A toilet exhaust and blow down system according to claim 3, wherein: the drain pipe (4) is connected to the bottom of the air suction box (11), a first bending part (41) and a second bending part (42) are sequentially formed in the direction away from the air suction box (11) by the drain pipe (4), the second bending part (42) is located above the rotating shaft (62), and the first bending part (41) is located below the rotating shaft (62).
