4 parts of liquorice powder and 60-80 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide.
2. The functional product according to claim 1, wherein the fish collagen peptide is derived from the fish scale of tilapia.
3. The functional product according to claim 1, wherein the fish collagen peptide has a molecular weight of 180-500 Da.
4. The functional product according to claim 1, wherein the raw material further comprises:
11-3 parts of vitamin B.
5. The functional product according to claim 4, wherein the functional product comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
12 parts of fish collagen peptide, 8 parts of moringa leaf powder, 20 parts of cranberry powder, 6 parts of spirulina powder, 5 parts of medlar powder, 5 parts of kudzu root powder, 3 parts of theanine, 3 parts of licorice powder, 70 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide and 12 parts of vitamin B.
6. The functional product according to claim 1, wherein the raw material further comprises: 10-15 parts of fruit powder.
7. The functional product according to claim 6, wherein the fruit powder is selected from any one of apple powder, orange powder, pineapple powder and peach powder.
8. A method for preparing a functional product according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
(a) mixing the raw materials to obtain a mixture;
(b) and sterilizing the mixture, and bagging to obtain the functional product.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the sterilization is pasteurization.
