The theoretical learning board of the tightness inspection training subsystem provides basic knowledge of connecting pipelines such as metal pipes, rubber pipes and the like and theoretical training of tightness inspection processes for students in the forms of charts, videos, characters and the like; the theoretical training plate of the tightness inspection training subsystem provides the students with test question training of single choice questions or multiple choice questions of tightness inspection; the sealing inspection training subsystem actual operation training plate block provides the students with the actual operation training test questions of sealing inspection and fault elimination.
The theoretical training of the theoretical learning version block of the guarantee equipment use training subsystem provides students with plugs such as a ground power plug, an oil supplement interface, a cold air additional interface and the like, interface connection, typical part connection such as cover blocking, blockage, a ground safety bolt and the like, disassembly and assembly of an engine exhaust pipe cover blocking and measurement of the tension of a steel cable; the theoretical training plate of the support equipment use training subsystem provides the students with test question training of single choice questions or multiple choice questions; the actual operation training board block of the actual operation training subsystem is used by the guarantee equipment to provide the actual operation training test questions for the student.
The theoretical learning board block of the part cleaning and lubricating training subsystem provides theoretical training for cleaning and lubricating parts such as pipelines, joints, steel cable force measuring devices, ground power plugs, ground valves, movable joints, ground safety bolts, airplane skins, bearings and the like and cleaning of electric components such as circuit boards, micro switches and buttons for electric shock and aviation plug-in units for trainees in the forms of charts, videos, characters and the like; the theoretical training plate of the machine element cleaning and lubricating training subsystem provides the trainees with the test training of single choice questions or multiple choice questions of machine element cleaning and lubricating; the real-operation training board block of the machine element cleaning and lubricating training subsystem provides the students with real-operation training questions of machine element cleaning and lubricating.
The theoretical learning version block of the marking and marking training subsystem provides theoretical training of basic knowledge, operation methods and attention contents of marking and marking to students in the forms of charts, videos, characters and the like; the theoretical training plate block of the marking and marking training subsystem provides the trainees with test question training of single choice questions or multiple choice questions of the marks and the marks; the practical exercise training plate block of the marking and marking line training subsystem provides practical exercise training test questions of marking and marking lines for the trainees.
The training management module comprises a student management module, an examination question management module, an examination paper output management module, an examination result management module, an equipment management module and a training media resource management module.
And the student management submodule provides informatization management of student numbers, names, specialties, posts and rank titles.
And the test question management sub-module is used for providing the informatization management of the test question contents and the test question answers of the theoretical training question bank and the practice training question bank.
The examination paper output management submodule provides examination paper selection for students of different specialties, sets a lattice score line and examination duration, and selects the students taking the examination.
The examination result management sub-module provides the information management of examination paper, students, results, qualification and examination time.
The equipment management submodule is used for information management of equipment for the engineering training and equipment and accessories of the equipment.
The training media resource management submodule provides information management of media types, media resource data, media resource drivers and paths or addresses of media resources.
Taking the circuit measurement training subsystem as an example, the main interface of the theoretical learning version is shown in fig. 3, and the interface for providing theoretical training by the theoretical learning version is shown in fig. 4; the training interface of the single choice question of the theoretical training plate is shown in FIG. 5; the practice training question interface of the practice training block is shown in FIG. 6.
Fig. 7 is an editing interface of the theoretical training questions, and the user edits and manages the question types, question stems and options of the theoretical choice questions. Fig. 8 is an editing interface of the practice exercise question, and the user edits and manages the question stem of the practice exercise question and the corresponding module. Fig. 9 shows an editing interface for taking examination papers, in which a user divides a module to randomly extract theoretical choice questions, add or delete test questions, and generate examination papers. FIG. 10 illustrates a data table relationship for an aircraft maintenance skill simulation training system of an embodiment.

