Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
The present disclosure provides a control method of a garment steamer, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a garment steamer according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 1, the control method of a garment steamer comprises the following steps.
In step S11, parameters related to the hanging ironing are acquired;
in step S12, the steam output parameter is adjusted according to the acquired parameter related to the garment steamer.
When the hanging ironing equipment is used for hanging ironing, the parameters related to hanging ironing can be firstly acquired, and the steam output parameters are adjusted according to the acquired parameters related to hanging ironing. Therefore, the garment steamer can be used for hanging and scalding the garment according to the actual requirement of the garment steamer, the garment steamer effect can be ensured, and the garment steamer efficiency can be improved.
The steam output parameter can be steam flow, and in the actual operation process, the steam flow can be adjusted according to the acquired related parameters of the garment steamer.
In one exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a control method of a steamer device is provided, the steamer device including a holding portion, and an air jet head disposed at an end of the holding portion. As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 shows that, when the garment-related parameters include a holding pressure of the holding part and/or a contact pressure of the air nozzle and the garment, adjusting the steam output parameters according to the acquired garment-related parameters includes:
In step 121, steam output parameters are adjusted according to the holding pressure of the holding part and/or the contact pressure of the air nozzle and the garment steamer.
When the garment steamer is used for hanging and scalding clothes, a user can hold the holding part of the garment steamer, and the steam is sprayed out of the air nozzle arranged at the end part of the holding part so as to hang and scald the clothes to be hung and scalded. The holding pressure of the holding part is the pressure exerted by the hand on the holding part of the garment steamer by the user when the garment steamer is used. The contact pressure of the air nozzle and the garment steamer is the pressure generated when the air nozzle contacts the garment steamer. When the garment steamer is used, the steam flow can be adjusted according to the holding pressure applied to the holding part of the garment steamer and/or the contact pressure of the air nozzle and the garment to be steamed.
In one exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a control method of a garment steamer is provided, as shown in fig. 3, wherein the adjusting steam output parameters according to the holding pressure of the holding part and/or the contact pressure of the air nozzle and the garment steamer shown in fig. 2 comprises:
in step 1211, the steam output parameter is increased when the grip pressure of the grip portion and/or the contact pressure of the air jet head with the garment is increased, and the steam output parameter is decreased when the grip pressure of the grip portion and/or the contact pressure of the air jet head with the garment is decreased.
In the hanging ironing process, when ironing a relatively flat part, the ironing is not needed for a long time or at a high temperature, and the steam flow is reduced by reducing the holding pressure and/or the contact pressure so as to achieve the expected ironing effect and save water and electricity. When the parts with wrinkles are ironed, the ironing temperature needs to be increased, and a user can increase the steam flow and improve the ironing efficiency by increasing the holding pressure and/or the contact pressure. In the present disclosure, in order to increase the steam flow rate or decrease the steam flow rate, the holding pressure applied to the holding portion of the steamer and the contact pressure of the showerhead with the steamer may be increased or decreased simultaneously, or the holding pressure applied to the holding portion of the steamer and the contact pressure of the showerhead with the steamer may be increased or decreased respectively.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a control method of a garment steamer device is provided, as shown in fig. 4, where fig. 4 shows that in an embodiment, when the garment steamer related parameter comprises an angle of a steam airflow with a horizontal plane, adjusting the steam output parameter according to the acquired garment steamer related parameter comprises:
in step S122, when the angle of the steam flow to the horizontal plane is greater than a preset angle, the steam output parameter is increased.
When the garment steamer is used for hanging and scalding clothes, a user can hold the holding part of the garment steamer, and the steam is sprayed out of the air nozzle arranged at the end part of the holding part so as to hang and scald the clothes to be hung and scalded. Because the hanging ironing operation is adopted, the steam flow is vertically sprayed to the object to be ironed, the angle between the steam flow and the ground plane is close to 0 degree, taking the clothes as an example, when the front or the rear of the clothes is ironed, generally the parts are not too wrinkled, higher ironing temperature is not needed, the steam flow can be reduced at the moment, so that energy is saved, when the clothes at the elbow and the armpit are ironed, the clothes at the parts are generally wrinkled, the ironing is needed at higher temperature, the angle of the hanging ironing equipment can be adjusted by a user at the moment, the change of the angle can be sensed through the built-in gyroscope, when the angle between the steam flow and the horizontal plane exceeds a preset angle, for example, the angle exceeds 45 degrees, the clothes at the armpit or the elbow area can be determined to be ironed, so that the steam flow is increased, and the ironing efficiency is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a control method of a garment steamer device is provided, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 shows that in an embodiment, the garment steamer device comprises an air jet head arranged at an end of a holding portion, and when the garment-related parameter comprises a moving speed of the air jet head, adjusting the steam output parameter according to the acquired garment-related parameter comprises:
In step S123, when the movement speed is greater than a preset threshold, decreasing the steam output parameter; and when the movement speed is less than a preset threshold value, increasing the steam output parameter.
