Abstract

The invention discloses a circuit board detection device which comprises a jig body and a plurality of groups of detection connectors fixed on the jig body, wherein the detection connectors are correspondingly superposed with the connection positions of the detection connectors of a PCB to be detected one by one. The circuit board detection device provided by the invention can obviously improve the connection efficiency with the PCB to be detected, and further improve the detection efficiency of the PCB to be detected.

Background
When the novel PCB is applied to an actual PCB, the PCB needs to be tested and verified so as to ensure that each parameter of the material can meet the PCB design of a high-speed signal. In the testing process, a testing instrument, a cable and a PCB to be tested are used. When the cable is connected with the PCB to be tested, the method comprises the following steps: first, securing a cable to a test instrument; secondly, fixing the SMA connector to the PCB; thirdly, connecting the other end of the cable with the SMA connector; and fourthly, reading data on the test instrument and storing the data to be analyzed.
In the prior art, the SMA connector is fixed on the PCB by holding the SMA by one hand and holding the screw by the other hand, so that the screw hole on the SMA connector, the screw hole reserved on the PCB and the screw are placed on the same straight line, and the screw is screwed. Then all the SMA's are mounted in a one-to-one correspondence according to the number of signals to be measured on the test board. And finally, screwing down the screw by using an electric screwdriver, and fixing the SMA connector on the PCB. The SMA connector needs to be operated by two hands simultaneously in the aligning and fixing process, which is very inconvenient, and the SMA connector is limited by the adjacent SMA connector when being aligned and fixed, so that the operation space is limited. More importantly, when the PCB detects, a plurality of SMA connectors need to be connected simultaneously, and especially when a large amount of PCBs need to be detected, the detection efficiency is low.
How to overcome the problem of low testing efficiency of the PCB becomes a technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

The fixing hole 12 is correspondingly arranged on the fixing plate 11 according to the connecting position of the detection connector of the PCB01 to be detected, the fixing hole 12 penetrates through the fixing plate 11, the shape of the fixing hole 12 is matched with the detection connector 5, and the detection connector 5 can be just detachably fixed in the fixing hole 12.
Further, the fixing plate 11 is a rectangular plate, the upright columns 13 are four groups and are respectively arranged at four corners of the fixing plate 11, the sum of the height of the upright columns 13 and the depth of the fixing holes 12 is equal to or slightly smaller than the height of the detection joint 5, so that after the detection joint 5 is arranged in the fixing holes 12, the connection end face of the detection joint 5 can be at least flush with the upper end face of the fixing plate 11 or slightly protrude out of the upper end face of the fixing plate 11, and the detection joint 5 is guaranteed to be in good contact with the PCB01 to be detected.
In this embodiment, the detection joint 5 is an SMA joint, and the fixing hole 12 is a kidney-shaped hole adapted to the SMA joint. When the detection joint 5 of other models is used for detection, the shape of the fixing hole 12 can be flexibly set according to the requirement, and the fixing hole 12 is ensured to be matched with the detection joint 5. In other words, the fixing holes 12 may all be waist-shaped holes, or holes of other shapes, such as rectangular holes, or holes formed by mixing rectangular holes and waist-shaped holes, specifically determined by the type of the detection connector 5 required by the PCB01 to be detected, and the number and positions of the fixing holes 12 and the detection connectors 5 are determined by the number and connection position positions of the detection connectors 5 required by the PCB01 to be detected.
It is worth mentioning that the stand 13 not only plays the effect of supporting the fixed plate 11, but also plays the effect of fixing the tool body 1 to the detection mesa, avoids moving the tool body 1 in the testing process, causes to wait to detect that PCB01 and detection joint 5 can't aim at or influence the testing result. The jig body 1 can be fixed by forming a positioning hole 14 penetrating through the upper end surface of the fixing plate 11 in the jig body 1 and inserting a positioning member into the positioning hole 14 and the detection table top.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the circuit board detection device includes not only the fixture body 1, but also a second fixture 2 which cooperates with the fixture body 1 to press the PCB01 to be detected onto the upper surface of the fixture body 1. In this embodiment, the second jig 2 specifically adopts a plate-shaped member.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate the quick alignment between the PCB01 to be detected and the plurality of detection connectors 5 fixed on the fixture body 1, the circuit board detection apparatus provided by the present invention further includes a positioning slot 15 formed on the upper end surface of the fixing plate 11, and a fixing hole 12 formed at the bottom of the positioning slot 15, as shown in fig. 4. The size of the positioning slot 15 is matched with that of the PCB01 to be detected, and when the PCB01 to be detected is placed in the positioning slot 15, the detection connector 5 fixed in the fixing hole 12 is just aligned with the PCB01 to be detected. The jig body 1 is fixed relative to the detection table board through a positioning hole 14 formed in the stand column 13, the fixing plate 11 is provided with a first fastening hole 16, the second jig 2 is provided with second fastening holes 21, the number and the positions of the second fastening holes 21 are the same as those of the first fastening holes 16, and the jig body 1 and the second jig 2 are matched to clamp and fix the PCB01 to be detected.

According to the circuit board detection device provided by the invention, the detection connectors 5 are fixed on the jig body 1 in a one-to-one correspondence manner according to the connection requirements of the PCBs 01 to be detected, and when a large number of PCBs 01 to be detected are subjected to connection detection, the detection connectors 5 do not need to be placed and fixed in a one-to-one contraposition manner, so that the detection efficiency of the PCBs 01 to be detected is obviously improved.