As shown in fig. 11 to 14, the aeronautical aircraft maintenance skill simulation training system further comprises an aeronautical aircraft maintenance skill practice training device, the practice training device comprises a rack 10 with a storage drawer, and a simulation cabin section assembly 11, a guarantee loading training platform 7, an electrogas welding training platform 9 and a control cabinet 8 which are arranged on the rack, wherein the simulation cabin section assembly 11 comprises a main cabin section 111 with a support beam and an outer cabin section 112 matched with the main cabin section in a turnover mode. The aircraft maintenance skill practice training device further comprises a part dismounting training module 1, an insurance dismounting and fastening training module 2, an electric connector training module 3, a circuit measurement training module 4, a binding training module 5, a conduit dismounting module 6 and an identification training pipe group 14 which are arranged on the main cabin section. 4 universal wheels are arranged at the bottom of the rack 10 of the aeronautical engineering maintenance skill practice training device, so that the aeronautical engineering maintenance skill practice training device can be moved and carried conveniently.
As shown in fig. 15, the work disassembling training module 1 includes a switch control box 101 with various aviation switches, a landing gear switch 102, a contactor 103, a wire rope set 104, and a screw hatch 105, a cross pin window cover 106, and a quick-release screw window cover 107 arranged on an outer hatch section. The switch control box 101 is provided with an indicator light switch 1011, a toggle switch 1012, and a wave band switch 1013. The cable assembly 104 is used for the aircraft cable disassembly and assembly training and the cable tension measurement training. In the embodiment, the cable assembly 104 is provided with 3 common aviation gauge cables.
As shown in fig. 16, the safety dismounting and fastening training module 2 includes a self-locking nut safety group 201, a snap spring pin safety group 202, a cotter pin safety group 203, a fuse group 204, a spring pad safety group 206, a locking plate safety group 205, a punching point safety group 209, a double-nut safety group 207, a stud fastening training group 208, a fixing pin 215, a cross screw fastening training group 210, an inner hexagon screw fastening training group 211, a straight screw fastening training group 212, a pipeline fastening training group 213, and a pipeline joint fastening training group 214. The pipe fixing training set 213 of the embodiment uses a pipe fixing clamp, and the pipe joint fastening training set 214 uses a multi-way joint. The safety dismounting and fastening training module 2 is also used for marking of the marking and marking training subsystem and actual operation training of the marking.
In the embodiment, the two sides of the base plate 216 of the insurance detachment and fastening training module 2 are provided with the connecting lugs, and the base plate 216 is fastened with the module support on the main cabin section 111 through the connecting lugs, so that the insurance detachment and fastening training module 2 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted.
As shown in fig. 17, the electrical connector training module 3 includes a plurality of sets of electrical connector sockets arranged in pairs, the pairs of electrical connector sockets are connected to each other through a pluggable electrical connector cable, each electrical connector socket is provided with a corresponding number of test jacks according to the number of pins thereof, and the pins of the electrical connector socket are electrically connected to the conductive terminals of the corresponding test jacks; pins of the electric connector socket simulating open circuit or cold solder joint are connected with conductive terminals of the corresponding test jacks through a relay, a control end of the relay is connected with a controller, and the open circuit module or the cold solder joint simulation is set by controlling the relay; two pins of the electric connector socket simulating short circuit are connected through a relay, the control end of the relay is connected with a controller, and short circuit setting is carried out through controlling the relay.
As shown in fig. 19, the circuit measurement training module 4 includes a signal generating circuit and a logic control circuit, the connecting ends of the electronic components of the signal generating circuit are respectively provided with a testing hole, relays are respectively arranged in a plurality of branches of the signal generating circuit, the control ends of the relays are respectively connected with the logic control circuit, the logic control circuit controls the connection and disconnection of the contacts of the relays in the branches of the signal generating circuit, and simulates circuit faults such as disconnection, cold solder joint, disconnection, adhesion and the like of the branches of the signal generating circuit, so as to train the circuit measurement and circuit fault analysis and judgment ability of a student.
In the embodiment, the electric connector training module 3 and the circuit measurement training module 4 are arranged on the same module substrate, the module substrate is provided with 2 circuit measurement training modules 4 with the same circuit structure, the module substrate adopts a modular structure similar to the safety disassembly and fastening training module 2, and the module substrate is fastened with a module support on the main cabin section 111.
