技术领域
本发明涉及一种可以对两类物质进行分离收容并轻易地对分离收容的两类物质进行混合使用的两类内容物混合容器,尤其涉及一种通过借助于在容器内产生的真空使活塞上升移动而抬升所填充的内容物的高度,从而通过确保内容物在排出泵中始终维持一定的水位而稳定地排出使用,借此,可以解决无气式两类内容物混合容器的最主要的缺点即内容物残留在容器内的问题,是一种对结构进行改良且通过简化结构而进一步简化组装生产中的生产工程并借此降低生产成本的发明。
背景技术
通常,当在医药品或化妆品中混合使用成分互不相同的物质或两种物质(以下称之为“两类”)时,一部分医药品以及化妆品与使用单一类型的情况相比可以得到全新特性的化妆品以及全新的药效。
通过如上所述的混合使用而获得全新特性效果的医药品或化妆品的混合使用方法主要分为两种类型。
其中的一种方法为在每次使用分别填充保管到不同容器中的内容物时,将两类内容物以适当的比例投入到单独的容器中之后混合使用的方法。
但是将两类内容物投入到单独的容器中之后混合使用的方法会导致使用上的不便,因此最近开发出了一种可以对两类内容物进行分离保管并在使用时进行混合使用的两类内容物混合容器。
上述两类内容物混合容器大体上分为深管式两类内容物混合容器以及无气式两类内容物混合容器。
目前已经开发出了很多不同结构的上述两种类型的两类内容物混合容器。
作为上述双类内容物混合容器中与本案申请发明相关的无气式双类内容物混合容器,可以以专利注册第10-11926603号(以下称之为“预先注册发明”)的“两类内容物混合容器”为例。
上述预先注册发明的两类内容物混合容器,采用通过在填充有两类内容物的容器内部形成真空状态而使得位于容器底面的活塞借助于真空压力抬升到上部,并借此将内容物推送到排出泵一侧而稳定地对经过混合的两类内容物进行排出使用的方式。
接下来,将参阅图7至图8对上述预先注册发明的两类内容物混合容器进行详细的说明如下。
预先注册发明的两类内容物混合容器,在组装到包括用于对两类内容物中的一种内容物进行收容的保管室110的外壳100上部的导向支架200上进一步组装用于对与收容到外壳100的保管室110中的内容物不同成分的内容物进行收容的收容部件510,而上述收容部件510的开放下部是借助于与泵部件320连接形成的密封部件520进行封闭,从而对两类内容物中的一种内容物进行收容保管。
在需要对分别分离保管到如上所述的外壳100的保管室110以及收容部件510中的两类内容物混合容器内的两类内容物进行混合使用时,可以通过深度按压按钮部300而使得与泵部件320连接并对收容部件520进行封闭的密封部件520发生分离。
通过使上述密封部件420与收容部件510发生分离,收容于收容部件510中的内容物与收容于外壳100的保管室110中的内容物将被混合。
在分别收容于上述保管室110以及收容部件510中的内容物被混合之后,通过对两类内容物混合容器进行混合而是两类内容物均匀混合即可将其排出使用。
在排出使用两类内容物时,只需要触碰按压按钮部300即可使得与按钮部300连动的泵部件320开始泵吸工作,从而在外壳100的保管室110中形成真空。
在上述外壳100的保管室110中形成真空时,位于上述保管室110底部的活塞120将在真空压力的作用下向上部上升并将两类内容物推送至泵部件320。
以如上所述的远离工作的两类内容物混合容器被称之为无气式。
上述预先注册发明具有通过对结构进行改良而可以方便地打开收容部件510并借此轻易地对两类内容物进行混合使用的优点,但与此同时,因为收容部件的开口部位于向下的位置且密封部件520是以与泵部件320连接的状态完成组装的结构,因此具有在填充内容物时与密封部件520发生干扰,而且为了将收容部件510倒置而必须对按钮部件300进行倒置,此外在活塞120完全抬升到外壳100的保管室110上部的状态下因为上述密封部件520的边界而在下、上部形成较多空间的结构性缺陷,进而必然会导致高价的两类内容物的浪费并因此导致消费者对产品信赖性下降的问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决预先注册发明中