2.17, after the display screen 200 is received by the second feeding transfer platform 1231 located at the second feeding receiving location 12311, the second feeding transfer platform 12311 slides to the second feeding transfer location 12312 again;

Third, a burning system 13 for burning programs on the display screen 200 (please refer to fig. 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8)
The burning system 13 includes a burning carriage 131, a first burning unit 132 and a second burning unit 133.
The burning carrier 131 is disposed horizontally, connected to the loading transfer carrier 121, and has a length direction perpendicular to the loading transfer carrier 121. The burn rack 131 includes a first support structure and a second support structure that are symmetrically disposed.
The first support structure includes a first lower support 1311 and a first upper support 1312 horizontally disposed, the length direction of the first lower support 1311 is consistent with the length direction of the burn rack 131, and the first upper support 1312 is located below the first lower support 1311.
The second supporting structure includes a second lower supporting platform 1313 and a second upper supporting platform 1314, which are horizontally disposed, the length directions of the second lower supporting platform 1313 and the second upper supporting platform 1314 are consistent with the length direction of the burning carriage 131, and the second lower supporting platform 1313 is located below the second upper supporting platform 1314.
The first burning unit 132 includes a first low burning module and a first high burning module. Because of the shielding relationship, the first recording unit 132 is not labeled in detail, and can refer to the second recording unit 133.
The first low-level burning module comprises a plurality of first low-level working sections, a plurality of first low-level burning jigs and a first low-level loading and unloading device.
The plurality of first low level workshop sections are distributed along the length direction of the first low level support table 1311, the plurality of first low level workshop sections are arranged on the first low level support table 1311 in a sliding mode along the width direction of the first low level support table 1311, and the first low level workshop sections comprise a first low level loading and unloading position and a first low level burning position in the sliding direction of the first low level workshop sections. The first low stage is provided with a plurality of stations for placing the display screen 200 along the length direction of the first low stage support 1311. The first low-level section is schematically divided into four sections, and each section of the first low-level section is provided with 4 stations. The logic shunting of being convenient for, 4 stations have in one section just correspond 4 display screens in a bearing dish, and the drive is separately made and is not influenced each other, is favorable to save time.
When the first low-position working section slides to the first low-position loading and unloading position, the first low-position working section is used for loading and unloading the display screen 200, and when the first low-position working section slides to the first low-position burning position, the first low-position working section is used for OTP (one time programmable) on the display screen 200. A plurality of first low level burn record tool for OTP fix the top of setting at first low level workshop section, and its quantity is unanimous with station quantity.
The first low-level loading and unloading device comprises a first low-level loading and unloading sliding rail, a first low-level loading manipulator and a first low-level unloading manipulator. The manipulator of going up unloading separately sets up and can effectively raise the efficiency.
The first low-position feeding and discharging slide rail is arranged on the first supporting structure, the length direction of the first low-position feeding and discharging slide rail is consistent with the length direction of the first supporting structure, and the first low-position feeding and discharging slide rail is located above the first low-position working section. The two ends of the first low-level loading and unloading sliding rail are respectively a first low-level loading end and a first low-level unloading end, and the first low-level loading end is close to the first loading low-level 12231.
The first low-level feeding manipulator is arranged on the first low-level feeding and discharging slide rail in a sliding mode and used for conveying the display screen 200 of the first feeding platform 1223 located at the first feeding low level 12231 to each station of the first low-level working section.
The first burning unit 132 further includes a first low-position deflection detection CCD camera, which is disposed adjacent to the first low-position feeding end, and the first low-position deflection detection CCD camera is used for detecting the position of the display screen 200 adsorbed by the first low-position feeding manipulator.
The first low-level blanking manipulator is arranged on the first low-level feeding and discharging sliding rail in a sliding mode, and is used for taking away the burnt display screen 200 on the first low-level working section located at the first low-level feeding and discharging position and conveying the burnt display screen to the first low-level blanking end.
The first burning unit 132 further includes a plurality of first low-level burning detection components, the number of the first low-level burning detection components is consistent with the number of the stations, and 16 are illustrated in the figure. The first low burning detection component comprises a first low shading plate and a first low burning detection CCD camera. When the first low-order working section is located at the first low-order burning position, the first low-order light shielding plate is located above the working position of the first low-order working section, and the first low-order light shielding plate is used for shielding the display screen 200 located at the first low-order working section. The lens of the first low-position burning detection CCD camera penetrates through the middle of the first low-position light shielding plate, and the first low-position burning detection CCD camera is used for detecting the position of the display screen 200 on the first low-position working section. The first low burning jig is fixedly arranged on one side, close to the first low working section, of the first low light shielding plate.
The first high-level burning module comprises a plurality of first high-level working sections, a plurality of first high-level burning jigs and a first high-level loading and unloading device.
The plurality of first high-order sections are distributed along the length direction of the first high-order support 1312, the plurality of first high-order sections are arranged on the first high-order support 1312 in a sliding mode along the width direction of the first high-order support 1312, each first high-order section comprises a first high-order loading and unloading position and a first high-order burning position in the sliding direction, the first high-order burning positions are located right above the first low-order burning positions, the first high-order loading and unloading positions and the first low-order loading and unloading positions are located on two opposite sides of the first high-order burning positions and the first low-order burning positions respectively, and the first high-order sections and the first low-order sections can be free of interference during loading and unloading. The first high-level section is provided with a plurality of stations for placing the display screen 200 along the length direction of the first high-level support 1312. The first high-level section is schematically divided into four sections, and each section of the first high-level section is provided with 4 stations. When the first high-level working section slides to the first high-level loading and unloading position, the first high-level working section is used for loading and unloading the display screen 200, and when the first high-level working section slides to the first high-level burning position, the first high-level working section is used for OTP (one time programmable) on the display screen 200. A plurality of first high-order burning tools for OTP are fixedly arranged above the first high-order working section, and the number of the first high-order burning tools is consistent with the number of the working stations.