The signal generating circuit of the embodiment is a square wave signal generator and adopts an NE555 chip.
As shown in fig. 14, the ligature training module 5 includes 2 bundles of vertically disposed one-to-two cables 502 and a crosswise disposed one-to-many cables 501.
The catheter detachment module 6 includes an oil-tight training tube set 61 and an air-tight training tube set 62, as shown in fig. 14. The oil-tight training tube group 61 includes a plurality of metal tubes 601, and the ends of the adjacent metal tubes 601 are connected by a pipe joint 604. The top of the oil-tight training pipe group 61 is provided with an oil-way exhaust joint 611, and the bottom of the oil-tight training pipe group 61 is provided with an oil-way oil drain joint 612.
The airtight training pipe group 62 comprises a metal conduit 601, a cloth-sandwiched rubber pipe 602 and a rubber hose 603; the two ends of the cloth-sandwiched rubber tube and the rubber hose are respectively connected with the end parts of the adjacent metal conduits through connecting joints; the ends of adjacent metal conduits 601 are connected via line connections 604. The pipe joint 604 includes an L-shaped two-way joint, a three-way joint, and a four-way joint.
As shown in fig. 11, the guarantee outfit training platform 7 is provided with a ground power plug 701, an oil supplement port 716, a cold air adding port 736, a blocking cover 704, a block 705, a ground safety latch 706 and an engine exhaust pipe blocking cover 707; the guarantee dress training platform 7 still includes the seal inspection training module, and the seal inspection training module includes oil circuit inspection submodule piece and gas circuit inspection submodule piece.
As shown in fig. 22, the oil passage checking submodule includes an oil delivery pipe 712 connected to the pump station 711 and a cabin oil passage switch 715, the oil delivery pipe 712 is provided with an oil passage test pressure gauge 714, and the connection end of the oil delivery pipe 712 and the pump station 711 is provided with an oil filling switch 713; the output end of the oil pipeline 712 is connected with the input end of the oil-tight training pipe group 61 on the simulation cabin assembly through a cabin oil-way switch 715; the pump station 711 includes an oil pump 7111, an oil suction filter 7112 is disposed at an oil inlet end of the oil pump 7111, and an oil pressure sensor 7116, a pump station oil pressure gauge 7115, an oil path safety valve 7114, and a pump station pressure relief switch 7113 are disposed at an oil outlet end of the oil pump 7111. The oil pump 7111 of the embodiment adopts a hand-operated oil pump, the pump station 711 provides a system hydraulic source, and an oil circuit checking submodule is adopted to carry out the working principle of oil tightness detection on the oil tightness training pipe group 61 on the simulation cabin section assembly: the pump station 711 pressurizes the oil conveying pipeline 712, the oil safety valve 7113 protects the pressure of the output pipeline of the pump station from exceeding a set safety value, the oil test pressure gauge 714 displays the pressure value of the oil conveying pipeline 712 in real time, the oil pressure sensor 7116 outputs an acquired pressure signal to the controller of the control cabinet 8 to perform pressure maintaining detection on the oil-tight training pipe group 61, and if the oil pressure drop value acquired by the oil pressure sensor 7116 exceeds 0.1MPa within 15 minutes, it is determined that the oil-tight training pipe group 61 has leakage. And after the detection is finished, opening a pressure relief switch 7113 of the pump station to relieve pressure, and then performing troubleshooting.
As shown in fig. 23, the gas circuit checking submodule includes a gas source switch 724, a pressure reducing valve 725, a gas circuit safety valve 726, a gas circuit test switch 727 and a gas transmission pipeline 721, the cold gas cylinder 729 is connected with the input end of the gas transmission pipeline 721 through a gas cylinder switch 722, the cold gas cylinder 729 is provided with a gas source pressure gauge 723, and the gas transmission pipeline 721 is provided with a gas circuit test pressure gauge 728, a gas pressure detection port 730, a gas pressure sensor 731, a cold gas filling switch 733 and a gas circuit pressure relief switch 732; the input end of the gas transmission pipeline 721 is provided with an external gas source access port 735. The output end of the gas transmission pipeline 721 is connected with the input end of the airtight training pipe group 62 on the simulation cabin section assembly through a cabin section gas switch 734. The cold air filling switch 733 is communicated with a cold air charging opening 736 of the guarantee charging training platform 7 through a pipeline.
