Before space dyeing starts, the dehydrated cone yarn is threaded on a cone winder, then a peristaltic pump is started, the rotating speed of the peristaltic pump is set to be 30r/min at the initial stage, the dye liquor is conveyed to a temporary liquid storage device from a dye liquor storage tank, the peristaltic pump is adjusted to be 1r/min after the dye liquor of the temporary liquid storage device is full, the cone winder is started to perform space dyeing at the moment, the rotating speed of the cone winder is 400m/min, the yarn movement is 20cm, and the movement distance is the distance between the upper end face and the lower end face of the cone yarn.
After the space dyeing is finished, sequentially performing hot water washing, dehydration and drying treatment on the space dyeing cone yarn: the hot water washing temperature is 95 ℃ and the washing time is 25min; dehydrating the hot water washed cheese on a dryer, wherein the rotating speed of the dryer is 6800r/min, and the drying time is 15min; and (3) carrying out hot air drying on the space-dyed yarns after dehydration, wherein the drying temperature is 110 ℃ and the time is 1h.
The yarn produced by the space dyeing method is in a space dyeing style, and the color knots of the dyed yarn are circularly changed according to red 1 cm+white 12 cm+yellow 1 cm+white 12 cm+blue 1 cm+white 12 cm+black 1 cm+white 12 cm+red 1 cm+white 12 cm+black 1 cm+white 12 cm+blue 1 cm+white 12 cm.
The space dye cone yarn yarns of examples 1-2 were subjected to a color fastness test using a crochet fastness tester and a soaping fastness machine, and the test results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the fastness of the space dye yarns prepared in examples 1-2 of the present invention can reach 3-4 or above.
Claims (8)
1. A processing device for cellulose fiber space dyeing cheese is characterized in that: comprises a driving device (2), a yarn supporting roller (3) and a dyeing liquid supply unit which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom and connected with a cheese (1); the cone yarn (1) is abutted with a yarn supporting roller (3) on the cone winder, and the yarn supporting roller (3) is abutted with a dyeing liquid supply unit; the dyeing liquid supply unit comprises a dyeing liquid tank (8), a dyeing conveying pipeline (6), a peristaltic pump (7), a temporary liquid storage device (5) and a touch pen (4), wherein a pen point of the touch pen (4) is abutted against the yarn supporting roller (3), the other end of the touch pen (4) is immersed into the temporary liquid storage device (5), the temporary liquid storage device (5) is connected with an outlet of the peristaltic pump (7) through the dyeing conveying pipeline (6), and an inlet of the peristaltic pump (7) is connected with the dyeing liquid tank (8) through the dyeing conveying pipeline (6); the number of the dye tanks (8) is 1-6; the number of channels of the peristaltic pump (7) is 12, and the temporary liquid storage device (5) is made of sponge material; the stylus (4) is made of PE material, and the width of the nib of the stylus (4) is 0.05 cm-4 cm; the winding mode of the cheese during winding is precision winding or digital winding, the winding speed of the yarn is 300-800 m/min, the yarn stroke during winding is 5-25 cm, and the yarn stroke is the distance between the upper end face and the lower end face of the cheese.
2. The apparatus for processing cellulose fiber space dye package according to claim 1, wherein: the cheese (1) is connected with the driving device (2) through a motor rotating shaft.
3. A method for producing a cellulosic fiber space dye cheese using the processing device of claim 1, characterized by: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) Preparation of dyeing liquid
Dissolving dye by adopting a mixed solution of an organic solvent and water to prepare a dyeing liquid;
(2) Pretreatment of cellulose fiber cheese
Performing alkaline fixation pretreatment on cellulose fiber cheese, and dehydrating the cheese after the pretreatment is finished;
(3) Space dyeing of cheese
The touch pen is contacted with the yarn supporting roller during dyeing, the dye liquor is conveyed to the temporary liquid storage device by the dye liquor tank through the peristaltic pump, and then transferred to the yarn supporting roller through the touch pen, and further transferred to the cheese in the winding process;
(4) Post-treatment of space-dyed cheese
And sequentially performing hot water washing, dehydration and drying treatment on the cheese subjected to space dyeing.

A method of producing a cellulosic fiber space dye package according to claim 3, wherein: the mass ratio of the organic solvent, the dye and the water in the dyeing liquid in the step (1) is 50-85:0.5-5:10-45; the organic solvent is one or more of methanol, ethanol, carbon tetrachloride, n-propanol, isopropanol or glycerol; the dye for dyeing is reactive dye, and the reactive group is one or more than two of vinyl sulfone group, monochloro-s-triazinyl or chloropyrimidine group.

A method of producing a cellulosic fiber space dye package according to claim 3, wherein: the cellulose fiber in the step (2) is one or two or more of viscose fiber, cotton fiber, fibrilia, bamboo fiber, cuprammonium fiber, tencel fiber or modal fiber, and the specification of the cellulose fiber yarn is 5-30 tex; the alkaline fixation of the cellulose fiber cheese is carried out, the alkaline agent is one of sodium carbonate or caustic soda during treatment, the dosage of the alkaline agent is 5-30 g/L, the treatment temperature is 55-95 ℃, and the treatment time is 20-60 min.

A method of producing a cellulosic fiber space dye package according to claim 3, wherein: space dyeing of the cheese in the step (3): the yarn is subjected to digital winding or precise winding through a winder; the peristaltic pump conveys the dyeing liquid from the dyeing liquid tank to the temporary liquid storage device, and then the dyeing liquid is transferred to the yarn supporting roller through the stylus, and finally transferred to the cheese contacted with the yarn supporting roller; the rotating direction of the cheese during winding is clockwise, the yarn supporting roller is a driven roller, and the yarn supporting roller rotates anticlockwise at the same speed by means of the rotation of the cheese; the flow of the dye liquor can be controlled by controlling the rotating speed of the peristaltic pump, and the rotating speed of the rotating shaft of the peristaltic pump is 0.1-50 r/min.
7. A method of producing a cellulosic fiber space dye package according to claim 3, wherein: the hot water washing temperature in the step (4) is 90-110 ℃, and the washing time is 5-25 min; the drying mode is hot air drying, the drying temperature is 60-120 ℃, and the drying time is 1-3 hours.
8. A method of producing a cellulosic fiber space dye package according to claim 3, wherein: and (3) dehydrating the cheeses in the step (2) and the step (4) on a dehydrator, wherein the rotating speed of the dehydrator is 5000-10000 r/min, and the dehydrating time is 5-20 min.