The first high-level loading and unloading device comprises a first high-level loading and unloading sliding rail, a first high-level loading manipulator and a first high-level unloading manipulator.
The first high-level loading and unloading slide rail is arranged on the first supporting structure, the length direction of the first high-level loading and unloading slide rail is consistent with the length direction of the first supporting structure, and the first high-level working section is arranged above the first high-level working section. The two ends of the first high-level loading and unloading sliding rail are respectively a first high-level loading end and a first high-level unloading end, and the first high-level loading end is close to the first loading high-level 12232.
The first high-level feeding manipulator is arranged on the first high-level feeding and discharging sliding rail in a sliding mode and used for conveying the display screen 200 of the first feeding platform 1223 located at the first feeding high level 12232 to each station of the first high-level working section.
The first burning unit 132 further includes a first high-position deflection detection CCD camera, which is disposed adjacent to the first high-position feeding end, and the first high-position deflection detection CCD camera is used for detecting the position of the display screen 200 adsorbed by the first high-position feeding manipulator.
The first high-level blanking manipulator is arranged on the first high-level feeding and discharging sliding rail in a sliding mode, and the first high-level blanking manipulator is used for taking away the burnt display screen 200 on the first high-level working section located at the first high-level feeding and discharging position and conveying the burnt display screen to the first high-level blanking end.
The first burning unit 132 further includes a plurality of first high-order burning detection components, the number of the first high-order burning detection components is consistent with the number of the stations, and 16 are illustrated in the figure. The first high burning detection component comprises a first high shading plate and a first high burning detection CCD camera. When the first high-order section is located at the first high-order burning position, the first high-order light shielding plate is located above the station of the first high-order section, and the first high-order light shielding plate is used for shielding the display screen 200 located at the first high-order section. The lens of the first high burning detection CCD camera penetrates through the middle of the first high shading plate, and the first high burning detection CCD camera is used for detecting the position of the display screen 200 on the first high working section. The first high burning jig is fixedly arranged on one side, close to the first high working section, of the first high shading plate.
The second burning unit 133 includes a second lower burning module and a second upper burning module.
The second low-level burning module includes a plurality of second low-level sections 1331, a plurality of second low-level burning jigs, and a second low-level loading and unloading device.
The plurality of second low-level sections 1331 are distributed along the length direction of the second low-level support 1313, the plurality of second low-level sections 1331 are all slidably disposed on the second low-level support 1313 along the width direction of the second low-level support 1313, and the second low-level sections 1331 include a second low-level loading/unloading level 13311 and a second low-level burning level 13312 in the sliding direction thereof. The second lower section 1331 is provided with a plurality of stations for placing the display screen 200 along the length direction of the second lower support 1313. The second low level section 1331 is schematically divided into four sections, each section of the second low level section 1331 being provided with 4 stations. When the second low-level working section 1331 slides to the second low-level loading and unloading position 13311, the second low-level working section 1331 is used for loading and unloading the display screen 200, and when the second low-level working section 1331 slides to the second low-level burning position 13312, the second low-level working section 1331 is used for performing OTP on the display screen 200. A plurality of second low-level burning jigs for OTP are fixedly disposed above the second low-level working section 1331, and the number of the second low-level burning jigs is consistent with the number of the working stations.
The second low-level loading and unloading device comprises a second low-level loading and unloading slide rail 1332, a second low-level loading manipulator 1333 and a second low-level unloading manipulator 1334.
The second low-level loading and unloading slide rail 1332 is disposed on the second support structure, the length direction of the second low-level loading and unloading slide rail 1332 is the same as the length direction of the second support structure, and the second low-level loading and unloading slide rail 1332 is located above the second low-level working section 1331. Two ends of the second low-position loading and unloading sliding rail 1332 are respectively a second low-position loading end 13321 and a second low-position unloading end 13322, and the second low-position loading end 13321 is close to the second loading low position 12331.
The second low-level feeding manipulator 1333 is slidably disposed on the second low-level feeding and discharging slide rail 1332, and the second low-level feeding manipulator 1333 is configured to transport the display screen 200 of the second feeding platform 1233 located at the second feeding low level 12331 to each station of the second low-level working section 1331.
The second recording unit 133 further includes a second low-level deflection detection CCD camera 1335, which is disposed adjacent to the second low-level feeding end 13321, where the second low-level deflection detection CCD camera 1335 is used to detect the position of the display screen 200 adsorbed by the second low-level feeding manipulator 1333. The second lower level feeding robot 1333 includes a second lower level feeding main body portion 13331, two second lower level feeding connection pieces 13334, two second lower level feeding rotation shafts 13332, and two second lower level feeding adsorption assemblies 13333. One side of the second low-level feeding main body portion 13331 is connected to the second low-level feeding and discharging slide rail 1332 in a sliding manner along the horizontal direction, one end of the second low-level feeding connecting member 13334 is connected to the other side of the second low-level feeding main body portion 13331 in a sliding manner along the vertical direction, one end of the second low-level feeding rotating shaft 13332 is connected to the other end of the second low-level feeding connecting member 13334 in a rotating manner, and the second low-level feeding adsorption assembly 13333 is connected to the other end of the second low-level feeding rotating shaft 13332. When the display screen 200 adsorbed by the second low-position loading manipulator 1333 slides over the lens of the second low-position deflection detection CCD camera 1335, the second low-position deflection detection CCD camera 1335 detects the position of the display screen 200, and if the position is detected to be deflected, the second low-position loading rotating shaft 13332 rotates to adjust the position of the second low-position loading adsorbing assembly 13333, and further, the position of the display screen 200 is adjusted.
