Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, for the real-time ETC bill broadcasting method provided by the invention, aiming at the current ETC charge, the toll payment amount cannot be obtained in real time in the ETC use scene, the invention uses the vehicle-mounted unit to communicate with the terminal device, thereby broadcasting the toll payment amount for the consumer in real time, eliminating the worry of the consumer about being confused with charge, and further promoting the ETC better.
S101: detecting ETC transaction generation, and generating transaction data by the vehicle-mounted unit;
when the vehicle passes through the toll gate, the on-board unit detects the terminal device of the ETC, thereby judging that the transaction starts to be generated, and generating transaction data according to the vehicle information in the ETC card.
S102: when the transaction amount in the transaction data is greater than zero, waking up a first wireless transceiver arranged on the vehicle-mounted unit;
when the vehicle runs at high speed, the vehicle-mounted unit can be connected by means of the vehicle-mounted unit system, and when the running mileage is greater than zero, if special conditions such as road section blockage are met, and when the vehicle needs to run at high speed from an inbound port, the fee is still not charged, so that the transaction amount in the transaction data is greater than zero, and the first wireless transceiver arranged on the vehicle-mounted unit is awakened.
S103: the second wireless receiving and transmitting device of the terminal equipment is normally open, performs real-time scanning, performs active connection when scanning the first wireless transmitting device, and acquires information of the vehicle-mounted unit;
the terminal equipment is required to detect passing vehicles at any time, so that the second wireless receiving and transmitting device is set to be normally open, and simultaneously performs real-time scanning, and immediately performs active connection after the first wireless receiving and transmitting device is scanned, and obtains relevant information of vehicles and vehicle strokes provided by the vehicle-mounted unit.
S104: the terminal equipment checks whether the number of the vehicle-mounted unit and the corresponding vehicle information are consistent with the recorded information in the terminal equipment, if so, the information of the vehicle-mounted unit is obtained again, and the terminal equipment performs re-checking; if the distance information of the vehicle in the vehicle-mounted unit is the same, the terminal equipment reads the distance information of the vehicle in the vehicle-mounted unit and settles according to the distance information to generate settlement data, and the terminal equipment sends the settlement data to the vehicle-mounted unit through the first wireless transceiver by utilizing the second wireless transceiver;
and the terminal equipment immediately compares the information with the information recorded when the vehicle registers ETC after receiving the related information of the vehicle and the vehicle journey provided by the vehicle-mounted unit, and returns to re-acquire the number of the vehicle-mounted unit and the corresponding vehicle information when the comparison results are different, and re-compares the number and the corresponding vehicle information again. When the comparison result is the same, the terminal device performs expense settlement according to the obtained information and generates settlement data, wherein the settlement data comprises expense amount, and the expense amount is sent to the vehicle-mounted unit through the second wireless transceiver.
S105: and after receiving the settlement data, the vehicle-mounted unit sends a command for closing the first wireless transceiver, and simultaneously plays the voice according to the settlement data.
After the vehicle-mounted unit receives the settlement data, the settled cost is played to the consumer in a voice mode, so that the consumer can clearly know each high-speed charging condition of the consumer, and further can quickly and effectively know ETC charging, and comprehensive popularization of ETC is promoted.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, after receiving the settlement data, the on-board unit sends a command to turn off the first wireless transceiver, and the step of playing the voice according to the settlement data includes:
s106: establishing a voice model;
since the vehicle-mounted unit cannot directly convert digital information into voice information after receiving settlement data, the embodiment adopts a voice setting model, namely a section of general broadcasting voice is preset, for example, a starting station of the current journey is a W station, a terminal station is an X station, the total journey is Y kilometers, and the charging amount is Z element; of which W, X, Y, Z is taken as an alternative speech segment and the rest is taken as a fixed output speech segment of the speech model.
S107: presetting Arabic number voice information and high-speed platform name voice information in a vehicle-mounted unit;
in order to conveniently replace W, X, Y, Z replaceable voice fragments, presetting Arabic number voice information and high-speed station name voice information; so that numbers representing the amount of money can be freely combined with names representing the toll stations.
S108: after the vehicle-mounted unit receives the settlement data, the vehicle-mounted unit converts the vehicle high-speed starting station position information, the high-speed key station position information, the path length information and the settlement amount in the settlement data into corresponding Arabic number voice information and high-speed station name voice information, and covers the replaceable voice fragments of the voice model to form new playing voice information for playing.
After the vehicle-mounted unit receives the settlement data, the combination of the voice information of the Arabic numerals and the voice information of the high-speed platform names is carried out according to the settlement data, the corresponding content in the initial voice model is covered, and new playing voice information is formed for playing.
In some embodiments of the invention, the speech model uses TTS technology to convert text information to speech information.
In some embodiments of the present invention, TTS technology intelligently converts text into natural voice streams through neural network design with support from a built-in chip. The TTS technology converts the text file in real time, and the conversion time is short. In addition, under the action of the special intelligent voice controller, the voice rhythm of the text output is smooth, so that a listener feels natural when hearing information, and the voice output of the inorganic device is indifferent and vivid. Making it more comfortable for the consumer to use.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, after the step of re-checking by the terminal device, the method further includes: s104a: when the verification times reach the preset times, the number of the vehicle-mounted unit and the corresponding vehicle information are judged to be inconsistent with the recorded information in the terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment sends warning information to the toll gate.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in the use process of the present ETC, for vehicles using ETC illegally, for example, the internal structure of the vehicle-mounted unit is modified privately or the internal data of the vehicle-mounted unit is tampered illegally, once the number of the vehicle-mounted unit and the corresponding record information in the vehicle-mounted unit and the terminal device are found to be different, and the repeated verification results are different for more than ten times, the vehicle-mounted unit is judged to be tampered illegally, and the event is sent to the toll gate as warning information, so that personnel of the toll gate carry out manual verification and confirmation, and the safety of the system is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the method further comprises the step of sending a command for prohibiting opening to a gate of the toll booth when a vehicle loading the on-board unit passes after the toll booth receives the warning information.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after the warning information is sent to the toll gate, in order to avoid abnormal vehicles escaping, a command for prohibiting opening is sent to the gate of the toll gate, and the toll gate is allowed to pass after manual auditing is completed.
In some embodiments of the invention, the number of the on-board unit and the corresponding vehicle information are stored in binary form in a storage unit of the on-board unit.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the logic that makes up the computer system has only two states, on and off, respectively, with only two possibilities of occurrence. Even when the computer is disturbed, the state of the logic circuit can be clearly identified. So in the specific system implementation, binary data expression has the advantage of strong interference resistance. The stability of data storage in the vehicle-mounted unit is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, both the first wireless transceiver and the second wireless transceiver may employ a bluetooth transceiver or a WIFI transceiver.
In some embodiments of the present invention, since the vehicle-mounted unit and the terminal device need to be paired and connected, in order to avoid pairing errors, a bluetooth transceiver or a WIFI transceiver is adopted, and pairing can be performed according to a preset connection password, thereby improving accuracy.
