Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of films, in particular to a dot-matrix PET protective film and a mesh roller for the same.
Background

As the technical scheme is adopted, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that:

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the dot-matrix PET protective film of the present invention includes a substrate layer 1, a bump layer 2 is fixed on the substrate layer 1, the bump layer 2 includes a plurality of first bumps 3 and second bumps 4, the first bumps 3 and the second bumps 4 are uniformly distributed, and the upper vertexes of the first bumps 3 and the second bumps 4 are on the same plane.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the dot-matrix PET protective film of the product is composed of hemispherical first bumps 3, semi-elliptical second bumps 4 and a PET substrate, and has the characteristic of a uniformly distributed dot array;
the PET substrate is prepared into the dot-matrix PET protective film through a mesh roller body 5 coated with silica gel and a press roller 6.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the half-spherical first salient point 3, the half-elliptical second salient point 4 and the PET substrate are formed, and the first salient point 3 and the second salient point 4 in fig. 2 and 3 are rotated by 45 °, in actual production, due to the surface tension effect, after the silica gel falls from the mesh roller body 5 and is bonded with the PET substrate, deformation is generated, so that inconsistent salient points are generated, and the compatibility with graphite or electronic products is greatly reduced.

As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the pattern is composed of hemispherical first salient points 3, rhombic second salient points 4 and a PET substrate, fig. 7 can be obtained by rotating each point in fig. 6 by 45 °, and fig. 9 can be obtained by rotating each point in fig. 8 by 45 °, in actual production, due to the surface tension, after the silicone gel falls from the mesh roller body 5 and is bonded with the PET substrate, part of the silicone gel is deformed, and the salient points after curing are changed into shapes corresponding to those in fig. 2 to 5, so that the effect of embodiment 2 can be produced, and the lattice distribution in fig. 2 and 3 has high performance, high compatibility and ultrahigh air-release property.

As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the bumps in the figure are regular hexagonal bumps and the PET substrate, fig. 11 can be obtained by rotating each point in fig. 10 by 45 °, in actual production, the surface tension causes the silicone gel to fall from the mesh roller body 5 and to be bonded with the PET substrate, and then the part of the silicone gel is deformed, the shape of each bump becomes hemispherical after curing, the shape of each bump is not uniform, the compatibility of each bump is slightly inferior to that of the dot matrix, the air release property is slightly inferior, and the performance is slightly inferior.
As can be seen from fig. 14, the dot-matrix PET protective film of the present invention has the characteristics of high performance, high compatibility, and ultrahigh air-release property compared to the flat-glue PET protective film.
In conclusion, the dot-matrix PET protective film formed by hemispheres and ellipses has higher compatibility with graphite or electronic products, better air exhaust performance and higher performance, and can be widely applied.