The second low-level loading absorption assembly 13333 comprises a second low-level loading fixing piece 133331, a second low-level loading connecting piece, a second low-level loading rotating piece 133332 and a plurality of second low-level loading suction heads 133333. The second low-level feeding fixing pieces 133331 are rectangular, the second low-level feeding fixing pieces 133331 are connected with the end of the second low-level feeding rotating shaft 13332 and horizontally arranged, a plurality of parallel long-strip-shaped second low-level feeding fixing holes are formed in the second low-level feeding fixing pieces 133331, and the length direction of the second low-level feeding fixing holes is consistent with the length direction of the second low-level feeding fixing pieces 133331. The second low level material loading connection piece can be dismantled fixed connection with one corner of second low level material loading fixed sheet 133331, and second low level material loading connection piece is provided with a plurality of mounting holes along its length direction. The second low-level feeding rotating piece 133332 is rectangular and is rotatably connected with the second low-level feeding connecting piece through a mounting hole on the second low-level feeding connecting piece, the second low-level feeding rotating pieces 133332 are all provided with elongated second low-level feeding positioning holes, and the length direction of the second low-level feeding rotating pieces is consistent with the length direction of the second low-level feeding rotating pieces 133332. A plurality of second low-level feeding suction heads 133333, wherein the second low-level feeding suction heads 133333 are movably arranged in the second low-level feeding fixing holes and are used for adsorbing the display screen 200; the second low-level feeding suction head 133333 is movably arranged in the second low-level feeding positioning hole and is used for sucking the FPC 300.
The second low-level feeding manipulator 1334 is slidably disposed on the second low-level feeding and discharging slide rail 1332, and the second low-level feeding manipulator 1334 is configured to take away the burned display screen 200 at the second low-level section 1331 of the second low-level feeding and discharging position 13311 and transport the display screen to the second low-level feeding end 13322.
The second low level baiting robot 1334 includes a second low level baiting body 13341, a second low level baiting connector 13342, and two second low level baiting adsorption modules 13343. One side of the second lower blanking main body portion 13341 is connected to the second lower feeding and discharging slide rail 1332 in a sliding manner along the horizontal direction. The second low blanking connector 13342 is provided with three connection ends, namely a first connection end 133421, a second connection end 133422 and a third connection end 133423, and the second connection end 133422 and the third connection end 133423 are symmetrically arranged with respect to the first connection end 133421. The first connecting end 133421 is connected to the other side of the second lower blanking main body portion 13341 in a sliding manner in the vertical direction, and the two second lower blanking suction assemblies 13343 are connected to the second connecting end 133422 and the third connecting end 133423 in a sliding manner in the vertical direction. The two second low-level blanking suction assemblies 13343 are respectively provided with a driving device independently, so that the two second low-level blanking suction assemblies 13343 can slide at the second connecting end 133422 and the third connecting end 133423 independently and respectively. When only one display screen 200 is located at two adjacent stations of the second low station 1331, the second low blanking main body 13341 slides above the two corresponding stations of the second low station 1331, the second low blanking connector 13342 slides downward to make the two second low blanking suction assemblies 13343 approach the two corresponding stations, the second low blanking suction assembly 13343 with the display screen 200 below slides downward to approach the corresponding station, so as to suck the display screen 200, and the second low blanking suction assembly 13343 without the display screen 200 below does not slide again to avoid damaging the stations. The structure of the second lower position blanking suction assembly 13343 is the same as that of the second lower position loading suction assembly 13333, and will not be described herein again.
The second programming unit 133 further includes a plurality of second lower programming detection assemblies 1336, the number of the second lower programming detection assemblies 1336 is the same as the number of the stations, and 16 are illustrated in the figure. The second lower burning detection assembly 1336 includes a second lower light shielding plate 13361 and a second lower burning detection CCD camera 13362. When the second low-level working section 1331 is located at the second low-level burning position 13312, the second low-level light shielding plate 13361 is located above the working position of the second low-level working section 1331, and the second low-level light shielding plate 13361 is used for shielding the display screen 200 located at the second low-level working section 1331, so that the shooting effect is better. The lens of the second low position burning detection CCD camera 13362 is disposed through the middle of the second low position light shielding plate 13361, and the second low position burning detection CCD camera 13362 is used for detecting the position of the display screen 200 on the second low position section 1331. The second low burning jig is fixedly disposed on a side of the second low light shielding plate 13361 close to the second low section 1331.
The second high-level burning module includes a plurality of second high-level sections 1337, a plurality of second high-level burning jigs, and a second high-level loading and unloading device.
The plurality of second high-level sections 1337 are distributed along the length direction of the second high-level support 1314, the plurality of second high-level sections 1337 are all slidably disposed on the second high-level support 1314 along the width direction of the second high-level support 1314, the second high-level sections 1337 include a second high-level loading and unloading position 13371 and a second high-level burning position 13372 in the sliding direction, the second high-level burning position 13372 is located right above the second low-level burning position 13312, and the second high-level loading and unloading position 13371 and the second low-level loading and unloading position 13311 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the second high-level burning position 13372 and the second low-level burning position 13312. The second elevated section 1337 is provided with a plurality of stations for placing the display screen 200 along the length of the second elevated support 1314. The second elevated section 1337 is schematically depicted as being divided into four sections, with each section of the second elevated section 1337 being provided with four stations. When the second high station 1337 slides to the second high loading and unloading station 13371, the second high station 1337 is used for loading and unloading the display screen 200, and when the second high station 1337 slides to the second high burning station 13372, the second high station 1337 is used for OTP operation of the display screen 200. A plurality of second high-level burning jigs for OTP are fixedly arranged above the second high-level working section 1337, and the number of the second high-level burning jigs is consistent with the number of the working stations.
