Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be noted that the following examples are only illustrative of the present invention, and do not limit the scope of the present invention. Likewise, the following examples are only some but not all examples of the present invention, and all other examples obtained by those skilled in the art without any inventive step are within the scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 together, fig. 1 is a schematic overall structure diagram of an embodiment of a pen-type input device of the present application, and fig. 2 is a schematic structural cross-sectional view of the pen-type input device at a-a in the embodiment of fig. 1; it should be noted that the pen-type input device in the present application may be used in cooperation with an electronic device, and the electronic device may include an electronic device with a touch display screen, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, and a wearable device. The pen-type input device 10 in the present embodiment includes, but is not limited to, the following structural components: a nib device 100 and a housing 200. It should be noted that the terms "comprises" and "comprising," and any variations thereof, in the embodiments of the present application, are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions. For example, a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not limited to only those steps or elements listed, but may alternatively include other steps or elements not listed, or may alternatively include other steps or elements inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Specifically, the housing 200 has a pen-shaped outer peripheral profile, which may be a cylindrical, pillar or pillar-like shape structure having an outer profile similar to a pen. The housing 200 is provided with a cavity 2000, said cavity 2000 being provided with an opening 201.
Optionally, the pen tip device 100 includes a pen core 110, a control device (not shown, the detailed structure will be described in detail in the following embodiments), and a protective sleeve 130. The protective sleeve 130 is wrapped at one end of the pen core main body 111 close to the pen point 112, wherein the protective sleeve 130 may be made of rubber or other materials with certain elasticity and softness, and is wrapped at the periphery of the pen point 112 to protect the pen point 112 and buffer pen touch. The outer peripheral surface of the protective cover 130 is in a cone shape, and the outer peripheral surface of the protective cover 130 serves as a contact surface when the pen-type input device 10 contacts the touch screen.
Because a gap exists between the refill main body 111 and the pen point 112, under the action of the control device, the distance 102 between the refill main body 111 and the pen point 112 is different, so that different pen point touch hardness is generated, and generally, the larger the gap is, the smaller the hardness is; conversely, the smaller the gap, the greater the hardness.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic partial sectional view of another embodiment of a pen-type input device according to the present application, in this embodiment, a pen-type input device 10 also includes a pen tip apparatus 100 and a housing 200.
The housing 200 has a pen-shaped outer contour, which may be a cylindrical, cylindrical or cylinder-like shape having a contour similar to a pen. The housing 200 is provided with a cavity 2000, said cavity 2000 being provided with an opening 201.
Optionally, the pen tip device 100 includes a pen core 110, a control device (not shown, the detailed structure will be described in detail in the following embodiments), and a protective sleeve 130. The pen core 110 comprises a pen core main body 111 and a pen point 112, wherein, different from the previous embodiment, the pen core 110 in the present embodiment further comprises a connecting section 113, the connecting section 113 is arranged between the pen core main body 111 and the pen point 112, and the control device is used for controlling the adjacent intervals 103 of the pen core main body 111, the connecting section 113 and the pen point 112, so as to control the tactile hardness of the pen point 112. Alternatively, in this embodiment, the connecting section 113 may be multiple, and the multiple connecting sections 113 are sequentially arranged along the axial direction (i.e. the length direction) of the pen core. The control device is used for controlling the pen core main body 111, the connecting section 113 and the adjacent distance 103 of the pen point 112, namely, the gaps between the pen core main body 111 and the connecting section 113, between the connecting section 113 and the adjacent connecting section 113 and between the connecting section 113 and the pen point 112.
Due to the existence of gaps between the pen core main body 111 and the connecting section 113, between the connecting section 113 and the adjacent connecting section 113 and between the connecting section 113 and the pen point 112, under the action of the control device, the touch hardness of the pen point 112 is different due to the change of the adjacent distance, and generally, the larger the gap is, the smaller the hardness is; conversely, the smaller the gap, the greater the hardness. Referring to fig. 3 to 5, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating a hardness state of a pen tip of the pen-type input device, and fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a hardness state of the pen tip of the pen-type input device; in fig. 3 to 5, the adjacent distance 103 between the pen point 112 and the pen refill main body 111 is gradually decreased, so that the tactile hardness of the pen point 112 is gradually increased, that is, the tactile hardness of the pen point 112 in fig. 5 is greater than that of the pen point 112 in fig. 4, and the tactile hardness of the pen point 112 in fig. 4 is greater than that of the pen point 112 in fig. 3. It should be noted that the terms "first", "second" and "third" in the embodiments of the present application are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first," "second," or "third" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one of the feature.
The nib 112 protrudes from the opening 201. Specifically, the pen tip 112 and the connecting segment 113 may be disposed in the protective sheath 130, one end of the protective sheath 130 is inserted into the opening 201 of the housing 200, and the other end is exposed out of the opening 201. The protective sleeve 130 is wrapped at one end of the pen core main body 111 close to the connecting section 113, wherein the protective sleeve 130 may be made of rubber or other materials with certain elasticity and softness, and is wrapped around the pen point 112 to protect the pen point 112 and buffer pen touch. The outer peripheral surface of the protective cover 130 is in a cone shape, and the outer peripheral surface of the protective cover 130 serves as a contact surface when the pen-type input device 10 contacts the touch screen.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic partial structure diagram of an embodiment of a control device of a pen-type input apparatus according to the present application, where the control device in the embodiment includes a connecting member 121, and two ends of the connecting member 121 are respectively connected to the pen core main body 111 and the pen tip 112 and penetrate through the connecting section 113. Optionally, the connecting element 121 is an elastic thread or a spring, and the embodiment of the present application takes the connecting element 121 as an elastic thread as an example for explanation. Wherein, the short line (connecting piece 121) is small in the adjacent space 103, the pen touch is hard, the long line is large in the adjacent space 103, the pen touch is soft, or elastic ropes with different elastic coefficients are selected, the large elastic rigidity is small in the deformable amount of the connecting piece 121, so that the adjacent space 103 is small, and the pen touch is hard; the small elastic rigidity makes the connecting part 121 deformable to a large extent, so that the adjacent space 103 is large and the pen touches soft.
