Further, in order to achieve the purpose that the inner wall pressing wheel set 5 can work against bearings of different sizes, so as to solve the technical problem that equipment can only work against bearings of a single size, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the inner wall pressing wheel set 5 comprises a fourth linear driving device 5a, the fourth linear driving device 5a is fixedly installed on two limit baffles 4 on one side, working ends of the two fourth linear driving devices 5a are oppositely arranged, the working ends of the fourth linear driving device 5a are arranged to linearly move in the vertical direction, a second mounting plate 5b is installed on the working end of the fourth linear driving device 5a, a rotating shaft 5c extending towards the inner direction of the fixed base 3 is arranged on the second mounting plate 5b, a pressing wheel 5d is inserted on the rotating shaft 5c, a limit piece 5e is arranged on one side of the rotating shaft 5c, and the limit piece 5e is used for limiting the pressing wheel 5d.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
When working the oversized thin-wall bearing by using the equipment, a worker starts a moving mechanism 2 arranged on a portal frame 1, a first linear driving device 2b controls a supporting plate 2a to move towards the bearing to be processed on one side of the portal frame 1, a second linear driving device 2d controls the supporting plate 2a to descend to a position, lower than the top of the inner wall of the bearing, of a soft rubber pad 2a1 of the supporting plate 2a, a third linear driving device 2f controls the relative movement of the supporting plates 2a on two sides to be combined, the second linear driving device 2d controls the supporting plate 2a to ascend again and lifts the bearing, the first linear driving device 2b drives the bearing to move to an opening 3a of a fixed base 3, and the second linear driving device 2d drives the bearing to descend until contacting with a lateral supporting wheel 3c and a rotary driving wheel 3 d.
And secondly, when the bearing is placed at the opening 3a of the fixed base 3 to descend, two sides of the bearing are in contact with lateral supporting wheels 3c arranged in the mounting groove 3b, the lateral supporting wheels 3c rotate around the first connecting rod 3b1 to adjust the position, the lateral supporting wheels 3c rotate to drive the first mounting seat 3c1 to rotate, the lifting of the first mounting seat 3c1 drives the second connecting rod 3c4 hinged on the hinging seat 3c3 below the first mounting seat 3c1 to move, and the second connecting rod 3c4 is inserted into the first guide sleeve 3b2 to ensure the stability of movement of the second connecting rod 3c 4.
Step three, the bottom of the bearing is contacted with a rotary driving wheel 3d arranged in the center of the bottom of the installation groove 3b, when the bearing is contacted with the rotary driving wheel 3d, the bearing can press the rotary driving wheel 3d to enable the second installation seat 3d1 to descend, a second guide rod 3d3 below the second installation seat 3d1 is inserted into a second guide sleeve 3b4 at the bottom of the installation groove 3b to ensure stable movement of the rotary driving wheel 3d, and a second compression spring 3d4 is connected between the second guide rod 3d3 and the second guide sleeve 3b4 to ensure that the rotary driving wheel 3d has a buffer function with the bearing.
And fourthly, starting the rear limit baffle 4 arranged in the opening 3a by a bearing, and starting the second rotary driving device 4d to drive the gear 4c to rotate, wherein the gear 4c rotates to drive the two racks 4b meshed with the gear 4c to move relatively, and the limit baffles 4 on two sides of the opening 3a are driven to move relatively until the limit baffles are attached to the side surfaces of the bearing.
And fifthly, when the limit baffle 4 is attached to the side surface of the bearing, the working end of the inner wall pinch roller group 5 is positioned in the bearing, and the fourth linear driving device 5a is started to drive the pinch roller 5d to move downwards to be attached to the bottom surface of the inner wall of the bearing.
Step six, when the bearing needs to be processed, the bearing is driven to rotate through the starting of the rotary driving wheel 3d, the stability of the bearing is guaranteed through the cooperation rotation of the lateral supporting wheel 3c, the radian of the bearing can be guaranteed not to be out of tolerance through the inner wall pressing wheel set 5, the quality of the bearing is not influenced, the moving mechanism 2 is started again after the processing is finished to suspend the bearing to move to one side of the portal frame 1, and the bearing is collected by workers.