The second high-level loading and unloading device comprises a second high-level loading and unloading sliding rail, a second high-level loading manipulator and a second high-level unloading manipulator.
The second high-level loading and unloading slide rail is arranged on the second support structure, the length direction of the second high-level loading and unloading slide rail is consistent with the length direction of the second support structure, and the second high-level section 1337 is arranged above the second high-level section. The two ends of the second high-level loading and unloading sliding rail are respectively a second high-level loading end and a second high-level unloading end, and the second high-level loading end is close to the second loading high-level 12332.
The second high-level feeding manipulator is slidably disposed on the second high-level feeding and discharging slide rail, and the second high-level feeding manipulator is configured to convey the display screen 200 of the second feeding platform 1233 located at the second feeding high level 12332 to each station of the second high-level working section 1337.
The second burning unit 133 further includes a second high-order deflection detection CCD camera, which is disposed adjacent to the second high-order feeding end, and the second high-order deflection detection CCD camera is used for detecting the position of the display screen 200 adsorbed by the second high-order feeding manipulator.
The second high-level blanking manipulator is arranged on the second high-level feeding and discharging sliding rail in a sliding mode, and the second high-level blanking manipulator is used for taking away the burnt display screen 200 on the second high-level section 1337 located at the second high-level feeding and discharging position and conveying the burnt display screen to the second high-level blanking end.
The second recording unit 133 further includes a plurality of second high-order recording detection components, the number of the second high-order recording detection components is the same as the number of the stations, and 16 are illustrated in the figure. The second high burning detection component comprises a second high shading plate and a second high burning detection CCD camera. When the second high-level section 1337 is located at the second high-level burning station 13372, a second high-level light shielding plate is located above the stations of the second high-level section 1337, and the second high-level light shielding plate is used for shielding the display screen 200 located at the second high-level section 1337. The lens of the second high-order burning detection CCD camera is arranged in the middle of the second high-order light shielding plate in a penetrating manner, and the second high-order burning detection CCD camera is used for position detection of the display screen 200 on the second high-order section 1337. The second high burning jig is fixedly arranged on one side of the second high light shielding plate close to the second high working section 1337.
The process of programming the display screen 200 by the programming system 13 is as follows:
3.1, the first low-level feeding manipulator conveys the display screen 200 of the first feeding platform 1223 positioned at the first feeding low level 12231 to the position above a lens of a first low-level deflection detection CCD camera, adjusts the position of the display screen 200 through a first high-level feeding rotating shaft according to the parameters of the first low-level deflection detection CCD camera, and places the adjusted display screen 200 on each station of a first low-level working section positioned at a first low-level loading and unloading level;
3.2, the first low working section slides to a first low burning position from a first low material loading and unloading position;
3.3, the first low-position burning detection CCD camera detects the position of the display screen 200 on the first low-position working section of the first low-position burning position, and OTP is carried out on the display screen 200 after the position is accurate;
3.4, after the OTP is finished, the first low working section slides to a first low loading and unloading position from the first low burning position;
3.5, taking the display screen 200 on the first low-position working section after OTP away by the first low-position blanking manipulator, and sliding to a first low-position blanking end to wait for blanking;
3.6, the first high-level loading manipulator conveys the display screen 200 of the first loading platform 1223 positioned at the first loading high level 12232 to the position above a lens of a first high-level deflection detection CCD camera, adjusts the position of the display screen 200 through a first high-level loading rotating shaft according to the parameters of the first high-level deflection detection CCD camera, and places the adjusted display screen 200 on each station of a first high-level working section positioned at a first high-level loading and unloading level;
3.7, the first high-level working section slides to a first high-level burning position from a first high-level upper and lower material level;
3.8, the first high-order burning detection CCD camera detects the position of the display screen 200 on the first high-order working section of the first high-order burning position, and OTP is carried out on the display screen 200 after the position is accurate;
3.9, after the OTP is finished, the first high-level working section slides to a first high-level upper and lower material level from a first high-level burning position;
3.10, taking the display screen 200 on the first high-position working section after OTP by the first high-position blanking manipulator, and sliding to the first high-position blanking end to wait for blanking;
3.11, the second low-level loading manipulator 1333 conveys the display screen 200 of the second loading platform 1233 positioned at the second loading low level 12331 to the position above the lens of the second low-level deflection detection CCD camera 1335, adjusts the position of the display screen 200 through the second high-level loading rotating shaft according to the parameters of the second low-level deflection detection CCD camera 1335, and places the adjusted display screen 200 at each station of the second low-level working section 1331 positioned at the second low-level loading and unloading level 13311;
3.12, the second low-level working section 1331 slides to a second low-level burning position 13312 from a second low-level loading and unloading position 13311;
3.13, the second low-level burning detection CCD camera 13362 performs position detection on the display screen 200 on the second low-level working section 1331 at the second low-level burning position 13312, and performs OTP on the display screen 200 after the position is accurate;
3.14, after the OTP is finished, the second low-level working section 1331 slides to a second low-level loading and unloading position 13311 from a second low-level burning position 13312;
3.15, the second low-position blanking manipulator 1334 takes away the display screen 200 on the OTP second low-position working section 1331, and slides to a second low-position blanking end 13322 to wait for blanking;
3.16, the second high-level loading manipulator conveys the display screen 200 of the second loading platform 1233 positioned at the second loading high level 12332 to the position above a lens of the second high-level deflection detection CCD camera, adjusts the position of the display screen 200 through the second high-level loading rotating shaft according to the parameters of the second high-level deflection detection CCD camera, and places the adjusted display screen 200 at each station of the second high-level working section 1337 positioned at the second high-level loading and unloading level 13371;
3.17, the second high station 1337 slides to a second high burning station 13372 from a second high loading and unloading station 13371;
3.18, the second high-order burning detection CCD camera detects the position of the display screen 200 on the second high-order section 1337 at the second high-order burning position 13372, and OTP is carried out on the display screen 200 after the position is accurate;
3.19, after the OTP is finished, the second high working section 1337 slides to a second high loading and unloading position 13371 from a second high burning position 13372;
and 3.20, taking the display screen 200 on the second high-position workshop section 1337 after the OTP by the second high-position blanking manipulator, and sliding to a second high-position blanking end to wait for blanking.
