The method provides a safe and reliable mode for inserting/leaving the TACS system for the degraded vehicle through manual intervention of a dispatcher, and improves the efficiency of operation modes such as maintenance, rescue and insertion.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, the invention is not limited thereto, and various equivalent modifications and substitutions can be easily made by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.

Claims (9)

1. A degraded vehicle operation management method for a TACS system, characterized by comprising the steps of:
step S1, when the normal train on the line has a fault, the train management platform TMC automatically identifies the train as a degraded train and informs the resource controller SC, so that the SC maintains the resource allocated before the fault for the degraded train, and simultaneously the SC negotiates with other trains about the resource of the operation authorization area of the degraded train associated with the position of the fault train, and after the resource occupied by other trains is released, the resource is preferentially allocated to the degraded train;
step S2, the TMC sends the information of the degraded vehicle to an intelligent scheduling system ATS;
step S3, the ATS automatically plans a next operation path request according to the destination and the SDD state of the secondary detection equipment where the train position is located, and sends the next operation path request to TMC;
step S4, the TMC negotiates the resources on the operation path with other trains through SC in the authorization zone for the operation of the degraded vehicle according to the operation path request, the position of the degraded vehicle and the line operation direction received from the ATS;
step S5, opening an entrance protection annunciator after the SC allocates resources for the degraded vehicle operation authorization area, and authorizing the degraded vehicle to pass the annunciator;
step S6, after the degraded vehicle completely enters the authorized zone for the degraded vehicle to operate, the SC releases the resource associated with the authorized zone for the previous degraded vehicle to operate;
the information of the degraded vehicles comprises the positions of the degraded vehicles, and after the ATS receives the positions of the degraded vehicles from the TMC, the ATS performs the following operations:
the ATS sends a next operation path request to the TMC according to the position and the destination of the degraded vehicle;
the ATS realizes automatic tracking of the degraded vehicle according to the occupation or clear state of the SDD section and the degraded vehicle information from the TMC;
and the ATS displays the operation authorization distance of the degraded vehicle according to the information fed back by the TMC.
2. A method for managing the operation of degraded cars used in TACS system according to claim 1, characterized in that said TMC can automatically identify and generate degraded cars and notify ATS on the basis of a train failure or manual request by a dispatcher.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the TMC receives a travel path request from the ATS and performs the following operations:
the TMC negotiates resource allocation with an SC corresponding to the position of the degraded train and an adjacent train according to the line running direction;
the method comprises the following steps that a degraded vehicle operation authorization area only authorizes a row of degraded vehicles to occupy, namely after an SDD corresponding to the degraded vehicle operation authorization area is occupied, an entrance protection signal machine of the degraded vehicle operation authorization area is closed;
and after the SDD corresponding to the degraded vehicle operation authorization area is cleared, the SC automatically identifies that the degraded vehicle completely enters the next degraded vehicle operation authorization area, and releases related resources.
4. The method for managing the operation of the degraded cars used in the TACS system according to claim 1, wherein the trains enter the TACS area from a non-TACS area, the ATS system allows the dispatcher to set a request for an operation path from an entrance thereof to the next platform, and the degraded cars are automatically generated after the operation authorized area of the degraded cars is locked;
only when the front traffic signal is open, the driver is allowed to start the degraded vehicle according to the traffic signal display.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the TMC notifies the ATS and the trains adjacent thereto of the degraded vehicle information, the ATS negotiates a movement request with the TMC through a degraded vehicle operation path, and the trains communicating with the adjacent vehicles normally negotiate resource allocation with the SC to promote the running mix operation interval.
6. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the protection zone of the authorized zone for the operation of the downgraded car locked downstream is occupied, and after the protection zones of the authorized zone for the operation of the downgraded car are cleared, the SC considers that the downgraded car has entered the authorized zone for the operation of the downgraded car downstream, and allows the authorized zone for the operation of the downgraded car to be released.
7. The method for managing the operation of the degraded vehicle used in the TACS system according to claim 1, wherein the prompting and detecting of the operation authorization of the degraded vehicle includes:
the degraded vehicle authorizes the train to run through the signal machine permission state, and detects the movement of the degraded vehicle through the occupation and the clearance of the secondary detection equipment;
and when the degraded vehicle arrives at the next stop platform along the running direction of the train, the operation authorization area of the degraded vehicle is an outbound signal from the first platform to the next platform.
8. An apparatus for the degraded vehicle operation management method for TACS system of claim 1, characterized by comprising a train management platform TMC, an intelligent scheduling system ATS, a resource manager SC and a secondary detection device;
the train management platform TMC respectively performs information interaction with the intelligent scheduling system ATS, other trains with normal communication and the resource manager SC;
the ATS automatically sends a running path request to the TMC by combining with the information of the degraded vehicle provided by the TMC, the line position of the degraded vehicle, the state of secondary detection equipment, the running direction of the line and the destination;
the train management platform TMC requests resources from the resource manager SC according to the operation authorization area of the degraded vehicle, and automatically allocates and releases trackside resources corresponding to the operation authorization area of the degraded vehicle according to the movement of the degraded vehicle.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the apparatus implements automatic inter-station blocking for degraded vehicle operation by placing an outbound signal at an outbound port.
