Abstract

The invention relates to a high-water-pressure-resistant shield segment bolt hole combined type sealing structure which comprises a sealing element, a step anchoring bolt, a bolt anchoring end segment structure and a bolt non-anchoring end segment structure, wherein the step anchoring bolt is arranged on the sealing element; the sealing element comprises a cylindrical compaction section and an annular gasket; the step anchor bolt comprises a small-head anchor section, a small-head free section, a large-head free section and a fastener; an anchoring end groove matched with the small-head anchoring section is arranged in the bolt anchoring end pipe piece structure, and a T-shaped groove matched with the sealing element and a through groove matched with the large-head free section are arranged in the bolt non-anchoring end pipe piece structure. The invention is suitable for the waterproof design of the shield segment bolt hole under the high water pressure environment, achieves the active and passive composite waterproof purpose through the mutual extrusion action relationship of the sealing element and the free section of the step anchor bolt and under the assistance of the water expansion type material layer, has simple process and strong practicability, and can improve the anti-corrosion capability and durability of the shield tunnel under the high water pressure environment.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of shield tunnel construction, in particular to a high-water-pressure-resistant shield segment bolt hole combined sealing structure which is good in waterproof effect, simple in process and strong in implementability.
Background
With the rapid development of urban infrastructure, the river-crossing and sea-crossing tunnel projects in China are more and more, and the tunnel design and construction technology is gradually explored towards the direction of larger diameter, deeper soil covering and ultrahigh water pressure. The shield tunnel is usually assembled by a plurality of segments, and the segments are connected with each other by bolts, so that a plurality of seams inevitably exist between the segments. However, once the water leakage phenomenon occurs at the segment joint, the operation safety of the shield tunnel at the later stage is greatly threatened.
The shield tunnel segment seam waterproof system mainly comprises two aspects: (1) a segment seam waterproof system; (2) a bolt hole waterproofing system; the common pipe piece joint waterproof system mainly comprises a water swelling water stop strip and an ethylene propylene diene monomer elastic rubber pad, and two ethylene propylene diene monomer elastic rubber pads are considered to be adopted in an ultrahigh water pressure environment; the bolt hole waterproof system is characterized in that an Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) ring is arranged at the end face of each bolt hole and the end face of each pipe piece, and a waterproof effect is achieved through mutual extrusion acting force.
For the waterproof system of the shield tunnel joint and the bolt hole, the number of waterproof channels and the size and the shape of the rubber pad can be increased by considering the segment joint, so that the purpose of resisting ultrahigh water pressure is achieved, but the bolt hole is limited by implementation space, and a treatment scheme aiming at the high water pressure environment is not provided at present. Therefore, how to solve the waterproof problem of the shield segment bolt hole under the high water pressure environment is a difficult problem which needs to be solved urgently by a shield tunnel segment joint waterproof system.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects and shortcomings of the existing shield tunnel segment joint waterproof system, the invention provides the high-water-pressure-resistant shield segment bolt hole combined type sealing structure which is good in waterproof effect, simple in process and strong in implementability.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a high water pressure resistant shield segment bolt hole combined type sealing structure comprises a sealing element, a step anchoring bolt, a bolt anchoring end segment structure and a bolt non-anchoring end segment structure; wherein:
the sealing element comprises a cylindrical compaction section, and an annular gasket is arranged at the bottom of the cylindrical compaction section;
the step anchor bolt consists of a small-head anchor section, a small-head free section, a large-head free section and a fastener which are connected in sequence;
an anchoring end groove matched with the small-head anchoring section is arranged in the bolt anchoring end segment structure;
a T-shaped groove matched with the sealing element and a through groove matched with the large-head free section are formed in the non-anchoring end pipe piece structure of the bolt;
the sealing element is arranged in the T-shaped groove, the step anchoring bolt is sequentially inserted into the through groove, the cylindrical compaction section and the anchoring end groove, and the bolt anchoring end segment structure and the bolt non-anchoring end segment structure are spliced and fixed.
Preferably, the cylindrical compacting section comprises a water-swelling material layer, the outer layer of the water-swelling material layer is coated with a high-resilience rubber material layer, and the inner wall of the high-resilience rubber material layer is uniformly provided with penetration holes. Wherein the high-resilience rubber material layer is made of ethylene propylene diene monomer high-elasticity rubber.
