Background
The meat ball is a meat ball processed into a round shape by meat stuffing, in the prior art, the meat stuffing is generally extruded out by a spiral extruder, a scissors is arranged at an outlet position and is cut off after being extruded for a certain distance to form the meat ball similar to a spherical shape, then the cut meat ball is preliminarily formed after being heated by hot water, and the extruded meat stuffing is directly cut off by the existing equipment through the scissors, so that the meat ball with an irregular shape is formed, and the interior of the meat ball contains more air, is not compact and has no chewing strength.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects that in the prior art, the meat balls are irregular in shape, contain more air inside the meat balls, are not compact and have no chewing force, and provides a meat ball forming device.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a meat ball forming device comprises a first conveyor and a second conveyor which are arranged on a frame, wherein the first conveyor is arranged above the second conveyor in parallel, the first conveyor comprises a first conveyor belt, the second conveyor comprises a second conveyor belt, the conveying direction and the conveying speed of the lower belt part of the first conveyor belt are the same as those of the upper belt part of the second conveyor belt, a plurality of first spherical shell parts are uniformly arranged on the first conveyor belt, a plurality of second spherical shell parts matched with the first spherical shell parts are uniformly arranged on the second conveyor belt, when the first conveyor belt and the second conveyor belt on the adjacent sides move, the forming device comprises a first spherical shell part, a second spherical shell part, a forming device and a feeding device, wherein the first spherical shell part and the second spherical shell part are in butt joint to form a spherical shell with a spherical space, the first spherical shell part is connected with the feeding component for conveying meat stuffing to the spherical shell, and the forming device further comprises the feeding device for conveying materials to the feeding component.
The feeding assembly comprises a feeding pipe which is integrally formed with the first spherical shell part or fixedly assembled with the first spherical shell part, the feeding pipe penetrates through the first conveying belt, the feeding pipe is provided with a first channel and a second channel which are communicated with the spherical space, the diameter of the second channel is larger than that of the first channel, meat stuffing passes through the second channel to enter the spherical space during feeding, and gas and partial meat stuffing in the spherical space are discharged out of the spherical shell through the first channel.
The feeding device comprises a storage box, a power expansion device which drives the storage box to move up and down is arranged on the rack, a partition plate is arranged in the storage box, a feeding cavity on the upper portion and a receiving cavity on the lower portion are separated from an inner cavity of the storage box through the partition plate, the storage box is provided with a feeding hole communicated with the feeding cavity, the feeding hole is connected with a material extruding device, the power expansion device drives the storage box to move downwards, and the feeding pipe penetrates through the storage box and the partition plate, so that the second channel is communicated with the feeding cavity and the first channel is communicated with the receiving cavity.

The invention provides a meat ball forming device, which has the beneficial effects that: the device can ensure that the meat balls are more round and moist, the shape is more regular, and the meat balls are more compact and chewy.

Referring to fig. 1-2, the feeding assembly comprises a feeding pipe 17 integrally formed or fixedly assembled with the first spherical shell portion 3, the feeding pipe 17 penetrates through the first conveyor belt 1, the feeding pipe 17 is provided with a first passage 19 and a second passage 20 communicated with the spherical space, the diameter of the second passage 20 is larger than that of the first passage 19, when feeding is carried out, minced meat enters the spherical space through the second passage 20, gas in the spherical space and part of the minced meat are discharged out of the spherical shell through the first passage 19, the minced meat is conveyed to the second passage 20 through the feeding device, the minced meat enters the spherical space, when the spherical space is filled, feeding is continued, part of the minced meat and air inside the minced meat are extruded out through the first passage 19, and the structure can enable the formed minced meat to be more compact.
The feeding device comprises a storage box 10, a power expansion device 13 which drives the storage box 10 to move up and down is arranged on the rack, the power expansion device 13 comprises a pneumatic cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, an electric hydraulic push rod or a ball screw, a partition plate 9 is arranged in the storage box 10, a cavity inside the storage box 10 is divided into a feeding cavity 11 at the upper part and a receiving cavity 12 at the lower part through the partition plate 9, the storage box 10 is provided with a feeding hole 14 communicated with the feeding cavity 11, the feeding hole 14 is connected with an extruding device, the extruding device is preferably a spiral conveyor, the storage box 10 is driven to move downwards through the power expansion device 13, a feeding pipe 17 penetrates through part of the storage box 10 and the partition plate 9, so that a second channel 20 is communicated with the feeding cavity 11, a first channel 19 is communicated with the receiving cavity 12, the receiving cavity 12 is preferably communicated with the feeding cavity 11 through the spiral conveyor, and extruded redundant minced meat is returned to the feeding cavity 11 again.
When the meat stuffing extruding machine is used, after the first spherical shell part 3 and the second spherical shell part 6 form spherical shells and move to corresponding positions below the material storage box 10, the material storage box 10 is driven to move downwards through the power expansion device 13, the material inlet pipe 17 penetrates through part of the material storage box 10 and the partition plate 9, the second channel 20 is communicated with the material feeding cavity 11, the first channel 19 is communicated with the material receiving cavity 12, and then meat stuffing is conveyed to the material feeding cavity 11 through the material extruding equipment.
The feeding pipe 17 is connected with the first conveyor belt 1 in a sliding manner, a limiting plate 16 is arranged outside the feeding pipe 17, a spring 18 is connected between the limiting plate 16 and the first conveyor belt 1, the first spherical shell part 3 and the second spherical shell part 6 on adjacent sides are separated by a certain distance in a natural state, a horizontally arranged pressing plate 15 is fixedly connected to the rack, the front end of the pressing plate 15 is provided with an upwards-tilted arc-shaped section, when the first conveyor belt 1 drives the feeding pipe 17 to move, the pressing plate 15 overcomes the elastic force of the spring 18 and pushes the limiting plate 16 to move downwards, so that the first spherical shell part 3 moves downwards and is partially sleeved at the end part of the second spherical shell part 6 to form a spherical shell, a supporting plate 21 is supported below the upper belt part of the second conveyor belt 8, the supporting plate 21 is fixedly connected with the rack, the front end of the conveyor has an arc-shaped structure, the butt joint of the first spherical shell part 3 and the second spherical shell part 6 is difficult to directly complete, the device is provided with the pressing plate 15 at the middle part of the conveyor, after the front end of the conveyor is located right above the second spherical shell part 6 when the first spherical shell part 3 is located, the first spherical shell part 3 is pressed downwards by the pressing plate with the arc-shaped section at the front end, so that the first spherical shell part 3 is sleeved on the second spherical shell part 6 to better complete butt joint, and meanwhile, the first spherical shell part 3 is separated from the second spherical shell part 6 better by the thrust of the spring 18 after the meat ball is formed.
The first spherical shell part 3 is smaller than one half of the spherical shell, the second spherical shell part 6 is larger than one half of the spherical shell, after the first spherical shell part 3 is separated from the second spherical shell part 6, the meat ball is ensured to be stopped in the second spherical shell part 6, the second spherical shell part 6 is divided into two symmetrical parts, the second spherical shell part 6 comprises two symmetrically-arranged half shell parts 4, each half shell part 4 is fixedly connected or integrally formed with a support rod 5, the support rod 5 is fixedly connected with a second conveyor belt 8, the butt joint surface of the two half shell parts 4 is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the second conveyor belt 8, referring to the rear end part of the figure 1, as the front end and the rear end of the conveyor are arc-shaped parts, when the second spherical shell part 6 moves in the arc-shaped parts, the two half shell parts 4 are separated under the action of an arc, namely, the two half shell parts 4 are in an open state, and the meat ball can be ensured to fall out of the second spherical shell part 6.