The above steps are repeatedly executed.
Fourth, a discharging transfer mechanism 14 for shunting the burned display screen 200 (please refer to fig. 9)
The blanking relay mechanism 14 includes a blanking relay carrier 141, a first blanking relay unit 142, and a second blanking relay unit 143, and the first blanking relay unit 142 and the second blanking relay unit 143 are symmetrically disposed along a length direction of the blanking relay carrier 141.
The first blanking transferring unit 142 includes a first blanking module, a first blanking transfer module, a first blanking transferring module, and a first NG cache platform 1425.
The first blanking module comprises a first blanking assembly and a first jacking blanking shunting assembly.
The first blanking assembly includes a first blanking slide and a first blanking platform 1421. The first discharging platform 1421 is slidably disposed on the first discharging slide rail, and the first discharging platform 1421 sequentially includes a first discharging low position 14211, a first discharging middle position, and a first discharging high position 14212 on a moving track thereof.
The first jacking blanking shunting assembly comprises a first jacking blanking shunting slide rail and a first jacking blanking shunting platform 1422. The first jacking blanking shunting slide rail is vertically arranged on the blanking transit bearing frame 141 and is located at one end of the first blanking slide rail.
The first discharging transfer module includes a first discharging transfer slide and a first discharging transfer robot 1423. The first skip robot 1423 is slidably disposed on the first skip transfer slide, the first skip transfer platform 1424 includes a first skip transfer loading level 14231 and a first skip transfer unloading level 14232 in the sliding direction thereof, and the first skip transfer loading level 14231 is close to the first skip low level 14211 relative to the first skip transfer unloading level 14232.
The first blanking transfer module includes a first blanking transfer slide and a first blanking transfer platform 1424. The first feeding transfer platform 1424 is slidably disposed on the first feeding transfer slide rail, the first feeding transfer platform 1424 includes a first feeding receiving position 14241 and a first feeding transfer position 14242 in the sliding direction of the first feeding transfer platform 1424, and the first feeding receiving position 14241 is close to the first feeding transfer receiving position 14232 relative to the first feeding transfer position 14242. A first CCD blanking vision system is also disposed at one side of the first blanking index 14242 and is used to detect the position of the display screen 200 on the first blanking transition platform 1424 of the first blanking index 14242.
The first NG buffer 1425 is fixedly disposed on a side of the first blanking transition portion 14242 away from the first blanking receiving portion 14241, and the first NG buffer 1425 is used for receiving the display 200 with failed writing on the first blanking transition platform 1424.
The second blanking transfer unit 143 includes a second blanking module, a second blanking transfer-over module, a second blanking transfer module, and a second NG cache platform 1435.
The second blanking module comprises a second blanking assembly and a second jacking blanking flow dividing assembly.
The second blanking assembly includes a second blanking slide and a second blanking platform 1431. The second blanking platform 1431 is slidably disposed on the second blanking slide rail, and the second blanking platform 1431 sequentially includes a second blanking low position 14311, a second blanking middle position, and a second blanking high position 14312 on a moving track thereof.
The second jacking blanking shunt assembly comprises a second jacking blanking shunt slide rail and a second jacking blanking shunt platform 1432. The second jacking blanking shunt slide rail is arranged on the blanking transit bearing frame 141 along the vertical direction and is located at one end of the second blanking slide rail. The second jacking blanking diversion platform 1432 is slidably disposed on the second jacking blanking diversion slide rail, when the second blanking platform 1431 is located at a second blanking high position 14312, the second jacking blanking diversion platform 1432 is located below the second blanking platform 1431, and the second jacking blanking diversion platform 1432 is configured to lower the second blanking platform 1431 from the second blanking high position 14312 to enable the second blanking platform 1431 to be located at a second blanking middle position.
The second discharging transfer module includes a second discharging transfer slide rail and a second discharging transfer manipulator 1433. The second discharging transfer robot 1433 is slidably disposed on the second discharging transfer slide rail, the second discharging transfer platform 1434 includes a second discharging transfer loading position 14331 and a second discharging transfer unloading position 14332 in the sliding direction thereof, and the second discharging transfer loading position 14331 is close to the second discharging low position 14311 relative to the second discharging transfer unloading position 14332.
