However, the solutions in the related art have at least the following drawbacks:
because the glue can exert the best effect under the specific temperature and humidity, temperature and humidity adjusting equipment needs to be arranged in an installation site, the temperature and humidity of the site are ensured to meet the requirements of a bonding process, and the production cost is increased;
the cost of the adhesive is high, so the cost of the adopted adhesive process is high;
the bonding process has glue drying time, and other procedures in the carriage cannot be operated in the glue drying time, so that the assembly production efficiency of the whole vehicle is influenced;
when the maintenance of the vehicle window 200 is needed to be replaced in the later period, the vehicle window 200 can be taken down only after the third adhesive layer 310 and the sealing adhesive layer 320 are removed, and the bonding process is repeated again after a new vehicle window 200 is replaced, so that the replacement and maintenance are difficult, the time consumption is long, and the efficiency is seriously influenced. In one embodiment, the time required to remove and clean the third adhesive glue layer 310 and the sealant layer 320 is approximately 4 hours; the bonding construction time of the third adhesive layer 310 between the vehicle window 200 and the vehicle body section 100 after the replacement is about 2 hours; the time for drying the adhesive after bonding is about 24 hours; the construction time of the sealant layer 320 needs about 1.5; the time for the motor car to be incapable of being driven after sealing is about 12 hours; the total time required to replace the window 200 once is about 43.5 hours, and thus the workload is very large and the efficiency is low.
In view of this, the present application aims to provide a carriage and a rail vehicle, so as to shorten the time for mounting and dismounting a window and a vehicle body section bar and improve the assembly efficiency.

The whole is first placed at a window position provided on the vehicle compartment from the outside of the vehicle compartment so that the side of the vehicle window 600 is opposed to the first face 510; pre-fastening the body profile 500 with the first sub-connector 710 using the second fastener 740; then, the adjusting shim 750 can be inserted between the body profile 500 and the first sub-connector 710 inside the vehicle compartment, and the outside glass 610 of the adjusting window 600 is flush with the first end of the first face 510 of the body profile 500; finally, the second fastening member 740 is fastened, and a sealant is applied between the window 600 and the vehicle body section 500 to seal the gap between the window 600 and the vehicle body section 500, so that the window 600 is installed.
The fastener is adopted to be connected fixedly with connecting piece 700 detachable and automobile body section bar 500 in this embodiment, can save the installation and the takedown time of door window 600 greatly, improves the operating efficiency. Moreover, the connecting position of the fastener in the connecting piece 700 avoids the arrangement of the sealing adhesive layer 660, so that the thickness of the sealing adhesive layer 660 is reduced, and the attractiveness and the visible area of the car window are improved.
In one embodiment, the sealant layer 660 requires approximately 1.5 hours to remove and clean; it takes about 1 hour to install and adjust the window 600 using the first and second fastening members 730 and 740; resealing between the window 600 and the body section 500 after installation takes approximately 1.5 hours; the time for the vehicle to fail after sealing is about 12 hours; the total time for replacing the vehicle window 600 is about 16 hours, and compared with the scheme in the related art, the scheme of the embodiment can greatly save the time for installing and disassembling the vehicle window 600 and improve the working efficiency.
Example two
The embodiment provides a railway vehicle, which comprises a plurality of end-to-end carriages, wherein at least one of the carriages adopts the carriage in the first embodiment.
The rail vehicle that this embodiment provided owing to adopted the carriage of above-mentioned embodiment one, consequently can realize the quick installation and the dismantlement between door window and the automobile body section bar, be favorable to raising the efficiency.

Claims (12)

1. A carriage is characterized by comprising a vehicle body section, wherein at least one vehicle window is arranged on the vehicle body section, and the vehicle window is installed on the vehicle body section through a connecting piece;
the vehicle body section includes:
a first face, the window being disposed adjacent a first end of the first face;
the second surface is vertically arranged at the second end of the first surface and is opposite to the car window, the connecting piece is arranged between the second surface and the car window, and the connecting piece is detachably connected with the second surface;
the connecting piece comprises a first sub-connecting piece and a second sub-connecting piece, the first sub-connecting piece is used for connecting the second surface, the second sub-connecting piece is used for connecting the vehicle window, the first sub-connecting piece and the second sub-connecting piece are detachably connected through a first fastening piece, and the first sub-connecting piece and the second surface are detachably connected through a second fastening piece;
the second sub-connector includes:
the body is fixedly adhered to the car window;
the extending part is connected to one side, away from the vehicle window, of the body and extends towards the second surface, a first fixing hole is formed in the extending part, and a second fixing hole is formed in the second surface;
the first sub-connecting piece is provided with a first connecting hole matched with the first fixing hole and a second connecting hole matched with the second fixing hole, the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole are respectively positioned on two adjacent side surfaces of the first sub-connecting piece, and the second connecting hole is arranged on one side, facing the second surface, of the first sub-connecting piece;
the first fastener sequentially penetrates through the first fixing hole and the first connecting hole so that the second sub-connecting piece is detachably connected with the first sub-connecting piece; and the second fastening piece sequentially penetrates through the second fixing hole and the second connecting hole so that the vehicle body section bar is detachably connected with the first sub-connecting piece.
2. A vehicle compartment according to claim 1, wherein the connector is adhesively bonded to the window, the connector being threadably connected to the second face.
3. A carriage as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the extension is located on a side of the body facing away from the first face, and the first sub-connection is located on a side of the extension facing the first face.
4. A carriage as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the first fastener is a screw and the second fastener is a bolt.
5. A carriage as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the first sub-connection comprises:
the profile frame is internally provided with a mounting groove, the surface of the profile frame is provided with a first through hole and a first connecting hole, and the first through hole is a long hole;
the connecting plate, the connecting plate slidable sets up in the mounting groove, be equipped with on the connecting plate the second connecting hole, the second connecting hole with first through-hole looks adaptation.
6. The vehicle compartment according to claim 5, further comprising an interior panel abutting against the window, the interior panel having a fitting hole provided therein, the fitting hole being disposed opposite to the first fixing hole.
7. A vehicle compartment according to claim 6, wherein a shielding layer for covering the fitting hole is further provided on the outer side of the interior panel.

A carriage as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the second surface is provided with a second through hole, the second through hole is a long hole, the extending direction of the second through hole is perpendicular to the extending direction of the first through hole, the connecting member is provided with a fixing hole, and the fastening member passes through the second through hole and then is fixed in the fixing hole.
9. A carriage as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the window is bonded to the first face by means of a layer of sealant, the connection being located on the side of the layer of sealant remote from the first face.
10. The compartment of claim 9, wherein the body section further comprises a stop tab disposed at a first end of the first face;