存在的问题,其目的在于提供一种可以在位于用于对两类内容物中的一种内容物进行收容的主容器上部内侧的辅助容器搁置部件中,以相对于上述辅助容器搁置部件维持气密的状态组装用于对与收容于主容器中的内容物不同成分的内容物进行收容的辅助容器,从而可以避免所收容的内容物与主容器中的内容物混合并稳定地分离保管,而且可以在使用时借助于构成内容物排出泵吸部件的按压式按钮的深度下降动作而使得辅助容器从辅助容器搁置部件下降,从而解除其气密状态并借此对两类内容物进行混合使用,同时可以在排出使用所混合的两类内容物时可以将内容物全部排出使用的可将内容物全部排出使用的无气式两类内容物混合容器。
为了达成如上所述的目的,本发明的特征在于:作为可以在对两类内容物进行分离保管的同时还可以在使用时对两类内容物进行混合使用的无气式两类内容物混合容器,包括:
主容器,为贯通形且上部变窄,形成有在外周面形成用于组装内容物排出泵吸部件之肩部的螺纹的开口部,在用于组装活塞的下部组装形成有配备空气流入孔的端盖,用于对两类内容物中的一种内容物进行收容;
辅助容器搁置部件,通过上述主容器的上部开口部放置到内容物收容部的内部,上部的凸缘被开口部的上缘部阻挡,沿着下端内周面形成有用于对形成于辅助容器的主体外侧面的阻挡环形框进行阻挡的阻挡环形框;
辅助容器,嵌入到上述辅助容器搁置部件的下部并通过配备于下部的组装部外周面上的气密环紧密地组装,在上述组装部的上部形成有与辅助容器搁置部件的内周面构成同心圆的主体,而在上述主体中形成有可供两类内容物流入的两类内容物排出通道,在上述主体的外周面上部形成有被辅助容器搁置部件的阻挡环形框阻挡的阻挡环形框;以及,
内容物排出泵吸部件,包括肩部,上述肩部可使包括用于执行泵吸动作的按压式按钮的排出泵的固定部件被位于主容器的开口部中的上述辅助容器搁置部件的凸缘阻挡,并使固定部件被组装固定到主容器的开口部。

上述活塞,其特征在于:在凹入形主体的边缘形成有紧密贴紧到主容器的内周面的气密翼,上述凹入形主体的中央凹陷形成并以围绕辅助容器的组装部的状态贴紧,借此可以将所混合的两类内容物无残留地完全排除使用。
如上所述的适用本发明的可将内容物全部排出使用的无气式两类内容物混合容器,
第一,在用于对两类内容物中的一种内容物进行收容的主容器10的内部组装以用于对与收容于上述主容器10中的内容物不同成分的内容物进行收容的辅助容器30位于主容器10的内容物收容部14上部的方式构成的辅助容器搁置部件20,在上述辅助容器搁置部件20的凸缘21位于被主容器10的开口部11阻挡的状态的同时在辅助容器30中采用将包括气密环34的组装部33组装到从上到下逐渐变窄的筒身24的下部的结构,从而即使是在因为收容两类内容物而对辅助容器30造成追加荷重的情况下,只要没有施加强制性的力量,辅助容器30就不会轻易地从辅助容器搁置部件20发生脱离并维持稳定的组装状态,而在使用时只要对构成内容物排出泵吸部件40的按压式按钮44进行深度按压就可以将辅助容器30与内容物排出泵吸部件40的气密状态解除,从而对两类内容物进行混合使用;
第二,因为在用于推送所混合的两类内容物的活塞50的主体51中形成有可以围绕辅助容器30的组装部33的适当大小的凹陷部,因此可以在将主容器10的内容物收容部14内部的所混合的两类内容物完全抬升的状态下将活塞与辅助容器30的组装部33之间的间隔最小化,而且因为辅助容器30借助于活塞50被再次安装到辅助容器搁置部件20的下端并借此贴紧到排出泵41的下端与两类内容物残留的辅助容器30的底面,因此可以无残留地对两类内容物进行排出使用并借此提升消费者对产品的信赖性;
第三,因为可以通过简化用于组装辅助容器30的辅助容器搁置部件20的结构而提升其组装生产性并轻易地完成向辅助容器30填充两类内容物的作业,因此可以提升出货产品的生产性。

具体实施方式
接下来,将参阅附图对用于达成如上所述目的的较佳实施例进行详细的说明如下。
适用本发明的可将内容物全部排出使用的无气式两类内容物混合容器,包括:主容器10,用于填充两类内容物中的一种内容物;辅助容器搁置部件20,位于上述主容器10的内部,用于安装辅助容器30;辅助容器30,安装在上述辅助容器搁置部件20上,用于填充两类内容物中的剩余的一种内容物;以及,内容物排出泵吸部件40,用于排出使用上述混合的两类内容物。