The second unloading transfer module includes a second unloading transfer slide rail and a second unloading transfer platform 1434. The second blanking transfer platform 1434 is slidably disposed on the second blanking transfer slide rail, the second blanking transfer platform 1434 includes a second blanking receiving position 14341 and a second blanking transfer position 14342 in the sliding direction of the second blanking transfer platform 1434, and the second blanking receiving position 14341 is close to the second blanking transfer position 14332 relative to the second blanking transfer position 14342. A second CCD blanking vision system is also provided on one side of the second blanking index 14342 and is used to detect the position of the display screen 200 on the second blanking transfer platform 1434 of the second blanking index 14342. A product static electricity removing device is further arranged above the second discharging transfer sliding rail and used for removing static electricity from the display screen 200 on the second discharging transfer platform 1434.
The second NG buffer platform 1435 is fixedly disposed on a side of the second blanking transfer position 14342 away from the second blanking receiving position 14341, and the second NG buffer platform 1435 is configured to receive the display screen 200 with the burn failure on the second blanking transfer platform 1434.
The flow of shunting the burned display screen 200 by the blanking transit mechanism 14 is as follows:
4.1, the second low-level blanking manipulator 1334 conveys the burned display screen 200 at the second low-level section 1331 to a first blanking platform 1421 at a first blanking low level 14211;
4.2, the first blanking transfer manipulator 1423 conveys the display screen 200 on the first blanking platform 1421 located at the first blanking low position 14211 to the first blanking transfer platform 1424 located at the first blanking receiving position 14241;
4.3, after the first blanking transferring platform 1424 located at the first blanking receiving position 14241 receives the display screen 200, sliding from the first blanking receiving position 14241 to the first blanking transferring position 14242, and detecting the position of the display screen 200 on the first blanking transferring platform 1424 by using a first CCD blanking vision system;
4.4, if the display screen 200 on the first unloading transfer platform 1424 of the first unloading transfer position 14242 is successfully burned, waiting for unloading, and if the display screen 200 on the first unloading transfer platform 1424 of the first unloading transfer position 14242 is failed to be burned, transferring to the first NG cache platform 1425;
4.5, after the display screen 200 on the first blanking platform 1421 located at the first blanking low position 14211 is taken away, the first blanking platform 1421 slides from the first blanking low position 14211 to the first blanking middle position;
4.6, the first jacking blanking diversion platform 1422 located below the first blanking platform 1421 rises, so that the first blanking platform 1421 rises from the first blanking middle position to the first blanking high position 14212;
4.7, the second high-level blanking manipulator conveys the burned display screen 200 at the second high-level section 1337 to a first blanking platform 1421 at a first blanking high level 14212;
4.8, after the display screen 200 is received on the first blanking platform 1421 located at the first blanking high position 14212, the first jacking blanking diversion platform 1422 located below the first blanking platform 1421 descends, so that the first blanking platform 1421 is located at the first blanking middle position;
4.9, the first blanking platform 1421 slides from the first blanking middle position to the first blanking low position 14211;
4.10, the first blanking transfer manipulator 1423 conveys the display screen 200 on the first blanking platform 1421 located at the first blanking low position 14211 to the first blanking transfer platform 1424 located at the first blanking receiving position 14241, and detects the position of the display screen 200 on the first blanking transfer platform 1424 by the first CCD blanking vision system;

4.12, the first low-level blanking manipulator conveys the display screen 200 burnt in the first low-level working section to a second blanking platform 1431 at a second blanking low level 14311;
4.13, the second discharging transfer manipulator 1433 conveys the display screen 200 on the second discharging platform 1431 at the second discharging low position 14311 to the second discharging transfer platform 1434 at the second discharging receiving position 14341;
4.14, after the display screen 200 is received by the second blanking transfer platform 1434 located at the second blanking receiving position 14341, the display screen 200 slides to the second blanking transfer position 14342 from the second blanking receiving position 14341, and the position of the display screen 200 on the second blanking transfer platform 1434 is detected by the second CCD blanking vision system;
4.15, if the display screen 200 on the second blanking transit platform 1434 of the second blanking transit position 14342 is successfully burned, waiting for blanking, and if the display screen 200 on the second blanking transit platform 1434 of the second blanking transit position 14342 is failed to be burned, transferring to a second NG cache platform 1435;
4.16, after the display screen 200 on the second blanking platform 1431 at the second blanking low position 14311 is taken away, the second blanking platform 1431 slides from the second blanking low position 14311 to the second blanking middle position;
4.17, the second jacking blanking diversion platform 1432 positioned below the second blanking platform 1431 rises, so that the second blanking platform 1431 rises from the second blanking middle position to a second blanking high position 14312;
4.18, the first high-level blanking manipulator conveys the display screen 200 burnt in the first high-level working section to a second blanking platform 1431 at a second blanking high level 14312;
4.19, after the display screen 200 is received on the second blanking platform 1431 located at the second blanking high position 14312, the second jacking blanking diversion platform 1432 located below the second blanking platform 1431 descends, so that the second blanking platform 1431 is located at the second blanking middle position;
4.20, the second blanking platform 1431 slides from the second blanking middle position to a second blanking low position 14311;
4.21, the second discharging transfer manipulator 1433 conveys the display screen 200 on the second discharging platform 1431 at the second discharging low position 14311 to the second discharging transfer platform 1434 at the second discharging receiving position 14341, and the position of the display screen 200 on the second discharging transfer platform 1434 is detected through the second CCD discharging vision system;
4.22, if the display screen 200 on the second blanking transit platform 1434 of the second blanking transit position 14342 is successfully burned, waiting for blanking, and if the display screen 200 on the second blanking transit platform 1434 of the second blanking transit position 14342 is unsuccessfully burned, transferring to the second NG cache platform 1435.