In the embodiment, the working principle of performing airtightness detection on the airtight training pipe group 62 on the simulation cabin segment assembly by using the gas circuit checking sub-module is as follows: the gas cylinder switch 722 is opened, the gas source pressure gauge 723 displays the pressure of a gas source, the gas source switch 724 is opened on the premise that the gas source pressure meets the requirements, the gas of the gas source is reduced to 0.5MPa through the pressure reducing valve 725, the gas circuit test pressure gauge 728 displays the gas pressure of the gas transmission pipeline 721 in real time, the gas circuit safety valve 726 is used for setting the highest pressure of the gas transmission pipeline, the cabin section gas circuit switch 734 is opened to carry out tightness inspection on the airtight training pipe group 62, the gas pressure sensor 731 outputs the acquired pressure signal to the controller of the control cabinet 8 to carry out pressure maintaining detection on the airtight training pipe group 62, and if the gas pressure reduction value acquired in the gas pressure sensor 731 exceeds 0.1MPa in 15 minutes, it is judged that the airtight training pipe group 62 has leakage. After the detection is finished, the gas path pressure relief switch 732 is opened to relieve the pressure, and then the troubleshooting is performed. In an embodiment, an external field air source can be connected to the external air source access port 735 to replace the cold air bottle 729 for air tightness detection. The gas source pressure of the embodiment is required to be 2MPa to 3MPa.
The gas circuit check submodule can also be used for detecting the reliability of the cross-linked connection between the cold air adding opening 736 and the cold air source, the air source switch is turned off during detection, the cold air filling switch 733 is turned on, and the reliability of the cross-linked connection between the cold air adding opening 736 and the cold air source is judged through the reading of the gas circuit test pressure gauge 728.
The electric welding training table 9 comprises an electronic component welding operation table top 901, and an illuminating lamp 907, an earth leakage protection switch 904, a welding circuit board power supply interface 902 and an electric welding interface 903 which are arranged above the electronic component welding operation table top, and further comprises a drawer 908 which is arranged below the electronic component welding operation table top and used for containing soldering wires and soldering flux; the operation table 901 is provided with a 220V power socket 905 and a lighting lamp control switch 906.
In an embodiment, the aeronautical engineering maintenance skill practice training device further comprises a patch element welding circuit board and a through-insertion element welding circuit board which are used for electric welding practice training, and circuits adopted by the patch element welding circuit board and the through-insertion element welding circuit board are shown in fig. 20. The chip component soldering circuit board is used for electric soldering training of chip-mounted electronic components such as integrated chips of chip pins, capacitors, resistors and diodes, as shown in fig. 25 a. The direct plug component soldering circuit board is used for electric soldering training of electronic components such as integrated chips of direct plug pins, capacitors, resistors, diodes and the like, as shown in fig. 25 b. The electrical welding interface 903 is used to power the welding torch used for welding training. After the student finishes welding the electronic element, the detection interface of the welded patch element welded circuit board or the welded direct-insertion element welded circuit board is connected with the welding circuit board power supply interface 902, and the controller judges whether the patch element welded circuit board or the welded direct-insertion element welded circuit board welded by the student is qualified or not according to the signal of the detection interface.
The control cabinet 8 comprises a cabinet body 801 arranged on the rack, a computer in the cabinet body, a touch display 802, a data acquisition card and a controller, wherein the touch display 802, the data acquisition card and the controller are respectively connected with the computer, the control end of the relay group is connected with the controller through a photoelectric coupler, and the contacts of the relay group are respectively connected with the circuit measurement training module and the electric connector training module. The controller adopts an Arduino UNO interface board.
The tool borrowing and returning management module 13 comprises a tool list storage box 131 arranged on the side face of the control cabinet, a slot 132 used for containing a scanning gun at the top of the control cabinet, a plurality of trays used for storing training tools and the scanning gun used for scanning codes of the tools. The tool borrowing and returning management module 13 is also used for actual operation training of the tool using the training subsystem.
