Abstract
The invention discloses an adjustable locking mechanism and electronic equipment thereof, and the adjustable locking mechanism comprises a bearing component and at least one transmission component, wherein the bearing component is adjustably connected with the transmission component, the transmission component can provide a preset track for the bearing component, so that the bearing component can expand or contract along the preset track, the bearing component can be adjustably attached to the peripheral side of an object to be carried, and the locking mechanism is in a small clamping ring state or a large clamping ring state. Therefore, the structure is compact, and the loaded objects with different diameters can be locked and adjusted, so that the loaded objects can be reliably clamped.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of locking mechanisms, in particular to adjustable locking and electronic equipment thereof.
Background
The traditional electronic cigarette is low-voltage microelectronic atomization equipment, combustion is not needed, most of the electronic cigarette is powered by a rechargeable lithium battery, the current is atomized into particles through tobacco tar in an atomizer, the solution containing nicotine and essence is atomized into the particles, the smoke generated during smoking is simulated, tar and other harmful ingredients in the cigarette are not contained, and second-hand smoke is not generated. The traditional cigarette is ignited by tobacco leaves or tobacco and is harmful to the health of smokers and non-smokers.
At present, the atomization type electronic cigarette on the market is still disputed due to harmfulness and is strictly controlled, and the use of the baking type electronic cigarette is more and more increased in recent years. The baking type electronic cigarette heats tobacco through a heating sheet to generate smoke, namely, the tobacco is heated to the temperature which is not enough for combustion, but is atomized to 220-350 ℃, and because open fire does not exist, carcinogens such as tar and the like caused by combustion of the cigarette can not be generated, but the tobacco can emit the taste similar to real smoke.
However, the existing electronic cigarette with baking function has the following defects: (1) the existing method for baking the cigarettes has the advantages that the carried electrons for baking the cigarettes sold in the market are large in volume, the heating cavity is heated to 220-350 ℃, if the heating cavity is heated, the cigarettes are integrally heated and baked by hot air in the cavity, power consumption is high, efficiency is low, and the required battery volume is correspondingly increased; (2) when in use, the cigarette end of one cigarette needs to be taken down firstly as a filter tip, which causes waste to the cigarette; (3) the cigarette fixing device has the advantages that cigarettes with different thicknesses cannot be fixed, the application is limited, and some electronic cigarettes even only bake cigarettes of specific models but cannot be applied to common cigarettes sold in the market.
In addition, the diameters of the moxa sticks in the current market are different, different moxa sticks can be equipped with different fumigators, if the moxa sticks are directly ignited, the moxa smoke is not only large in taste, but also easily fumigates eyes.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide an adjustable locking mechanism and an electronic device thereof, which overcome the disadvantages of the prior art, have a compact structure, and facilitate reliable holding of an object to be carried by performing locking adjustment on objects to be carried with different diameters.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide an adjustable locking mechanism and an electronic device thereof, wherein the adjustable locking mechanism locks the objects to be carried in different sizes, so that the heating sheet is tightly attached to the peripheral side of the object to be carried, thereby achieving rapid baking of the object to be carried, improving the baking efficiency, reducing the volume, and being convenient to carry and use.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an adjustable locking mechanism and an electronic device thereof, which have wide versatility, are suitable for coarse cigarettes and fine cigarettes sold in the market, reduce the use requirements, are simple to adjust and operate, are safe and reliable, and can also be used for baking moxa sticks of different sizes.

Preferably, the guide plate is provided with a plurality of guide walls located at inner sides of the guide grooves, the carrier assembly includes a plurality of positioning portions and a plurality of heating sheets, each of the positioning portions extends from the heating sheet to the limit groove of the rotating disk, the heating sheets are heated to face the object to be carried, a positioning groove is formed between the positioning portion and the heating sheet, and the guide walls are received in the positioning groove so that the positioning portions connect the guide grooves and the limit groove.
Preferably, the guide wall is bent or curved from an inner circumference to an outer circumference of the guide disc, the positioning portion holds the guide wall in the positioning groove, the guide disc has a circular ring structure, the guide grooves are arranged obliquely from the inner circumference to the outer circumference, and a middle width of the guide groove is greater than widths of both sides.
Preferably, the guide wall is provided with an inner section and an inner section, the inner section integrally extends from the inner section in an inclined manner outwards, the inner section extends in an inclined manner inwards, the inner section and the inner section of the guide wall are of a bent structure, and an included angle between the inner section and the inner section ranges from 160 degrees to 170 degrees.

According to the first aspect of the present application, an adjustable locking mechanism 30 is provided, as shown in fig. 1 to 12, the adjustable locking mechanism 30 includes a bearing component 31 and at least one transmission component 34, the bearing component 31 is adjustably connected to the transmission component 34, the transmission component 34 can provide a preset track for the bearing component 31, so that the bearing component 31 expands or contracts along the preset track, so as to drive the locking mechanism 30 to be in a small clamping ring state and a large clamping ring state, so as to make the bearing component 31 adjustably attached to the peripheral side of the object 2 to be carried. Therefore, the structure is compact, and the loaded objects with different diameters can be locked and adjusted, so that the loaded objects can be reliably clamped and heated and baked conveniently.
In some embodiments, the transmission assembly 34 includes a rotating disc 32 and a guiding disc 33, the carrying assembly 31 is relatively rotatably connected to the guiding disc 33 and the rotating disc 32, and the rotating disc 32 and the guiding disc 33 form the predetermined track therebetween, so that the carrying assembly 31 moves clockwise outwards or counterclockwise inwards along the predetermined track.
