Therefore, the paint-free film is provided in the market, can replace the traditional coating and spraying process, and can be directly attached to the base material through the plastic uptake process. The paint-free film has the advantages of no color difference on the surface, natural texture, fine texture, uniform structure, exquisite shape and good wear resistance, washing resistance, corrosion resistance and acid and alkali resistance.
Most of coatings for manufacturing a paint-free film in the current market are solvent type polyurethane coatings, and the current environmental protection requirements are difficult to adapt. The inventor finds that the waterborne polyurethane resin comprises 100 parts by weight of PU-580E waterborne self-extinction aliphatic polyurethane resin and 10-20 parts by weight of PUD6721 waterborne aliphatic polyurethane resin. Compared with other water-based aliphatic polyurethane resins and water-based self-extinction aliphatic polyurethane resins, the polyurethane resin has better comprehensive performance in the weight portion ratio.
Under the formula system of the invention, namely under the system of adopting PU-580E waterborne self-extinction aliphatic polyurethane resin, PUD6721 waterborne aliphatic polyurethane resin and cosolvent adopting N, N-dimethyl formamide, polyether grafted polysiloxane (Silicone-9350, organic silicon slip agent) containing two terminal hydroxyl groups is added, wherein the structure of the polyether grafted polysiloxane contains hydroxyl groups, the hydroxyl groups can react with a waterborne isocyanate curing agent component after being uniformly mixed to form a net structure, a siloxane structure is introduced into the coating structure, and the structure enables the polyether grafted polysiloxane to be uniformly distributed in the coating, so that the scratch resistance, the doodling resistance and the anti-blocking performance of the coating are obviously improved, and the inventor finds that the effect can not be achieved by adopting other organic silicon slip agents.
Preferably, the film forming agent is dipropylene glycol methyl ether, and one or more of ethylene glycol butyl ether, diethylene glycol butyl ether and dodecyl alcohol ester can be used.
As a most preferred embodiment, the film former is dipropylene glycol methyl ether. Auxiliary film formation, and blending with PUD 6721.

In this example, the aqueous polyurethane resin includes 80g of SDPU-590 aqueous self-matting aliphatic polyurethane resin (Kenture) and 35g of PUD6719H aqueous aliphatic polyurethane resin (Germany chemical).
In this embodiment, the cosolvent is ethyl isobutyl ketone.
Example 6
Example 6 is different from example 1 in that the aqueous polyurethane resin described in example 6 is different from example 1, and the other points are the same.
In this example, the aqueous polyurethane resin includes 65g of SDPU-500 aqueous self-matting aliphatic polyurethane resin (Kenture) and 50g of PUD6719 aqueous aliphatic polyurethane resin (Germany chemical).
Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 differs from example 1 in that comparative example 1 does not contain the polyether-grafted polysiloxane containing two terminal hydroxyl groups described, i.e. does not contain the reactive Silicone slip agent Silicone-9350, all other things being equal.
Comparative example 2
Comparative example 2 differs from example 1 in that comparative example 2 uses polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane (BYK-301 Germany Bick) in place of the two hydroxyl terminated polyether graft polysiloxane, all other things being equal.
To further demonstrate the effect of the present invention, the following test methods were provided:
1. the two-component waterborne polyurethane scratch-resistant wear-resistant PVC coating disclosed in the embodiments 1-6 and the comparative examples 1-4 is coated on the surface of a PVC decorative film through a plastic uptake process to form a coating (the thickness is 22 mu m), the performance of the coating is detected, and the test results are shown in Table 1.
GB/1762-1980 determination of the tack-back of paint films;
the hardness of the coating is measured by a GB/T6739-;
the adhesion is determined by the grid test of GB/T9286-1998 color paint and varnish paint films;
GB/T4893.8-1985 tests coatings for abrasion resistance (loss of mass).

