The contact between the pawl and the ratchet wheel is in sliding contact through the roller, so that the contact between the pawl and the ratchet wheel is smoother, the friction to the ratchet wheel in the rotating process of the pawl is reduced, and the service lives of the ratchet wheel and the pawl are prolonged.
