Abstract

The filter stick comprises a hollow section (2), a cooling fragrance-carrying section (3) and a support section (4) which are mutually abutted in sequence from downstream to upstream; wherein the hollow section (2) is a hollow tube; a fragrance carrying object (3-1) is arranged in the cooling fragrance carrying section (3); the supporting section (4) is internally provided with a cavity, and the circumferential side wall of the supporting section is provided with a through hole (4-1). The invention also discloses a cigarette containing the filter stick and application of the filter stick. The filter stick supporting section can reduce the smoke temperature after being punched, can improve the delivery amount of aroma-carrying substances to a certain extent, and particularly can improve the fusion effect of the aroma of the tobacco and the aroma-carrying substances.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of novel heating cigarettes, and particularly relates to a composite filter stick for heating cigarettes, a cigarette comprising the composite filter stick and application of the composite filter stick.
Background
The heating cigarette, also called low-temperature cigarette, is a novel tobacco product which utilizes a special heat source to heat tobacco shreds, and nicotine and flavor substances in the tobacco shreds are volatilized to generate smoke gas to meet the requirements of smokers during heating. The filter stick of the heating cigarette has the functions of filtering smoke, reducing smoke temperature, balancing smoke delivery, adding aroma-carrying substances to enhance aroma and moisten the filter stick, and the like. Currently, various tobacco enterprises have heating cigarette products with various specifications to be sold on the market, and filter rods of the tobacco enterprises also have various forms and have certain functions of cooling or increasing aroma and the like.
However, the cigarette design matched with the closed anaerobic heating cup smoking set is rare, because the heating temperature of the closed anaerobic heating cup smoking set is 30-60 ℃ higher than that of the traditional heating smoking set, and correspondingly, higher requirements are provided for the cooling and aroma-increasing effects of the cigarette filter tip rod. Meanwhile, the shape and quality of the smoke can be correspondingly changed after the temperature rises, and the filter tip rod section of the cigarette needs to be redesigned.

The invention provides a composite filter stick for heating cigarettes, which comprises a hollow section 2, a cooling and aroma-carrying section 3 and a supporting section 4 which are mutually abutted in sequence from downstream to upstream;
wherein, the hollow section 2 is a hollow tube;
a fragrance carrying object 3-1 is arranged in the cooling fragrance carrying section 3;
the supporting section 4 is internally provided with a cavity, and the circumferential side wall of the supporting section is provided with a through hole 4-1.
Preferably, the shape of the fragrance carrier 3-1 is spherical, block-shaped, sheet-shaped or linear.
Preferably, the through hole 4-1 is arranged at one side close to the cooling fragrance-carrying section 3.
Preferably, the filter rod further comprises a filter segment 1 disposed downstream of and in abutment with the hollow segment 2.

Preferably, the through holes 4-1 are at least one row, and the number of the through holes 4-1 is at least one.
Wherein, the filtering section 1 is composed of a macromolecule filler wrapped by a piece of wrapping paper.
The hollow section 2 is a hollow pipe formed by polymer filler wrapped by molding paper.
Preferably, the filtering section 1, the hollow section 2, the cooling fragrance-carrying section 3 and the supporting section 4 are all cylinders, and the outer diameter is 5-8 mm; the filter section 1, the hollow section 2, the cooling fragrance-carrying section 3 and the support section 4 are sequentially abutted and then wrapped by the wrap paper to form the composite filter rod.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the cooling fragrance-carrying section 3 adopted by the invention is added with fragrance-carrying substances in various forms, and when the cooling fragrance-carrying section is contacted with smoke at higher temperature, the temperature of the smoke can be properly reduced through volatilization of essence; in addition, when the smoke contacts with the polylactic acid tows in the smoke, the polylactic acid tows can deform to absorb heat to reduce the smoke temperature.
2. The cigarette using the filter stick can be fully mixed with essence volatile substances after smoke enters the hollow section 2 for caching after being sucked from the clearance, and a designer can adjust the essence components carrying the essence according to the requirement, so that the smoke quality and the moistening feeling are improved.
3. After smoke enters the hollow section 2 for caching, the temperature of the cigarette using the filter stick can be continuously reduced along with the time, and a certain cooling effect can be achieved.
4. The filter stick of the invention has two sections of airflow channels, so that the suction resistance can be adjusted by adjusting the length of each section under the condition of keeping better smoke shape and smoke quality.
5. The filter stick supporting section 4 can reduce the smoke temperature after being perforated, and can improve the delivery amount of aroma-carrying substances to a certain extent. The cigarette using the filter stick has the best comprehensive smoking effect, the optimal performances of the smoke quantity, the smoke temperature, the aroma and the flavor, and the like, and particularly the optimal effect on the fusion of the herbal aroma of the cigarette and the bead blasting aroma. Therefore, the filter stick can improve the fusion effect of the tobacco fragrance and the fragrance of the fragrance-carrying object.

Example 1
A composite filter stick for heating cigarettes comprises a filter section 1, a hollow section 2, a cooling aroma-carrying section 3 and a support section 4 which are mutually abutted in sequence from downstream to upstream;

the filter section 1 is composed of acetate tows wrapped by forming paper, and the length of the filter section 1 is 5 mm.
The hollow section 2 is composed of a hollow tube structure formed by wrapping acetate tows by forming paper. Hollow section 2 can supply the flue gas circulation, and hollow section 2 length is 5mm, and the internal diameter is 1 mm.
The cooling fragrance-carrying section 3 is composed of polylactic acid tows filled with fragrance-carrying materials 3-1 and wrapped by forming paper. The through holes 4-1 are arranged at one side close to the cooling fragrance-carrying section 3, the number of the through holes 4-1 is 2, and the number of the through holes 4-1 is 40.