As can be seen from Table 1, the coating of the present invention has the properties of no tack, good hardness, adhesion, abrasion resistance, etc. after coating.
Compared with examples 1 to 3, it can be seen that the optimized two-component waterborne polyurethane scratch-resistant wear-resistant PVC coating has the performances of no tack, good hardness, adhesion, wear resistance and the like after coating, wherein different proportions can influence the hardness, adhesion, wear resistance and the tack condition after coating, and example 1 is the optimal proportion.
It can be seen from comparison of examples 1, 4 and 5 that the hardness, adhesion, abrasion resistance and after-coating tack-back condition can be significantly affected by the selection of the aqueous polyurethane resin and the cosolvent described in example 1, and the hardness, adhesion, abrasion resistance and after-coating tack-back condition can be improved by the use of the aqueous polyurethane resin and the cosolvent described in example 1, and if the aqueous polyurethane resin and the cosolvent are different from example 1, the performance is significantly reduced.
Comparing example 1 with example 6, it is clear that the hardness, adhesion, abrasion resistance and after-coating tack-back are significantly reduced by using the aqueous polyurethane resin different from that described in example 1.
As can be seen from the comparison of example 1 with comparative examples 1 and 2, the addition of the polyether-grafted polysiloxane containing two terminal hydroxyl groups can significantly affect the overall performance of the coating, wherein the polyether-grafted polysiloxane containing two terminal hydroxyl groups can significantly improve the hardness, adhesion, abrasion resistance and after-coating tack.
Under the system that PU-580E aqueous self-extinction aliphatic polyurethane resin, PUD6721 aqueous aliphatic polyurethane resin and cosolvent are N, N-dimethylformamide, polyether grafted polysiloxane (Silicone-9350, an organic silicon slip agent) containing two terminal hydroxyl groups is added, wherein the structure of the polyether grafted polysiloxane contains hydroxyl groups, and the hydroxyl groups can react with an aqueous isocyanate curing agent component after being uniformly mixed to form a net-shaped structure, and a siloxane structure is introduced into the coating structure, so that the polyether grafted polysiloxane is uniformly distributed in the coating, the scratch resistance, adhesion resistance, doodling resistance and wear resistance of the coating are obviously improved, and the inventor finds that the effects cannot be achieved by adopting other organic silicon slip agents.
In light of the foregoing description of preferred embodiments according to the invention, it is clear that many changes and modifications can be made by the person skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the contents of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.

Claims (10)

1. A two-component waterborne polyurethane scratch-resistant wear-resistant PVC coating is characterized by comprising a main agent and a waterborne isocyanate curing agent;
the main agent comprises: the water-based polyurethane resin comprises water-based polyurethane resin, polyether graft polysiloxane containing two terminal hydroxyl groups, a film forming agent, a dispersing agent, an auxiliary agent and a cosolvent.
2. The two-component waterborne polyurethane scratch and wear resistant PVC coating according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the main agent to the waterborne isocyanate curing agent is 10: 0.1 to 0.5.
3. The two-component waterborne polyurethane scratch-resistant and wear-resistant PVC coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the waterborne polyurethane resin, the polyether graft polysiloxane containing two terminal hydroxyl groups, the film forming agent, the dispersing agent, the auxiliary agent and the cosolvent is 50-80: 0.4-1.8: 0.8-2: 0.2-0.5: 2.2-5.2: 6-16.
4. The two-component waterborne polyurethane scratch and wear resistant PVC coating according to claim 1, wherein the waterborne polyurethane resin comprises 100 parts by weight of waterborne self-extinction aliphatic polyurethane resin and 10-20 parts by weight of waterborne aliphatic polyurethane resin.
5. The two-component waterborne polyurethane scratch and wear resistant PVC coating according to claim 4, wherein the waterborne self-extinction aliphatic polyurethane resin is one or more of PU-580E, SDPU-590, SDPU-500, SDPU-550, SDPU-YN, PU-980, P-1010 and GSB 01-81;
the waterborne aliphatic polyurethane resin is one or more of PUD6721, PUD6719 and PUD 6719H.
6. The two-component waterborne polyurethane scratch and abrasion resistant PVC coating according to claim 1, wherein the polyether-grafted polysiloxane containing two terminal hydroxyl groups is a reactive Silicone slip agent Silicone-9350.
7. The two-component waterborne polyurethane scratch and wear resistant PVC coating according to claim 1, wherein the film forming agent is dipropylene glycol methyl ether, and one or more of ethylene glycol butyl ether, diethylene glycol butyl ether and dodecyl alcohol ester can be used;
the dispersant is 7155W vinyl resin type amide polymer dispersant.
8. The two-component waterborne polyurethane scratch-resistant and wear-resistant PVC coating according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises a wetting agent, a leveling agent, a defoaming agent and a lubricant;
the lubricant is polytetrafluoroethylene wax;
the wetting agent is one or two of a Twin4100 wetting agent and a Twin4000 wetting agent;
the leveling agent is a Glide450 leveling agent;
the defoaming agent is Silok 4600 defoaming agent.
9. The two-component waterborne polyurethane scratch and wear resistant PVC coating according to claim 1, wherein the waterborne isocyanate curing agent is one or more of a waterborne HDI curing agent, a waterborne MDI curing agent, a waterborne IPDI curing agent and a waterborne TDI curing agent.

A preparation method of a two-component waterborne polyurethane scratch-resistant and wear-resistant PVC coating, which is used for preparing the two-component waterborne polyurethane scratch-resistant and wear-resistant PVC coating as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, and comprises the following steps:
s1, adding the waterborne polyurethane resin, the cosolvent and the dispersing agent into a reaction kettle, uniformly mixing, and adding the polyether graft polysiloxane containing two terminal hydroxyl groups, the film-forming agent and the auxiliary agent to obtain a main agent;
s2, uniformly mixing the main agent and the water-based isocyanate curing agent to obtain the two-component water-based polyurethane scratch-resistant wear-resistant PVC coating.
