Meanwhile, in order to ensure the scanning accuracy of the scanning mechanism to the fragile product identification, referring to fig. 1, the scanning mechanism comprises a scanner 20 erected above the conveying frame 1 and two guide plates 21 hinged on the conveying frame 1, the two guide plates 21 are respectively arranged on two sides of the conveying direction of the conveying belt 2 and are in a shape like a Chinese character 'ba', flaring ends of the two guide plates deviate from the scanner 20, and the scanner 20 is arranged between the guide plates 21 and the transfer mechanism.
Therefore, when the packages are conveyed on the conveying belt 2, the two guide plates 21 can arrange and guide the packages on the conveying belt 2, so that the scanner 20 can scan the packages conveniently, and the accuracy of the scanner 20 is improved; meanwhile, after the package is straightened, the four grippers 7 can accurately clamp the package of the fragile product.
The embodiment of the application further discloses an intelligent sorting system which comprises the intelligent sorting device.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the package is conveyed by the conveying belt 2, the two guide plates 21 can arrange and guide the package on the conveying belt 2, the scanner 20 scans and detects the package outer package, when the scanner 20 detects that the package adhered with the fragile mark is present, the controller controls the lifting assembly to drive the gripping plate 8 to drive the four grippers 7 to synchronously move downwards to the periphery side of the package of the fragile product, then the first driving piece 12 and the second driving piece 14 are started to drive the four grippers 7 to mutually approach to four edges and corners for clamping the package of the fragile product, then the lifting assembly drives the gripping plate 8 to drive the package of the fragile product to ascend and transfer the package of the fragile product to the conveying support belt 4 through the power assembly, in the process, because the four grippers 7 grip the four edges and corners of the package of the fragile product, the damage to the fragile product in the package after the grippers 7 are clamped can be effectively avoided, and the four grippers 7 are used for clamping and transferring the packages, so that the possibility of side turning of the packages of the fragile products is effectively avoided, and the integrity of the fragile products packaged in the sorting process is ensured as much as possible.
