Abstract
本发明公开了一种陶瓷过滤机清洗剂,所述陶瓷过滤机清洗剂的成分包括硝酸、氨基磺酸、氟化氢铵、缓蚀剂、十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、纯净水;各成分的质量百分比分别为:硝酸20~30%、氨基磺酸5~8%、氟化氢铵4~6%、缓蚀剂0.3~0.7%、十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3~7%,余量为纯净水。本发明通过采用以硝酸、氨基磺酸、氟化氢铵、缓蚀剂、十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚为主要成分混合制成清洗剂,其可以通过硝酸、氨基磺酸与缓蚀剂的配合来去除顽固杂质,同时可以通过十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚来提高清洗剂的发泡量,提高了清洗剂的清洗面积以及清洗效果,其完全可以满足陶瓷过滤机的清洗需求,给陶瓷过滤机的清洗工作带来了便利。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂领域,尤其涉及一种陶瓷过滤机清洗剂。
背景技术
陶瓷过滤机是一种新型高效节能的固液分离设备,集微孔陶瓷、机械制造、超声波清洗、微电脑控制于一体,采用微孔陶瓷作过滤介质,应用毛细效应原理进行固液分离操作。陶瓷过滤机需要时常进行清洗操作,然而现有的清洗剂清洗效果较差,无法完全清除陶瓷过滤机内的杂质,导致其无法满足陶瓷过滤机的清洗需求,因此,有必要研究一种陶瓷过滤机专用清洗剂来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对上述问题,提供一种提高清洗效果的陶瓷过滤机清洗剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种陶瓷过滤机清洗剂,所述陶瓷过滤机清洗剂的成分包括硝酸、氨基磺酸、氟化氢铵、缓蚀剂、十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、纯净水;各成分的质量百分比分别为:硝酸20~30%、氨基磺酸5~8%、氟化氢铵4~6%、缓蚀剂0.3~0.7%、十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3~7%,余量为纯净水。
进一步的,所述陶瓷过滤机清洗剂中硝酸、氨基磺酸、氟化氢铵、缓蚀剂、十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、纯净水的质量百分比分别为:硝酸25%、氨基磺酸6%、氟化氢铵5%、缓蚀剂0.5%、十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5%,余量为纯净水。
进一步的,所述缓蚀剂为六次甲基四胺、2-苯基咪唑啉季铵盐、四氨基安替比林中的一种或多种混合。

本发明通过采用以硝酸、氨基磺酸、氟化氢铵、缓蚀剂、十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚为主要成分混合制成清洗剂,其可以通过硝酸、氨基磺酸与缓蚀剂的配合来去除顽固杂质,同时可以通过十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚来提高清洗剂的发泡量,提高了清洗剂的清洗面积以及清洗效果,其完全可以满足陶瓷过滤机的清洗需求,给陶瓷过滤机的清洗工作带来了便利。

实施例2、本实施例公开了一种陶瓷过滤机清洗剂,所述陶瓷过滤机清洗剂的成分包括硝酸、氨基磺酸、氟化氢铵、2-苯基咪唑啉季铵盐、十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(op-10)、纯净水;各成分的质量百分比分别为:硝酸25%、氨基磺酸6%、氟化氢铵5%、2-苯基咪唑啉季铵盐0.5%、十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5%,余量为纯净水。
实施例3、本实施例公开了一种陶瓷过滤机清洗剂,所述陶瓷过滤机清洗剂的成分包括硝酸、氨基磺酸、氟化氢铵、四氨基安替比林、十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(op-10)、纯净水;各成分的质量百分比分别为:硝酸30%、氨基磺酸8%、氟化氢铵6%、四氨基安替比林0.7%、十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚7%,余量为纯净水。

1.一种陶瓷过滤机清洗剂,其特征至于:所述陶瓷过滤机清洗剂的成分包括硝酸、氨基磺酸、氟化氢铵、缓蚀剂、十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、纯净水;各成分的质量百分比分别为:硝酸20~30%、氨基磺酸5~8%、氟化氢铵4~6%、缓蚀剂0.3~0.7%、十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3~7%,余量为纯净水。
2.如权利要求1所述的陶瓷过滤机清洗剂,其特征至于:所述陶瓷过滤机清洗剂中硝酸、氨基磺酸、氟化氢铵、缓蚀剂、十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、纯净水的质量百分比分别为:硝酸25%、氨基磺酸6%、氟化氢铵5%、缓蚀剂0.5%、十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5%,余量为纯净水。
3.如权利要求2所述的陶瓷过滤机清洗剂,其特征至于:所述缓蚀剂为六次甲基四胺、2-苯基咪唑啉季铵盐、四氨基安替比林中的一种或多种混合。
