Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an opening degree control method of an electronic expansion valve according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method comprising the steps of:
step S101, detecting the environmental temperature before the system is started to operate, and determining the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve according to the environmental temperature;
and S102, detecting the ambient temperature before each operation period of the system, and determining the opening degree adjusting frequency of the electronic expansion valve in the operation period of the system according to the ambient temperature.
According to the method and the device, the initial opening of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted in a self-adaptive mode when the system is started up according to the change of the ambient temperature of the space where the refrigeration display cabinet is located, and the opening adjusting frequency in each operation period can be determined, so that the operation efficiency of the system is improved, the reliability of the system is improved, and the adaptability of the refrigeration display cabinet in different application scenes is enhanced.
This embodiment can be implemented by the following preferred embodiments when determining the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve according to the ambient temperature: judging whether the environment temperature is in the temperature interval (preset temperature-delta T)Lower partPreset temperature +. DELTA.TOn the upper part](ii) a If the ambient temperature is greater than the preset temperature +. DELTA.TOn the upper partDetermining the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve as a preset initial opening degree plus a first increment, wherein the first increment is (environment temperature-preset temperature) · delta A, and the delta A is an opening degree adjusting coefficient and is a preset parameter of a system operation programAnd (4) counting. If the ambient temperature is less than the predetermined temperature-Delta TLower partThen, the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is determined to be the preset initial opening degree-a first reduction amount, and the first reduction amount is determined to be (preset temperature-ambient temperature) · Δ a. And if the environment temperature is in the temperature interval, determining that the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is equal to a preset initial opening degree. Based on this, can guarantee the refrigeration effect, can guarantee the reliable operation of system again.
This embodiment sets two deviation values DeltaTOn the upper partAnd Δ TLower partThe method aims to enhance the adaptability of the system in different application scenes.
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating an initial opening adjustment of an electronic expansion valve according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, with a preset temperature interval [ preset temperature T ]0-△TLower partAt a predetermined temperature T0+△TOn the upper part]The temperature interval corresponds to a preset initial opening degree B0, that is, when the ambient temperature is in the temperature interval, the operation is performed according to the preset initial opening degree, the opening degree does not need to be adjusted, and the delta TOn the upper partAnd Δ TLower partTemperature deviations are characterized. And before the system starts to operate, detecting the ambient temperature Tn in real time, and judging whether the ambient temperature Tn is in a temperature interval.
When the ambient temperature T0-△TLower part≤Tn≤T0+△TOn the upper partAt this time, the preset initial opening degree B0 of the electronic expansion valve is relatively appropriate, and the initial opening degree Bn of the electronic expansion valve is B0.
When the ambient temperature Tn > T0+△TOn the upper partAt this time, it is explained that the preset initial opening B0 of the electronic expansion valve is relatively small, the refrigerant flow rate is relatively small, the time for the temperature in the refrigeration display cabinet to reach the set temperature value increases, the refrigeration effect becomes poor, and the suction superheat degree is too high, resulting in an increase in the exhaust temperature. According to the control logic, the initial opening degree Bn of the electronic expansion valve is B0+ (Tn-T)0) Δ A. Thereby improving the refrigeration effect and reducing the suction superheat degree.
When the ambient temperature Tn is less than T0-△TLower partAt this time, the preset initial opening B0 of the electronic expansion valve is relatively larger, and the refrigerant flow rate is larger, which will result in the decrease of the suction superheat degreeThe starting and stopping frequency of the compressor is improved, and the system efficiency is reduced. When the ambient temperature Tn is too low, air absorption and liquid entrainment are caused, and the operation of an external machine is adversely affected. At this time, the initial opening degree Bn of the electronic expansion valve is B0- (T)0-Tn) · Δ A. Therefore, the starting and stopping frequency of the system is reduced, and the operation reliability of the system is improved.
The system may be operated for one or more operating cycles from start-up operation until shutdown, with the current ambient temperature being sensed prior to each operating cycle, and the frequency of opening adjustment of the electronic expansion valve in subsequent operating cycles being determined based on the ambient temperature. Therefore, the opening degree adjusting frequency of the electronic expansion valve in each operation period can be adjusted timely along with the change of the environmental temperature, and the moderate opening degree adjusting frequency is ensured.
