Detailed Description
The present embodiment provides a tag. The first lines 14 are in two groups, each group of first lines 14 having at least one line. The pressing device is operated to apply the mark 13 to the object 80. Then the first recovery wheel and the second recovery wheel rotate to continue rotating, and the first thread 14 is separated from the label film 12 and the second thread 15 is separated from the base paper 11 at the second preset position and the third preset position respectively. The first recovery wheel and the second recovery wheel are rotated to stop the next flag 13 at the first preset position.
The labeling device according to the embodiment of the present invention is particularly suitable for the label 10 provided by the present invention because the first thread 14 can be separated from the label film 12 and the second thread 15 can be separated from the base paper 11, the amount of the recycled materials on the first recycling wheel and the second recycling wheel can be reduced, and the labeling device has a compact structure and a small volume. The recovery wheel can be prevented from becoming larger and larger, which in turn causes inaccuracy in the label feeding position, resulting in the labels not being attached to the proper position.
In some embodiments of the invention, the labeling apparatus further comprises a power device configured to rotate the second recovery wheel and the second recovery wheel. The power device comprises two unidirectional rotating structures 41 and a reciprocating driving structure for driving the two unidirectional rotating structures 41 to rotate, and the two unidirectional rotating structures 41 are respectively connected to the first recovery wheel and the second recovery wheel. In some alternative embodiments, the power device may be a motor and transmission mechanism, or the like.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the unidirectional rotation structure 41 is a ratchet. The reciprocating driving structure comprises a push rod 42 and a first elastic device 43 connected to the push rod 42 to drive the push rod 42 to reset, and the push rod 42 drives the unidirectional rotating structure 41 to rotate in the resetting process.
