Abstract
The invention discloses a functional product with the effects of strengthening physique and resisting aging and a preparation method thereof, wherein the functional product comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-16 parts of fish collagen peptide, 5-10 parts of moringa oleifera leaf powder, 15-25 parts of cranberry powder, 5-10 parts of spirulina powder, 4-6 parts of medlar powder, 4-6 parts of kudzu vine root powder, 2-4 parts of theanine, 2-4 parts of liquorice powder and 60-80 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide; through the selection of the raw materials, the functional product can improve the physiological functions of internal organs of a user under the synergistic action of the raw materials, accelerate the metabolism, and further effectively enhance the physique and the immunity of the human body; in addition, the functional product can supplement various nutrient substances for human bodies, and meanwhile, has the effects of removing free radicals, activating cell activity and the like, and achieves the purposes of resisting fatigue and aging and promoting damage repair.

The moringa leaf powder has the effects of reducing blood sugar, blood fat and blood pressure, resisting tumors, resisting oxidation, relaxing bowels, promoting urination, expelling parasites, improving sleep and the like, and can enhance the immunologic function of a human body, delay senility and prevent diseases after being eaten for a long time.

Comparative example 3
The comparative example is a functional product having the effects of building up body and resisting aging, which is substantially the same as the functional product having the effects of building up body and resisting aging of example 2 except that the fish collagen peptide is replaced with soybean peptide.
The preparation method of the functional product with the effects of strengthening physique and resisting aging is the same as that in the example 2.
Examples of the experiments
1. Experiment for exhaustion of mouse swimming
The experimental principle is as follows: the improvement of the exercise endurance is the most direct expression of the strengthening of the anti-fatigue capability, and the swimming time can reflect the degree of the exercise fatigue of the animals;
experimental equipment: swimming boxes, electronic balances, lead covers;
experimental materials: examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were functional products having the body-building and anti-aging effects, and physiological saline;
the experimental method comprises the following steps:
weighing adult mice of the same male batch respectively, and coating lead on the tail root system of the mice according to the weight, wherein the load is 5 percent of the weight of the mice;

50 female volunteers were selected in an accumulated way, and the age was 32-53 years old; randomized into 7 groups, group 1, 8; groups 2-7, each group comprising 7 persons; the groups 1 to 4 take the functional products of the embodiments 1 to 4; the 5 th to 7 th groups take the functional products of the comparative examples 1 to 3;
the taking method comprises the following steps: twice a day, 3g each time; taking with warm water; continuously taking for 45 days, respectively measuring wrinkle depth of each volunteer before and after taking, measuring for 3 times, calculating average value, and recording average wrinkle depth before taking as A and average wrinkle depth after taking as B; the relative value of each volunteer is B/A multiplied by 100%; then, the average relative value of each group is calculated, and the calculation result is shown in table 2;

2. The functional product according to claim 1, wherein the fish collagen peptide is derived from the fish scale of tilapia.
3. The functional product according to claim 1, wherein the fish collagen peptide has a molecular weight of 180-500 Da.

5. The functional product according to claim 4, wherein the functional product comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