The above steps are repeatedly executed.
Fifthly, a terminal blanking mechanism 15 for blanking the display screen 200 (please refer to fig. 9)
The terminal blanking mechanism 15 includes a terminal blanking carrier 151, an empty carrier tray transport module 152, a first full carrier tray transport module 153, a second full carrier tray transport module 154, an NG transport module 155, a blanking take-out device, and an empty carrier tray handling structure.
The empty tray transfer module 152, the first full tray transfer module 153, the second full tray transfer module 154, and the NG transfer module 155 are sequentially disposed on the blanking carrier 151 along a length direction of the blanking carrier 151.
The empty tray transport module 152 includes an empty tray transport line 1521 and an empty tray lift platform 1522. The empty carrier tray transport line 1521 includes an empty carrier tray loading position 15211 and an empty carrier tray ascent position 15212 in its transport direction. The empty carrier tray lift platform 1522 is disposed above the empty carrier tray lift 15212 in a vertical direction in a sliding manner, and is configured to lift the empty carrier trays 100 located at the empty carrier tray lift 15212 one by one.
The first full carrier tray transfer module 153 includes a first full carrier tray transfer assembly line 1531 and a first full carrier tray lift platform 1532. First full tray transport line 1531 includes, in its transport direction, a first full tray drop position 15311 and a first full tray drop position 15312 for transporting full trays 100 at first full tray drop position 15312 to first full tray drop position 15311. The first full tray lift platform 1532 is disposed above the first full tray descending position 15312 in a vertical direction in a sliding manner, and is configured to receive empty tray 100 lifted by the empty tray lift platform 1522 one by one, and after the display screen 200 is placed in the empty tray 100, the full tray 100 is lowered to the first full tray descending position 15312 one by one.
The second full carrier tray transfer module 154 includes a second full carrier tray transfer line 1541 and a second full carrier tray lift platform 1542. The second full carrier tray transport line 1541 comprises in its transport direction a second full carrier tray discharge 15411 and a second full carrier tray discharge 15412 for transporting full carrier trays 100 located in the second full carrier tray discharge 15412 to the second full carrier tray discharge 15411. The second full-load tray lifting platform 1542 is disposed above the second full-load tray descending position 15412 in a sliding manner along a vertical direction, and is configured to receive empty load trays 100 lifted by the empty load tray lifting platform 1522 one by one, and after the display screens 200 are placed in the empty load trays 100, the full load trays 100 are lowered one by one to the second full-load tray descending position 15412.
The empty tray carrying structure is slidably disposed above the empty tray lifting platform 1522, the first full tray lifting platform 1532, the second full tray lifting platform 1542 and the NG lifting platform 1552, and is configured to carry empty trays 100 lifted by the empty tray lifting platform 1522 to the first full tray lifting platform 1532, the second full tray lifting platform 1542 and the NG lifting platform 1552 one by one.
The blanking and taking device comprises a blanking and taking portal frame and a blanking and taking manipulator.
The process of the terminal blanking mechanism 15 for blanking the display screen 200 is as follows:
5.1, placing a plurality of empty carrier trays 100 on an empty carrier tray loading position 15211 of an empty carrier tray transmission pipeline 1521, scanning the plurality of empty carrier trays 100 by a code scanner integrally, and after the scanning is finished, the empty carrier tray transmission pipeline 1521 transmits the plurality of empty carrier trays 100 to an empty carrier tray ascending position 15212;
5.2, the empty bearing tray lifting platform 1522 lifts the empty bearing trays 100 positioned at the empty bearing tray lifting position 15212 to the correction device above, and the correction device corrects the bearing trays 100 one by one;
5.3, the empty carrier tray handling structure carries the empty carrier tray 100 corrected by the empty carrier tray ascending position 15212 to the first full carrier tray lifting platform 1532 located above the first full carrier tray descending position 15312;
5.4, the empty carrier platter 100 is again straightened by the straightening device located above the first full carrier platter lift platform 1532;
5.5, the scanner above the first full carrier platter lift platform 1532 scans the empty carrier platter 100 individually;
5.6, starting the first CCD blanking visual system and first blanking infrared light, rotating the blanking and taking manipulator to a proper angle according to the detection parameters of the first CCD blanking visual system, enabling the blanking and taking suction head on the blanking and taking fixing piece and the blanking and taking suction head on the blanking and taking fixing piece to correspond to proper positions of the display screen 200 and the FPC300, taking away the display screen 200 on a first blanking transfer platform 1424 positioned at a first blanking transfer position 14242, rotating the blanking and taking manipulator to an initial position, then clockwise rotating by 90 degrees, and then placing the two display screens 200 in an empty bearing disc 100 on a first full bearing disc lifting platform 1532;
5.7, the unloading reclaimer manipulator returns to the initial position after 90 degrees of anticlockwise rotation, again according to the detection parameter of a CCD unloading visual system, the unloading reclaimer manipulator rotates to suitable angle, make the unloading get the unloading on the unloading material stationary blade get the material suction head and the unloading get the material suction head on the unloading material stationary blade and correspond display screen 200 and FPC300 suitable position, and take away the display screen 200 that is arranged in first unloading transposition 14242's first unloading transfer platform 1424, the unloading is got the material manipulator and is rotated 90 degrees after to the initial position again, place two display screens 200 in the empty tray 100 that bears on the first full tray lift platform 1532, make two display screens 200 that this step transported set up with two liang of relative settings of the display screens 200 that step 5.6 transported.
