The reduction-assist acromioclavicular joint positioning device of claim 1, wherein: the coracoid positioning assembly (4) comprises a positioning base (41) arranged at the bottom of the holding assembly (1), a positioning connecting rod (42) connected with the positioning base (41), a positioning member (43) arranged above the end part of the positioning connecting rod (42), a hook probing base (47) horizontally and slidably arranged in the positioning base (41), and a hook probing connecting rod (48) horizontally and slidably arranged in the positioning connecting rod (42) and connected with the hook probing base (47), wherein a hook probing latch (410) is arranged on the hook probing base (47), a coracoid hook probing (49) is arranged at the end part of the hook probing connecting rod (48), and an adjusting member (411) matched with the hook probing latch (410) is arranged in the positioning base (41).

The reduction-assist acromioclavicular joint positioning device of claim 8, wherein: the tail end side edge of the positioning connecting rod (42) is provided with a first measuring scale (421), the side edge of the feeler hook base (47) is provided with a second measuring scale (471), and the tail end face of the feeler hook base (47) is provided with an adjusting boss (472).

The reduction-assist acromioclavicular joint positioning device of claim 8, wherein: the adjusting member (411) comprises an adjusting member connecting rod (412), an adjusting member latch (413) arranged in the middle of the adjusting member connecting rod (412) and matched with the hook latch (410), an adjusting member baffle (414) arranged on the adjusting member connecting rod (412) and positioned on two sides of the adjusting member latch (413), and an adjusting member knob (415) arranged at the tail end of the adjusting member connecting rod (412), wherein the adjusting member connecting rod (412) is horizontally and transversely distributed in the positioning base (41), and the adjusting member knob (415) is positioned on the outer side of the positioning base (41).
