Abstract

the second obtaining unit 5021 is used for obtaining all the first keywords and the appearance positions of each first keyword from the document content, and obtaining all the second keywords and the appearance positions of each second keyword; the obtaining unit 5022 is configured to obtain at least one keyword pair based on each first keyword and second keyword and each occurrence position; the keyword pair comprises a first keyword and a second keyword, wherein the first keyword and the second keyword in the keywords are adjacent, and the appearance position of the second keyword is larger than that of the first keyword; the second extraction unit 5023 extracts the content between the appearance position of the first keyword and the appearance position of the second keyword for each keyword pair as resolution matters for each keyword pair.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, further, the conference summary processing apparatus based on robot process automation provided in the embodiments of the present invention further includes an issuing module, where:
the issuing module is used for issuing the supervision item document to the corresponding execution department.

The present embodiment provides a computer-readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, where the computer program causes the computer to execute the method provided by the above method embodiments, for example, the method includes: acquiring document content and conference names of conference summary documents from the conference summary documents in a set directory; extracting at least one resolution item from the document content based on the first keyword and the second keyword; wherein the first keyword and the second keyword are preset; matching corresponding execution departments for each resolution item; generating a supervision item file corresponding to each resolution item based on the conference name, each resolution item and the execution department corresponding to each resolution item; filling the supervision item document sheet based on the supervision item document corresponding to each resolution item.

Claims (10)
1. A conference summary processing method based on robot process automation is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring document content and conference names of conference summary documents from the conference summary documents in a set directory;
extracting at least one resolution item from the document content based on the first keyword and the second keyword; wherein the first keyword and the second keyword are preset;
matching corresponding execution departments for each resolution item;
generating a supervision item file corresponding to each resolution item based on the conference name, each resolution item and the execution department corresponding to each resolution item;
filling the supervision item document sheet based on the supervision item document corresponding to each resolution item.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining document contents and meeting names of meeting summary documents from the meeting summary documents under the set directory comprises:
acquiring the conference summary document and the document name of the conference summary document from the set directory; wherein the document name comprises a meeting name;
opening the conference summary document, extracting document content of the conference summary document, and acquiring a conference name from the document name of the conference summary document.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein extracting at least one resolution item from the document content based on the first keyword and the second keyword comprises:
acquiring all first keywords and the appearance positions of each first keyword from the document content, and acquiring all second keywords and the appearance positions of each second keyword;
obtaining at least one keyword pair based on each first keyword and second keyword and the respective occurrence position; the keyword pair comprises a first keyword and a second keyword, wherein the first keyword and the second keyword in the keywords are adjacent, and the appearance position of the second keyword is larger than that of the first keyword;
and extracting the content between the appearance position of the first keyword and the appearance position of the second keyword of each keyword pair as resolution matters of each keyword pair.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and issuing the supervision matter document to the corresponding execution department.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and obtaining a feedback result from a feedback page of the supervision item document, and backfilling the feedback result into the corresponding supervision item document.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and if the supervision item document sheet does not have a feedback result after exceeding the preset time, sending reminding information to a corresponding execution department.
7. The method of any of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
and if the set directory is empty, quitting the processing of the conference summary.
8. A conference summary processing apparatus based on robot process automation, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring document contents and conference names of conference summary documents from the conference summary documents in the set directory;
an extraction module, configured to extract at least one resolution item from the document content based on the first keyword and the second keyword; wherein the first keyword and the second keyword are preset;
the matching module is used for matching the corresponding execution department for each resolution item;
a generating module, configured to generate a supervision item file corresponding to each resolution item based on the conference name, each resolution item, and an execution department corresponding to each resolution item;
and the filling module is used for filling the supervision item document sheet based on the supervision item document corresponding to each resolution item.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7 are implemented when the computer program is executed by the processor.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