5.8, a full carrier platter 100 is lowered to a first empty carrier platter lowering location 11312 by a first full carrier platter elevation platform 1532;
5.9, when the number of full trays 100 at the first full tray drop position 15312 reaches a certain number, the first full tray transport line 1531 transports the full trays 100 at the first full tray drop position 15312 to the first full tray 100 drop position;

5.14, the unloading reclaimer manipulator returns to initial position after 90 degrees of anticlockwise rotation, again according to the detection parameter of second CCD unloading vision system, unloading reclaimer manipulator rotates to suitable angle, make the unloading on the unloading reclaimer stationary blade get the material suction head and correspond display screen 200 and FPC300 suitable position, and take away the display screen 200 on the second unloading relay platform 1434 that is arranged in second unloading transposition 14342, after the unloading reclaimer manipulator rotates 90 degrees again after initial position, place two display screens 200 in the empty tray 100 that bears on the second full tray lift platform 1542, make two display screens 200 that this step transported and two display screens 200 that step 5.13 transported set up in pairs of oppositions.

The multi-station burning system and the corresponding OTP detector provided by the invention adopt four working sections, have more working stations, can effectively improve the OTP efficiency, and have compact structure and smaller occupied space.

1. A multi-station burning system is characterized by being used for carrying out OTP on a display screen and comprising a first burning unit, a second burning unit and a burning bearing frame;
the burning bearing frame is horizontally arranged and comprises a first supporting structure and a second supporting structure which are symmetrically arranged; the first support structure comprises a first low-position support platform and a first high-position support platform which are horizontally arranged, the length directions of the first low-position support platform and the first high-position support platform are consistent with the length direction of the burning bearing frame, and the first low-position support platform is positioned below the first high-position support platform; the second support structure comprises a second low-position support platform and a second high-position support platform which are horizontally arranged, the length directions of the second low-position support platform and the second high-position support platform are consistent with the length direction of the burning bearing frame, and the second low-position support platform is positioned below the second high-position support platform;
the first burning unit includes:
the first low-position working section is arranged on the first low-position supporting table in a sliding mode along the width direction of the first low-position supporting table, a plurality of stations for placing a display screen are arranged on the first low-position working section along the length direction of the first low-position supporting table, the first low-position working section comprises a first low-position loading and unloading position and a first low-position burning position in the sliding direction, when the first low-position working section slides to the first low-position loading and unloading position, the first low-position working section is used for loading and unloading the display screen, and when the first low-position working section slides to the first low-position burning position, the first low-position working section is used for OTP (one time programmable) on the display screen; and the number of the first and second groups,

The multi-station burning system according to claim 1, wherein the first high level upper and lower material level and the first low level upper and lower material level are respectively located at two opposite sides of the first high level burning level and the first low level burning level; the second high-level upper and lower material level and the second low-level upper and lower material level are respectively located on two opposite sides of the second high-level burning position and the second low-level burning position.
3. The multi-station burning system according to claim 1, wherein four display screens are placed in a carrying tray for loading;
the first low-level working section is provided with a plurality of sections, and each section of the first low-level working section is provided with 4 stations; the first high-level working section is provided with a plurality of sections, and each section of the first high-level working section is provided with 4 stations;
the second low-level working section is provided with a plurality of sections, and each section of the second low-level working section is provided with 4 stations; the second high-level working section is provided with a plurality of sections, and each section of the second high-level working section is provided with 4 stations.

the second burning unit further comprises a second low-position deflection detection CCD camera which is arranged adjacent to the second low-position feeding end and used for detecting the position of a display screen adsorbed by the second low-position feeding manipulator;
the second low-level feeding manipulator comprises a second low-level feeding main body part, two second low-level feeding connecting pieces, two second low-level feeding rotating shafts and two second low-level feeding adsorption components for adsorbing the display screen; one side of second low level material loading main part with the unloading slide rail is followed horizontal direction sliding connection on the second low level, the one end of second low level material loading connecting piece with vertical direction sliding connection is followed to the opposite side of second low level material loading main part, the one end of second low level material loading axis of rotation with the other end of second low level material loading connecting piece rotates and is connected, second low level material loading adsorption component with the other end of second low level material loading axis of rotation is connected.
6. The multi-station burning system as claimed in claim 5, wherein the display screen is rectangular, and a protruding FPC is arranged at one end of the wide side of the display screen;
the second low-level material loading adsorption component comprises:
the second low-level feeding fixing piece is rectangular, is connected with the end part of the second low-level feeding rotating shaft and is horizontally arranged, a plurality of parallel strip-shaped second low-level feeding fixing holes are formed in the second low-level feeding fixing piece, and the length direction of the second low-level feeding fixing holes is consistent with that of the second low-level feeding fixing piece;
the second low-position feeding connecting sheet is detachably and fixedly connected with one corner of the second low-position feeding fixing sheet, and a plurality of mounting holes are formed in the second low-position feeding connecting sheet along the length direction of the second low-position feeding connecting sheet;
the second low-level feeding rotating pieces are rectangular and are in rotating connection with the second low-level feeding connecting pieces through mounting holes in the second low-level feeding connecting pieces, strip-shaped second low-level feeding positioning holes are formed in the second low-level feeding rotating pieces, and the length directions of the second low-level feeding positioning holes are consistent with the length direction of the second low-level feeding rotating pieces; and the number of the first and second groups,
the second low-level feeding suction heads are movably arranged in the second low-level feeding fixing holes and are used for adsorbing the display screen; the second low-level feeding suction head is movably arranged in the second low-level feeding positioning hole and used for adsorbing the FPC.
