When the KT board is used, a common KT board 13 (if the KT board 13 is single-sided, the rough side faces upwards) is placed between the ink printing component 3 and the working surface 4 from the feeding port 5 (as shown in figure 3), the ink printing component 3 is started, the printing end part 3-1 of the ink printing component 3 prints the patterns prestored in the printing component on the KT board 13, the thickness of the KT board 13 is about 3-5mm, therefore, the distance between the printing end part 3-1 of the ink printing component 3 and the working surface 4 is 3-5mm, the printing end part 3-1 can just print the patterns on the KT board 13, the KT board 13 cannot be damaged, the conveying device is matched with the printing end part 3-1, the KT board 13 is printed and moved to the discharging port 6 during the pattern printing process, and therefore, after the process of printing the pattern is finished, the part of the KT plate 13 printed with the pattern completely leaves the ink printing component 3 from the discharge port 6 and moves to the conveying roller frame 2 outside the discharge port 6, because the roller surface formed by the rollers 7 on the conveying roller frame 2 is flush with the working surface 4 (as shown in FIG. 6), the KT plate 13 is horizontal after coming out from the discharge port 6, therefore, the ink forming the pattern on the KT plate 13 cannot flow randomly to cause the pattern to be erased, then the side of the KT plate 13 printed with the pattern faces upwards, the KT plate is placed for about 8 hours, the part of the KT plate 13 contacted with the ink printed by the printing end part 3-1 is sunken (as shown in FIG. 7), so that the pattern forms a shadow pattern on the KT plate 13, and finally, the side of the KT plate 13 printed with the pattern is enclosed by the protective plate 14 (as shown in FIG. 7), pouring the high-strength grouting material, placing for a period of time until the high-strength grouting material is solidified, and removing the KT plate 13 and the guard plate 14 to obtain the stone-like relief works.
It is worth mentioning that the ink printing component 3 in the invention can be the ink printing component 3 of a common printer, therefore, the ink printing component 3 can be connected with a computer by signals, so as to lead the shot patterns into the ink printing component 3 from the computer end for printing, and because the KT plate 13 has a larger area and is brittle, the conveying roller frames 2 are arranged outside the material inlet 5 and the material outlet 6, wherein the conveying roller frame 2 arranged outside the material inlet 5 only has a supporting function, so that the KT plate 13 is prevented from being broken due to unbalanced stress under the action of gravity; two conveying roller frames 2 are arranged outside the discharge port 6, and one conveying roller frame is used for supporting and preventing the KT plate 13 from being broken due to unbalanced stress under the action of gravity; the other is to prevent the situation that the patterns printed on the KT board 13 are bent and deformed under the action of gravity, so that ink flows randomly, and the patterns are smeared.