The identification training pipe group 14 comprises a plurality of pipelines with different colors and different specifications and is used for training the identification capability of students on various pipelines involved in aviation engineering.
The supporting beam of the simulation cabin segment assembly 11 is provided with a movable joint 12, the movable joint comprises a support 121, a shaft core 122, a bush 123 and a locking nut 124, a joint bearing 125 is connected with the bush 123 through a connecting rod, and the middle part of the shaft core is provided with an oil injection nozzle 126, as shown in fig. 24. The movable joint 12 is used for actual operation training of the machine element cleaning and lubricating training subsystem.
After the outer cabin section 112 of the simulation cabin section assembly 11 is turned downwards, the modules on the main cabin section 111 are enclosed and sealed, the machine part dismounting training module 1, the safety dismounting and fastening training module 2, the electric connector training module 3, the circuit measurement training module 4, the binding training module 5, the conduit dismounting module 6 and the like are subjected to the machine operation training after the screw cabin cover 105, the cross pin window cover 106 and the quick-release screw window cover 107 on the outer cabin section 112 are disassembled, the operation difficulty is increased, and the machine skill level pull-up training is performed on a student.
As shown in fig. 21, the guarantee outfitting training table 7 is provided with a torque strength training component 740 and a digital torque display meter 741, and the output end of the torque sensor of the torque strength training component and the input end of the digital torque display meter are respectively connected with the controller of the control cabinet. In the embodiment, the torque strength training component adopts a TJN-5 torque sensor with the range of 0-200 Nm. The torque strength training component 740 is used for training whether the fastening torque of the fastening and insurance training subsystem practice training block meets the design requirements.

Pseudo-solder circuit connection is simulated through relays J10-2, J11-2 and J12-2; the static contact of the relay J10-2 is connected with the pin No. 3 of the voltage stabilizing chip IC1 through a lead, the movable contact of the relay J10-2 is connected with the pin No. 3 of the voltage stabilizing chip IC1 through a cold joint analog resistor Rx, and the circuit connection structure of the relays J11-2 and J12-2 is similar to that of the relay J10-2. As shown in fig. 26, the control terminal of the relay of the circuit measurement training module is connected to the Arduino UNO interface board of the control cabinet via the photoelectric isolation module.
In the embodiment, short-circuit test points are respectively arranged between the test holes CK4 and CK2, the test holes CK11 and CK13 and the test holes CK5 and CK 22; open circuit test points are arranged between the test holes CK17 and CK18, the test holes CK23 and CK24 and the test holes CK10 and CK11; dummy solder test points are formed between the test holes CK12 and CK13, the test holes CK5 and CK14, and the test holes CK2 and CK 15.
As shown in fig. 6, when performing circuit measurement training, a teacher sets a circuit fault through an operation interface of the actual operation training board block of the circuit measurement training subsystem, a computer running a software program of the aviation maintenance skill simulation training system outputs a control signal to a corresponding relay through a controller, the relay acts, and a circuit fault is formed in the circuit measurement training module for a student to detect, judge and analyze, thereby training the circuit fault detection and analysis capability of the student. A student uses a universal meter to detect and analyze the circuit through a test hole in the circuit measurement training module, a circuit fault detection analysis result is filled in a real operation training test question of a real operation training block of the circuit measurement training subsystem, and the system automatically judges whether the fault analysis result of the student is correct or not.

In the embodiment, the pin No. 2 of the connector socket CZ1 and the corresponding test hole K12 can be set to be open circuit through the relay J15-1, and the pin No. 4 of the connector socket CZ5 and the corresponding test hole K54 can be set to be open circuit through the relay J16-2; no. 2 pin and No. 3 pin of the connector socket CZ5 can be set to be in adhesion fault through a relay J17-1, and No. B5 pin and No. A4 pin of the connector socket CZ7 can be set to be in short circuit fault through a relay J15-2; a gap between the No. 1 pin of the connector socket CZ3 and the corresponding test hole K31 can be set to be a cold joint fault through a relay J16-1, and a gap between the No. 3 pin of the connector socket CZ7 and the corresponding test hole K713 can be set to be a cold joint fault through a relay J17-2. Similar to the driving circuit of the relay of the circuit measurement training module, the control end of the relay of the electric connector training module is connected with the Arduino UNO interface board of the control cabinet through the photoelectric isolation module.