The structure of the control device in the embodiment has the characteristics of simple structure and low cost.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic partial structure diagram of another embodiment of a control device of a pen-type input apparatus according to the present application; the control device 120 in the present embodiment includes a connection member 121 and a control unit 122; one end of the connecting member 121 is connected to the pen tip 112, the other end of the connecting member is connected to the control unit 122, the connecting member 121 is inserted into the connecting section 113 and the pen core main body 111, and the control unit 122 controls the length of the connecting member 121 to change the adjacent distance 103 between the pen core main body 111 and the connecting section 113 and the pen tip 112.
Alternatively, the control unit 122 includes any one of a driving motor and an elastic component. The present embodiment will be described with reference to a driving motor as an example. The connecting member 121 is connected to the output end of the rotating shaft of the driving motor, and the length of the connecting member 121 can be adjusted under the driving of the driving motor. In addition, the structure of the elastic component can be a structure similar to a key type gel ink pen, and the length of the connecting piece 121 can be adjusted through the key structure. The detailed structural features regarding the elastic assembly are within the understanding of those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein. The structure of the control device in the embodiment has the characteristics of high control precision and large adjustable range of pen point hardness. It is noted that in the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means at least two, e.g., two, three, etc., unless specifically defined otherwise. All directional indications (such as up, down, left, right, front, and rear … …) in the embodiments of the present application are only used to explain the relative positional relationship between the components, the movement, and the like in a specific posture (as shown in the drawings), and if the specific posture is changed, the directional indication is changed accordingly.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic partial structure diagram of a control device of a pen-type input apparatus according to another embodiment of the present application; the control device in this embodiment includes an electromagnetic coil 123, the electromagnetic coil 123 is connected to at least one of the pen core body 111, the connecting section 113 and the pen tip 112, wherein, in the illustration of this embodiment, only the electromagnetic coil 123 is connected to the pen core body 111 and wound around the outer circumference of the pen core body 111, and in some other embodiments, the electromagnetic coil 123 may also be connected to the connecting section 113 and the pen tip 112; or the electromagnetic coil 123 is disposed inside at least one of the pen core body 111, the connecting section 113 and the pen tip 112, and the detailed structural features of this part are not listed and described in detail herein.
Optionally, the pen core main body 111, the connecting section 113, and the pen tip 112 are made of a magnetic conductive material, and the magnetic conductive material may be a metal such as iron, nickel, or an alloy material, which is not limited herein. By controlling the magnetic field intensity of the electromagnetic coil 123, the adjacent distance 103 among the pen core main body 111, the connecting section 113 and the pen point 112 is changed, and the purpose of changing the touch hardness of the pen point 112 is achieved. The structure of the control device in the embodiment has the characteristics of high control precision and large adjustable range of pen point hardness.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic overall structure diagram of another embodiment of a pen-type input device of the present application, in which a pen-type input device 10 in the present embodiment also includes a pen-tip apparatus 100 and a housing 200, and unlike the previous embodiments, the pen-type input device 10 in the present embodiment further includes a circuit board 300; the circuit board 300 is disposed in the cavity 2000 of the housing 200. For detailed structural features of the nib device, reference is made to the description of the foregoing embodiments.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the pen core 110 (including the pen core main body 111, the pen tip 112, and the connection segment 113) may be made of a conductive material, and electrically connected to the circuit board 300. The specific material of the pen core 110 may be stainless steel, aluminum alloy, or copper alloy. The whole pen core 110 is used as a signal connection lead between the pen-type input device and the touch screen, and the circuit board 300 collects a touch electric signal between the pen-type input device and the touch screen through the pen core 110. I.e. the pen-type input device may be an active pen.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in the structure using the connecting member, the connecting member may be made of a metal material or a connecting member having an outer surface made of a conductive material, and connection points are disposed inside the pen core main body 111, the pen tip 112, and the connecting section 113 to achieve serial connection of the pen core main body 111, the pen tip 112, and the connecting section 113. Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of a pen core connection scheme in which a control device of the pen-type input device is in a solenoid structure; in this embodiment, the pen core connection scheme may specifically be that adjacent conductors (the pen core main body 111, the pen tip 112, and the connection section 113) are connected by the metal wire 101, so as to realize serial connection of the pen core main body 111, the pen tip 112, and the connection section 113.

Claims (11)

3. The pen tip device of claim 2, wherein the control device comprises a connector, and two ends of the connector are respectively connected with the pen core main body and the pen tip and penetrate through the connecting section.

6. The nib apparatus of claim 3 or 4, wherein the coupling member is an elastic thread or a spring having elasticity.

The nib apparatus of claim 2, wherein the control device comprises an electromagnetic coil connected to at least one of the cartridge body, the connecting section, and the nib, and the cartridge body, the connecting section, and the nib are made of a magnetically conductive material, and the adjacent spacing between the cartridge body, the connecting section, and the nib is changed by controlling the magnetic field strength of the electromagnetic coil.
8. The pen tip device of claim 2, wherein the number of the connecting sections is plural, and the plural connecting sections are arranged in sequence along the axial direction of the pen core.
9. The nib device of any one of claims 2 to 8, wherein the nib device further comprises a protective sheath, the nib and the connecting section are disposed in the protective sheath, and the protective sheath is wrapped around an end of the cartridge body near the connecting section.