上述主容器10为贯通形且上部断坎式变窄,形成有在外周面形成用于组装内容物排出泵吸部件40之肩部42的螺纹的开口部11。
在用于组装活塞50的下部组装形成有配备空气流入孔13的端盖12,且形成有用于对两类内容物中的一种内容物进行收容的内容物收容部14。
位于主容器10的内容物收容部14中的辅助容器搁置部件20的上部的凸缘21被上述主容器10的上部开口部11的上缘部阻挡,沿着下端内周面形成有用于对形成于辅助容器30的主体31外侧面的阻挡环形框32进行阻挡的阻挡环形框22。
安装到上述辅助容器搁置部件20中的辅助容器30嵌入到辅助容器搁置部件20的下部并通过配备于下部的组装部33外周面上的气密环34紧密地组装。
在上述组装部33的上部形成有与上述辅助容器搁置部件20的内周面构成同心圆的主体31,而在上述主体31中形成有可供两类内容物流入到主容器10的内容物收容部14的两类内容物排出通道35。
在上述主体31的外周面上部形成有被辅助容器搁置部件20的阻挡环形框22阻挡的阻挡环形框32。
安装到上述主容器10中的内容物排出泵吸部件40包括肩部42,上述肩部42可使包括用于执行泵吸动作的按压式按钮44的排出泵41的固定部件43被位于上述主容器10的开口部11中的上述辅助容器搁置部件20的凸缘21阻挡,并使用于执行泵吸动作的按压式按钮44延长组装到泵吸活塞杆41a中的排出泵41被组装固定到上述主容器10的开口部11。
上述辅助容器搁置部件20,可以防止为了将组装摩擦最小化而在上端部形成断坎23并变窄形成的同时以直径向下部逐渐变小的形态组装的辅助容器30因为自重而自然脱落的现象。
上述辅助容器30的两类内容物排出通道35,是通过将主体31从上部向下切开的方式形成。
上述活塞50在凹入形主体51的边缘形成有紧密贴紧到主容器10的内周面的气密翼52,上述凹入形主体51的中央凹陷形成并以围绕辅助容器30的组装部33的状态贴紧,借此可以将所混合的两类内容物无残留地完全排除使用。
如上所述构成的可将内容物全部排出使用的无气式两类内容物混合容器,在主容器10的下部安装活塞50。
在安装有上述活塞50的上述主容器10的下部,组装形成有空气流入孔13的端盖12。
在完成主容器10的组装之后,在开口部10上安装辅助容器搁置部件20。
在上述开口部11上组装辅助容器搁置部件20之前,首先在上述辅助容器搁置部件20的筒身24下部安装用于填充两类内容物中的一种内容物的辅助容器30。
在辅助容器搁置部件20上安装辅助容器30时,将以主体31朝向上部的状态从上向下推入。
此时,在上述主体31的外周面上形成的阻挡环形框32将跨过在辅助容器搁置部件20的筒身24内周面上形成的阻挡环形框22,而在如上所述的状态下继续推动时,包括气密环34的组装部33将被强行嵌入组装到辅助容器搁置部件20的下部。
接下来,将组装辅助容器30之后的辅助容器搁置部件20通过主容器10的开口部11安装到内容物收容部14中。
如上所述,在将辅助容器30安装到主容器10中的状态下将内容物排出泵吸部件40安装到主容器10中(参阅图1)。
在需要将两类内容物填充到以如上所述的方式组装构成的可将内容物全部排出使用的无气式两类内容物混合容器进行出货时,如图2所示,首先向主容器10的内容物收容部14填充两类内容物中的一种。
接下来,通过填充有一种内容物的主容器10的开口部11对安装有辅助容器30的辅助容器搁置部件20进行组装。
以上述辅助容器搁置部件20为媒介,向安装到主容器10中的辅助容器30填充剩余的一种内容物。
在完成两类内容物的填充之后,通过将肩部42结合到上述主容器10的开口部11而安装内容物排出泵吸部件40。
图3是适用本发明的无气式两类内容物混合容器的出货状态。
在需要对收容于适用本发明的无气式两类内容物混合容器中的两类内容物进行混合使用时,如图4所示,通过深度按压下降按压式按钮44而使得排出泵41下降。
在上述排出泵41下降时,安装于辅助容器搁置部件20的筒身24上的辅助容器30的组装部33将脱离辅助容器搁置部件20的筒身24。