When using the garment steamer to hang and scald clothing, the user can hold the portion of holding of the garment steamer, and the air jet department blowout steam that sets up through the tip of the portion of holding is treating the garment steamer when hanging and scalding clothing, and the portion of holding of the garment steamer is held through user's hand, and the removal through the hand drives the air jet motion to treat the garment steamer clothing and hang and scald. When a user irones clothes, ironing parts with few wrinkles at a high ironing speed and at a low ironing temperature; repeated ironing is needed for the parts with more wrinkles, and the ironing speed is slow. The flow of the sprayed steam can be adjusted by judging the movement speed of the air nozzle of the hanging ironing equipment. When the moving speed of the air nozzle is greater than a preset threshold value, judging the part with fewer wrinkles of the clothes being hung and ironed, and reducing the steam flow; when the moving speed of the air nozzle is smaller than a preset threshold value, the part with more wrinkles of the clothes being hung and ironed is judged, and the steam flow is increased, so that the ironing temperature is increased, and the ironing is completed quickly.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a control method of a garment steamer is provided, as shown in fig. 6, and fig. 6 shows that in an exemplary embodiment provided by the present disclosure, the control method of the garment steamer includes:
in step S1231, when the moving speed of the showerhead is 0, it is determined whether a duration in which the moving speed of the showerhead is 0 is greater than a preset time period, and if so, the steam output parameter is adjusted to 0.
During the ironing process, the user may be distracted from other things, such as chatting with people or watching television programs, which may cause the ironing apparatus to stop at a certain position, and the clothes may be damaged under the action of the high-temperature steam for a long time. Therefore, when the moving speed of the air nozzle is 0, the hanging ironing process of the hanging ironing device is in a static state, the static time is longer than a preset time period, for example, more than 8 seconds, the steam output parameter is adjusted to be 0, and the clothes are prevented from being ironed. Or, the user finishes the back that irones of a clothing, hangs the garment steamer on the stores pylon, puts in order other clothing, and spun steam is in extravagant state this moment, and to the people that is close to the jet head, also has the danger of being scalded, and at this moment, the velocity of motion of jet head is when 0, if the time of hanging stationary of scalding process is greater than the preset period, for example exceeds 8 seconds, adjusts steam output parameter and is 0, reduces the waste of steam, reduces the danger that probably exists to the user.
An exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure provides a control method of a garment steamer, as shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 illustrates an exemplary embodiment provided by the present disclosure, and when the parameters related to garment steamer include material information of an ironing object, the control method provided by the present disclosure includes:
in step 13, determining the range of steam output parameters according to the material information of the hanging ironing object;
according to the acquired parameters related to the hanging ironing, adjusting the steam output parameters comprises:
adjusting the steam output parameter within the determined range of the steam output parameter.
The temperature that the thing is scalded to the string of different materials, the temperature that needs to hang the boiling hot is different, and the string boiling hot equipment passes through steam output parameter, for example steam flow, adjusts the temperature of hanging the boiling hot, and steam output parameter is bigger, and the temperature of hanging the boiling hot is higher. Therefore, the temperature range of the hanging ironing can be determined according to the material information of the hanging ironing object, and the range of the steam flow is correspondingly determined. And adjusting the steam output parameter within the range of the determined steam output parameter according to the parameters related to the hanging ironing. Not only can ensure the hanging and ironing effect, but also can ensure the safety of the hanging and ironing objects.
The material information of the hanging ironing object can be determined by acquiring parameters set manually, and the video data or the image data of the hanging ironing object can also be determined by acquiring the camera lens arranged in the air nozzle of the hanging ironing equipment.
An exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure provides a control method of a garment steamer device, as shown in fig. 8, fig. 8 shows that in an embodiment, the garment steamer device comprises an air nozzle arranged at an end of a holding portion, when the air nozzle of the garment steamer device is provided with a rotatable mechanism, the control method comprises:
in step 14, acquiring a motion track of an air nozzle of the garment steamer;
in step 15, the angle of the showerhead is adjusted based on the motion trajectory so that the line connecting the two gas injection holes on the showerhead with the largest spacing is perpendicular to the motion trajectory.
In order to increase ironing effect, improve user's use and experience, when the design is hung and is scalded equipment, be provided with rotatable mechanism on the air jet head of the tip of the portion of holding of hanging and scalding equipment. Acquiring the motion track of the air nozzle during hanging ironing operation; and adjusting the angle of the gas nozzle head based on the motion trail so that the connecting line of the two gas nozzles with the largest distance on the gas nozzle head is vertical to the motion trail. When the ironing machine is used, a user can hold the ironing equipment in the most comfortable posture to carry out transverse or longitudinal ironing operation, and the holding posture does not need to be adjusted at any time according to different ironing positions. Thereby greatly enhancing the use feeling and the ironing effect.