During the practice training, the student utilizes the universal meter to measure the test hole that corresponds through cable junction's electric connector socket stitch to judge whether electric connector's electric connection is qualified. Similar to the circuit fault setting of the circuit measurement module, a teacher sets faults such as insufficient soldering, open circuit and short circuit of pins of the electric connector through an operation interface of an actual operation training plate block of the electric connector training subsystem, a computer running a software program of the aviation maintenance skill simulation training system outputs a control signal to a corresponding relay through a controller, the relay acts to form a fault in the electric connector training module 3, a student utilizes a universal meter to detect and analyze the connection condition of the electric connector through a test hole in the electric connector training module, electric connector fault detection and analysis results are filled in actual operation training test questions of the actual operation training plate block of the electric connector training subsystem, and the system automatically judges whether the fault analysis results of the student are correct.
After the aviation maintenance skill practice training device is used up, the outer cabin section 112 of the simulation cabin section assembly 11 is turned downwards, all modules on the main cabin section 111 are enclosed and sealed, the occupied space of the aviation maintenance skill practice training device is minimized, and all the modules are protected from being damaged in the storage or transportation process of the aviation maintenance skill practice training device.

the test question management sub-module is used for providing the informatization management of the test question contents and the test question answers of the theoretical training question bank and the practice training question bank;
the examination paper output management submodule is used for providing examination paper selection questions according to the major, setting a check line and examination duration, and selecting students taking the examination;
the examination result management sub-module provides the information management of examination paper, students, results, qualification and examination time.

The aircraft maintenance skill simulation training system of claim 2, wherein the training management module further comprises an equipment management sub-module, wherein the equipment management sub-module provides information management of the training equipment and the equipment and spare and accessory parts of the equipment.

The aircraft maintenance skills simulation training system according to claim 3, wherein the training management module further comprises a training media asset management sub-module, the training media asset management sub-module providing information management of media types, media asset data, media asset drivers, paths or addresses of media assets.

The aircraft maintenance skill simulation training system according to claim 1, wherein the aircraft maintenance skill practice training device further comprises an air tightness inspection training module, the air tightness inspection training module comprises an air passage inspection submodule, the air passage inspection submodule comprises an air source switch, a pressure reducing valve, an air passage safety valve, an air passage test switch and an air delivery pipeline which are sequentially connected, an air conditioner bottle is connected with the input end of the air delivery pipeline through an air bottle switch, the air conditioner bottle is provided with an air source pressure gauge, and the air delivery pipeline is provided with an air passage test pressure gauge, an air pressure detection port, an air pressure sensor, an air conditioning filling switch and an air passage pressure relief switch; the output end of the gas transmission pipeline is connected with the input end of the airtight training pipe group on the simulation cabin section component through the cabin section gas circuit switch.

The aircraft maintenance skill simulation training system according to claim 5, wherein the tightness inspection training module further comprises an oil passage inspection submodule, the oil passage inspection submodule comprises an oil conveying pipeline and a cabin oil passage switch, the oil conveying pipeline is connected with a pump station, an oil passage test pressure gauge is arranged on the oil conveying pipeline, and an oil filling switch is arranged at the connection end of the oil conveying pipeline and the pump station; the output end of the oil conveying pipeline is connected with the input end of an oil seal training pipe set on the simulation cabin section assembly through a cabin section oil circuit switch.

The aircraft maintenance skill simulation training system according to claim 6, wherein a movable joint is arranged on the support beam of the simulation cabin segment assembly, the movable joint comprises a support, a shaft core, a lining and a locking nut, a joint bearing is connected with the lining through a connecting rod, an oil injection nozzle is arranged in the middle of the shaft core, and the movable joint is used for actual operation training of the part cleaning and lubrication training subsystem.