此时,通过形成于上述辅助容器30的主体31上的两类内容物排出通道35流出并与收容于主容器10的内容物收容部14中的内容物发生混合。
上述辅助容器30的下降,将在形成于主体31外周面上的阻挡环形框32被辅助容器搁置部件20的筒身24上的阻挡环形框22阻挡时停止下降。
为了使得从上述辅助容器30流出的一种内容物与填充于主容器10的内容物收容部14中的一种内容物均匀混合,对无气式两类内容物混合容器进行晃动。
在两类内容物均匀混合之后按下内容物排出泵吸部件40的按压式按钮44驱动排出泵41工作时,将在主容器10的内容物收容部14中形成真空并借此排出内容物,此时位于主容器10的内容物收容部14中的活塞50将在真空作用下被抬升。
随着上述活塞50被抬升,两类内容物可以始终维持与内容物排出泵吸部件40的排出泵41接近的状态。
因为在以上述方式抬升的活塞50中凹陷形成有凹入形主体51,因此在完成两类内容物的排出时将对辅助容器30的组装部33进行围绕,而在如上所述的状态下活塞50继续上升时,辅助容器30将如图5所示,位于辅助容器搁置部件20的主体24下部中与安装初期相同的位置。
位于上述位置上的辅助容器30内部的一种内容物,将可以在排出泵41的泵吸动作下无残留地全部排出使用。

Claims (4)

1.一种能够将内容物全部排出使用的无气式两类内容物混合容器,其特征在于:
作为能够在对两类内容物进行分离保管的同时还能够在使用时对两类内容物进行混合使用的无气式两类内容物混合容器,包括:
主容器(10),为贯通形且上部变窄,形成有在外周面形成用于组装内容物排出泵吸部件(40)之肩部(42)的螺纹的开口部(11),在用于组装活塞(50)的下部组装形成有配备空气流入孔(13)的端盖(12),用于对两类内容物中的一种内容物进行收容;
辅助容器搁置部件(20),通过上述主容器(10)的上部开口部(11)放置到内容物收容部(14)的内部,上部的凸缘(21)被开口部(11)的上缘部阻挡,沿着下端内周面形成有用于对形成于辅助容器(30)的主体(31)外侧面的阻挡环形框(32)进行阻挡的阻挡环形框(22);
辅助容器(30),嵌入到上述辅助容器搁置部件(20)的下部并通过配备于下部的组装部(33)外周面上的气密环(34)紧密地组装,在上述组装部(33)的上部形成有与辅助容器搁置部件(20)的内周面构成同心圆的主体(31),而在上述主体(31)中形成有能够供两类内容物流入的两类内容物排出通道(35),在上述主体(31)的外周面上部形成有被辅助容器搁置部件(20)的阻挡环形框(22)阻挡的阻挡环形框(32);以及,
内容物排出泵吸部件(40),包括肩部(42),上述肩部(42)能够使包括用于执行泵吸动作的按压式按钮(44)的排出泵(41)的固定部件(43)被位于主容器(10)的开口部(11)中的上述辅助容器搁置部件(20)的凸缘(21)阻挡,并使固定部件(43)被组装固定到主容器(10)的开口部(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能够将内容物全部排出使用的无气式两类内容物混合容器,其特征在于:
上述辅助容器搁置部件(20),能够防止为了将组装摩擦最小化而在上端部形成断坎(23)并变窄形成的同时以直径向下部逐渐变小的形态组装的辅助容器(30)因为自重而自然脱落的现象。
3.根据权利要求1所述的能够将内容物全部排出使用的无气式两类内容物混合容器,其特征在于:
上述辅助容器(30)的两类内容物排出通道(35),是通过将主体(31)从上部向下切开的方式形成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的能够将内容物全部排出使用的无气式两类内容物混合容器,其特征在于:
上述活塞(50)在凹入形主体(51)的边缘形成有紧密贴紧到主容器(10)的内周面的气密翼(52),上述凹入形主体(51)的中央凹陷形成并以围绕辅助容器(30)的组装部(33)的状态贴紧,借此能够将所混合的两类内容物无残留地完全排除使用。
