Abstract
The invention provides an environment-friendly printing processing process with gold stamping imitating effect, which directly allocates and publishes data colors according to the data requirements of gold stamping process color, chroma and the like, and prints on a printing stock through spot color ink to form an image and text with the gold stamping imitating effect on the printing stock, compared with the traditional gold stamping process, the process does not need gold stamping materials (i.e. gold stamping paper), saves cost and expenses, generates no waste of the gold stamping paper, greatly saves subsequent disposal cost, has high production speed and high efficiency, uses the environment-friendly spot color ink for printing instead, is nontoxic and harmless, is not influenced by equipment temperature and environment, avoids the quality problems of bubbling, gold dropping and the like caused by the factors of equipment temperature, surrounding environment, gold stamping paper quality and the like in the traditional gold stamping processing, and does not have the phenomena of gold stamping defects and plate pasting like the traditional gold stamping processing, the quality of the finished product is ensured.

In the invention, the printing image-text 20 of the ink layer is directly stamped to form the gilding imitation three-dimensional effect, thereby ensuring the quality of finished products, avoiding the phenomenon that the gilding paper 50 and the gilding template have the die sleeve deviation or the concave-convex position of the concave-convex plate and the gilding position have the deviation in the traditional gilding process to cause the scrapping of the products, and reducing the bad loss in the production process.
In the embodiment, after the printing is completed on the printing material 10 to form the bronzing-like bronzing effect image-text, or further after the bronzing-like three-dimensional effect is formed on the bronzing-like bronzing effect image-text, a laser pattern needs to be formed on the ink layer printing image-text 20, and then the following steps are required:

In the invention, the laser effect is that the laser patterns on the laser film are transferred to the printing stock by using the viscosity of the transparent ink, but not transferred completely at one time, the laser film can be reused, the material is saved, the pollution is reduced, and the environment is protected, while the traditional gold stamping material can be used only once, thereby being wasted and not environment-friendly.
