8. The preparation process of the multipurpose matte coated paper for producing the coated paper cup is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step one, raw materials of a separation thin film layer (10), a matte thin film layer (30), a first cooking-resistant adhesive layer (40), a second cooking-resistant adhesive layer (50) and a wear-resistant layer (60) are respectively placed into a plurality of charging pots according to a ratio and mixed to obtain a molten coating of the separation thin film layer (10), a coating of the matte thin film layer (30), a coating of the first cooking-resistant adhesive layer (40), a coating of the second cooking-resistant adhesive layer (50) and a coating of the wear-resistant layer (60);
step two, placing the raw paper of the paper cup into a paper embossing machine so as to form a first spreading layer (21) and a second spreading layer (22) on the surface of the raw paper of the paper cup, and placing the embossed raw paper of the paper cup into a corona treatment machine so as to form corona treatment surfaces on the inner surface and the outer surface of the raw paper of the paper cup to prepare a raw paper layer (20);
and step three, conveying the raw paper layer (20) prepared in the step two to a press roller, conveying the coating of the blocking film layer (10), the coating of the matte film layer (30), the coating of the first steaming-resistant adhesive layer (40), the coating of the second steaming-resistant adhesive layer (50) and the coating of the wear-resistant layer (60) prepared in the step one to a distributor through an extruder, and sequentially coating the coating of the blocking film layer (10), the coating of the matte film layer (30), the coating of the first steaming-resistant adhesive layer (40), the coating of the second steaming-resistant adhesive layer (50) and the coating of the wear-resistant layer (60) on the raw paper layer (20) at the press roller by a die head of the distributor to obtain the paper cup laminating paper.

The preparation process of the multipurpose matte coated paper for producing the coated paper cup according to claim 8 is characterized in that in the step one, the obtained molten coating of the barrier film layer (10), the coating of the raw paper layer (20), the coating of the matte film layer (30) and the coating of the wear-resistant layer (60) are placed in a ventilating shade place for cooling for 2-3 hours, then the cooled coating of the barrier film layer (10), the coating of the raw paper layer (20), the coating of the matte film layer (30) and the coating of the wear-resistant layer (60) are placed in a screening machine, primary screening is carried out through a 30-40-mesh screen plate in the screening machine, then secondary screening is carried out through a 50-70-mesh screen plate, and the screening time is 30-60 min.
10. The process for preparing the multipurpose matte coated paper for producing the coated paper cup according to claim 8, wherein in the third step, the temperature of a die head of a distributor is controlled to be 200-360 ℃.