This embodiment can be implemented by the following preferred embodiments when determining the opening degree adjustment frequency of the electronic expansion valve in the operation cycle of the system according to the ambient temperature: judging whether the environment temperature is in the temperature interval (preset temperature-delta T)Lower partPreset temperature +. DELTA.TOn the upper part](ii) a If the ambient temperature is greater than the preset temperature +. DELTA.TOn the upper partDetermining the opening degree adjusting frequency of the electronic expansion valve as a preset initial frequency plus a second increment, wherein the second increment is (environmental temperature-preset temperature) · Δ B, and the Δ B is a frequency adjusting coefficient and is a preset parameter of a system operation program. If the ambient temperature is less than the predetermined temperature-Delta TLower partThen, the opening degree adjustment frequency of the electronic expansion valve is determined to be the preset initial frequency-the second reduction amount, and the second reduction amount is determined to be (the preset temperature-the ambient temperature) · Δ B. And if the environment temperature is in the temperature interval, determining that the opening degree adjusting frequency of the electronic expansion valve is equal to a preset initial frequency. Based on this, when ambient temperature is higher, alleviate the influence that the interior temperature fluctuation of cabinet frequently caused the storage commodity through improving aperture regulation frequency, when ambient temperature is lower, reduce aperture regulation frequency, avoid frequent regulation, realize energy-conservation and extension equipment life's purpose.
This embodiment sets two deviation values DeltaTOn the upper partAnd Δ TLower partTo avoid frequent adjustment of the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the showcase when the fluctuation of the ambient temperature is small。
After the opening degree adjusting frequency of the electronic expansion valve in the operation period of the system is determined according to the environment temperature, in order to avoid frequent adjustment caused by overhigh determined opening degree adjusting frequency or incapability of ensuring the refrigeration effect of the refrigeration showcase due to overlow opening degree adjusting frequency, the preset highest frequency and the preset lowest frequency for the opening degree adjusting frequency are preset in the embodiment, and if the determined opening degree adjusting frequency exceeds the preset highest frequency, the opening degree adjusting frequency is finally determined to be the preset highest frequency; and finally determining the opening degree adjusting frequency to be the preset lowest frequency if the determined opening degree adjusting frequency is lower than the preset lowest frequency.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an upper adjustment limit and a lower adjustment limit of an opening degree adjustment frequency of an electronic expansion valve according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the opening degree adjustment frequency t of the electronic expansion valve in an operation cycle of the system is determined according to an ambient temperature, where t is t0+(Tn-T0) Δ T, default preset temperature T0Corresponding opening degree regulating frequency is t0And Δ t is a coefficient. When the ambient temperature is great, alleviate the influence that the interior temperature fluctuation of refrigeration display cabinet frequently caused commodity through improving aperture regulation frequency, when ambient temperature is less, reduce aperture regulation frequency to avoid frequent regulation. The embodiment is preset with a preset highest frequency tmax and a preset lowest frequency tmin, if t is less than tmin, the actual input value t is tmin; if t is greater than tmax, the actual input value t is tmax; if tmin is less than or equal to t and less than or equal to tmax, the actual input value is t.
In addition to determining the opening degree adjustment frequency of the electronic expansion valve in the next operation period according to the environmental temperature before each operation period, the embodiment continuously detects the environmental temperature during the operation period of the system, and adjusts the opening degree adjustment frequency of the electronic expansion valve in real time according to the environmental temperature. The specific adjustment strategy is as follows:
judging whether the environment temperature is in the temperature interval (preset temperature-delta T)Lower partPreset temperature +. DELTA.TOn the upper part](ii) a If the ambient temperature is greater than the preset temperature +. DELTA.TOn the upper partAdjusting the opening degree adjusting frequency of the electronic expansion valve to be the preset initial frequency + the second frequencyAnd a second increment, wherein the second increment is (ambient temperature-preset temperature) · Δ B, and the Δ B is a frequency adjustment coefficient and is a preset parameter of a system operation program. If the ambient temperature is less than the predetermined temperature-Delta TLower partAnd adjusting the opening degree adjusting frequency of the electronic expansion valve to be the preset initial frequency-a second reduction amount, wherein the second reduction amount is (preset temperature-environment temperature) · Δ B. And if the ambient temperature is in the temperature range, adjusting the opening degree adjusting frequency of the electronic expansion valve to be a preset initial frequency. In the adjustment strategy, if the adjusted opening degree adjustment frequency exceeds the preset highest frequency, the opening degree adjustment frequency is finally determined to be the preset highest frequency; and finally determining the opening degree adjusting frequency to be the preset lowest frequency if the adjusted opening degree adjusting frequency is lower than the preset lowest frequency.
Based on this, when ambient temperature is higher, alleviate the influence that the interior temperature fluctuation of cabinet frequently caused the storage commodity of cabinet through improving aperture regulation frequency, when ambient temperature is lower, reduce aperture regulation frequency, avoid frequent regulation, realize energy-conservation and extension equipment life's purpose.
In the embodiment, the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is determined according to the ambient temperature before the system operates, and the superheat degree of the system is monitored in the operation period of the system after the system starts to operate; adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve according to the superheat degree, specifically, if the superheat degree exceeds the maximum value of a preset range, increasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve; if the superheat degree is lower than the minimum value of the preset range, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is reduced; if the degree of superheat is within the preset range, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve does not need to be adjusted. Of course, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve needs to be adjusted in compliance with the above opening degree adjustment frequency during the operation cycle of the system. Based on this, can guarantee the normal steady operation in system operation period, guarantee the refrigeration effect of system.
