Abstract
The invention discloses a traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating qi deficiency, blood stasis and phlegm stagnation type rheumatoid arthritis, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-45 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 15-45 parts of semen coicis, 15-45 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 15-45 parts of fried white paeony root, 5-25 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 5-25 parts of poria cocos, 5-25 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 5-25 parts of radix stephaniae tetrandrae, 5-25 parts of cassia twig, 5-25 parts of parasitic loranthus, 4-20 parts of semen brassicae, 4-20 parts of radix clematidis, 2-18 parts of turmeric, 2-10 parts of ground beetle, 2-10 parts of scorpion and 2-10 parts of centipede. The traditional Chinese medicine provided by the invention has definite curative effect, small toxic and side effects and few side effects, treats both principal and secondary aspects of diseases, and has the effects of tonifying qi, activating blood, eliminating phlegm and eliminating arthralgia. In addition, the medicine can be prepared into various dosage forms for convenient taking.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating qi deficiency, blood stasis and phlegm stagnation type rheumatoid arthritis.
Background
Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is a systemic autoimmune disease mainly based on non-infectious inflammation of joints and tissues around the joints, the main pathology of which is changed into chronic inflammation of joint synovium, for example, the condition is improperly controlled, within 2 years of symptoms, 50-90% of patients have radiologic changes of joint damage, finally resulting in joint deformity, joint rigidity and function loss, resulting in disability of different degrees; it belongs to the category of arthralgia syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine, and has pathogenesis of principal deficiency, secondary excess, phlegm stasis and obstruction. RA patients not only suffer from the physiological pains of joint swelling, pain, morning stiffness and the like, but also suffer from the bad emotions of anxiety, depression and the like due to joint dysfunction, limited activity and the like, and the great pains in both physical and psychological aspects seriously affect the life quality of the patients. The goal of clinical treatment of RA is to reduce or eliminate the symptoms of inflammation, delay and control the progression of joint bone destruction, and avoid joint dysfunction or loss. However, some patients with RA have serious illness and have no obvious effect after being treated by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or small-dose glucocorticoids. The large dose of glucocorticoid treatment has obvious anti-inflammatory effect, but the rebound phenomenon can occur when the glucocorticoid is stopped suddenly, and adverse reactions such as opportunistic infection, aseptic osteonecrosis and the like can occur when the glucocorticoid is used for a long time, thus causing more pain to patients. The biological agents newly marketed are expensive, and a large economic burden is hard to bear by most patients. In addition, the etiology and pathogenesis of RA are unknown, no radical treatment method is available, adverse reactions of western medicines are generally concerned, and the traditional Chinese medicine has remarkable advantages in treating RA.

Mainly treats body weakness and spontaneous perspiration, chronic diarrhea, rectocele, uterine prolapse, chronic nephritis, body weakness and edema, chronic ulcer and unhealed sore opening;
(2) coix seed: [ PROPERTIES AND FLAVOUR ] Cold and sweet. [ GUIJING ] spleen, stomach and lung meridians. [ EFFECTIVE ] effects of promoting diuresis, eliminating dampness, eliminating arthralgia, invigorating spleen, relieving diarrhea, clearing heat, and expelling pus. (12) clematis root: [ PROPERTIES AND FLAVOURS ] WET; pungent and salty in flavor. [ GUIJING ] the urinary bladder meridian. (16) centipede: [ PROPERTIES AND FLAVOUR ] WEN, pungent. [ GUIJING ] liver meridian. [ EFFECTIVE ACTION ] can dispel pathogenic wind, arresting convulsion, counteracting toxic substance, and resolving hard mass. It can be used for treating apoplexy, epilepsy, tetanus, pertussis, scrofula, tuberculosis, tumor mass, pyocutaneous disease, tinea, alopecia areata, anal fistula, and scald.

In addition, the medicine can be prepared into various dosage forms for convenient taking. The compatibility of the whole formula of the invention embodies a large treatment method of tonifying qi, activating blood, eliminating phlegm and treating arthralgia. The joint is beneficial to improving the symptoms of patients, shortening the course of disease and improving the life quality of the patients by treating both principal and secondary aspects of disease through the Shuli joint. Detailed Description
The invention is illustrated below with reference to specific examples. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that these examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention in any way.
Example 1
A traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating qi deficiency, blood stasis and phlegm stagnation type rheumatoid arthritis comprises the following raw materials: 30g of astragalus, 30g of coix seeds, 30g of salvia miltiorrhiza, 30g of fried white paeony roots, 15g of codonopsis pilosula, 15g of poria cocos, 15g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 15g of radix stephaniae tetrandrae, 15g of cassia twig, 15g of parasitic loranthus, 12g of semen brassicae, 12g of radix clematidis, 10g of turmeric, 6g of ground beetles, 6g of scorpios and 6g of centipedes. Decocting in water 450ml, 3 times daily, 150ml each time. Or making into powder, pill or capsule at a certain proportion, 3 times daily, 10 parts of effective Chinese medicinal components each time.
Clinical observations
1. Clinical data:
the patients with the rheumatoid arthritis of qi deficiency, blood stasis and phlegm stagnation type who participate in the clinical test have 54 cases, 26 cases for men and 28 cases for women; maximum age 78 years, minimum age 40 years, average age 62 years. The study adopts random grouping, takes example 1 as an experimental group and takes diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets as a control group.
2. Symptom discrimination:
the evaluation table of the clinical symptom efficacy of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis of qi deficiency, blood stasis and phlegm stagnation type in this example is formulated according to the "standard of efficacy for diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms".
3. The clinical test method comprises the following steps:
the traditional Chinese medicine formula in the example 1 is adopted, one dose of 450ml is decocted in water every day, and 150ml is taken in three times in the morning, at noon and at night. Two courses of treatment (one month per course of treatment) were observed. Clinical tests are carried out according to the clinical research guiding principle of the new traditional Chinese medicine for treating the arthralgia.

5. Typical cases
Case 1: in certain plum, women are 56 years old, the symptoms are manifested as aching and pain of joints and muscles, and the activities are not free, thus seriously affecting daily life. After the traditional Chinese medicine formula is orally taken for 15 days, the symptoms are gradually relieved, and after the traditional Chinese medicine formula is continuously taken for 35 days, the symptoms are relieved, and the joints move freely.
Case 2: in case of a certain king, male, age 62, the symptoms of bilateral knee joint pain are more than four years, activity is limited, and pain is aggravated when walking and squatting. Infusion, oral administration of Chinese and western medicines, local closure and other methods for treatment are more and more serious, but no obvious effect is seen. After the traditional Chinese medicine formula is orally taken for 30 days, the symptoms are gradually relieved, and the symptoms are relieved after the traditional Chinese medicine formula is continuously taken for 30 days without pain and relapse.