In some embodiments, the rotating disc 32 is provided with a plurality of limiting grooves 323, the limiting grooves 323 are circumferentially opened on the inner surface of the rotating disc 32, the guiding disc 33 is provided with a plurality of guiding grooves 331, the guiding grooves 331 are arranged at intervals along the circumference of the guiding disc 33, a portion between each limiting groove 323 and each guiding groove 331 is variably and oppositely arranged, and the rotating disc 32 can rotate relative to the guiding disc 33, so that the preset track is formed between each limiting groove 323 and the guiding groove 331. In other words, the respective limiting grooves 323 and the guide grooves 331 are always partially overlapped to form an overlapped area as a predetermined rotatable track of the bearing assembly 31, when the rotating disc 32 rotates, the limiting grooves 323 are displaced relative to the guide grooves 331, the overlapped area between the limiting grooves 323 and the guide grooves 331 is changed, and the bearing assembly 31 moves along the overlapped area between the limiting grooves 323 and the guide grooves 331 and is adapted to move outwardly in an expanding manner or move inwardly in a contracting manner.
In some embodiments, the guide plate 33 is provided with a plurality of guide walls 332, the guide walls 332 are positioned inside the guide grooves 331, the carrier assembly 31 includes a plurality of positioning portions 311 and a plurality of heating sheets 312, each of the positioning portions 311 extends from the heating sheet 312 toward the limit groove 323 of the rotating disk 32, the heating sheet 312 may heat the surface facing the object 2, the positioning groove 313 is formed between the positioning part 311 and the heating sheet 312, the guide wall 332 is received in the positioning groove 313, such that the positioning portion 311 is connected to the guide groove 331 and the limiting groove 323, when the rotating disk 32 rotates, the positioning part 311 moves along a predetermined track formed by the overlapping of the guide groove 331 and the stopper groove 323, further, the positioning portion 311 rotates along with the stopper groove 323, and the positioning portion 311 is displaced relative to the guide groove 331.
In some embodiments, the positioning portion 311 is provided with a first side portion 314 and a second side portion 315, the first side portion 314 and the second side portion 315 are respectively located at two sides of the positioning portion 311, the first side portion 314 and the second side portion 315 are relatively slidably contacted with side surfaces of the limiting groove 323, each positioning portion 311 is radially slid along each limiting groove 323 and is limited to a fixed position of the guide groove 331, when the limiting groove 323 rotates, the side surfaces of the limiting groove 323 push the contacted first side portion 314 or second side portion 315 of the positioning portion 311 to rotate, and simultaneously an overlapping area of the limiting groove 323 and the guide groove 331 changes, the first side portion 314 and the second side portion 315 of the positioning portion 311 are radially moved inwards or outwards along the side surfaces of the limiting groove 323.
In some embodiments, "radially inward" and "radially outward" refer to the central axis of the rotating disk 32 as the central axis, and are oriented radially orthogonal to the central axis, radially inward near the central axis, and radially outward away from the central axis, respectively.
In some embodiments, the first side portion 314 and the second side portion 315 are curved surfaces, but may have other shapes.
In some embodiments, the guide wall 332 is bent or curved from the inner circumference to the outer circumference of the guide disk 33, the positioning portion 311 clamps the guide wall 332 in the positioning groove 313, that is, the guide disk 33 has a circular ring structure, the guide groove 331 is arranged obliquely from the inner circumference to the outer circumference, the middle width of the guide groove 331 is greater than the widths of both sides, and the guide wall 332 is located inside the guide disk 33. Thus, the movement of the positioning portion 311 of the carrier assembly 31 from the inside to the outside or from the outside to the inside along the guide wall 332 is facilitated.
In some embodiments, the guiding wall 332 is provided with an inner section 333 and an inner section 334, the inner section 334 integrally extends obliquely and outwardly from the inner section 333, the inner section 333 extends obliquely and inwardly, the inner section 333 and the inner section 334 of the guiding wall 332 are in a bent structure, the length of the inner section 333 is adapted to the positioning portion 311, the inner section 333 and the inner section 334 can also be in a bent structure, since the object 2 to be carried of the commercial cigarette can be generally divided into two specifications of rough cigarette and fine cigarette, the inner section 333 and the inner section 334 of the guiding wall 332 are preferably in a bent structure, when the positioning groove 313 is located in the inner section 333, the bearing component 31 is in a small-ring state and is adapted to lock the fine cigarette, according to the usage habit, the small-ring state of a period of usage is required, the bent structure of the inner section 333 and the inner section 334 is convenient for maintaining the small-ring state, if the rotating disk 32 needs to be rotated, a certain external force needs to be overcome and then the rotating disk is rotated into a large clamping ring state, so that unnecessary loosening of the bearing assembly 31 is effectively prevented, and further fine smoke locking is facilitated.
In some embodiments, the included angle α between the inner segment 333 and the inner segment 334 is in a range of about 160 ° to about 170 °, and preferably, the included angle α between the inner segment 333 and the inner segment 334 is in a range of about 164 ° to about 166 °, that is, the bending included angle α of the guide wall 332 is in a range of about 164 ° to about 166 °.
In some embodiments, in order to maintain the structural stability of the guide plate 33, the guide groove 331 has a parallel hexagonal structure, an outer section 335 and an outer section 336 are disposed on the outer side of the guide groove 331, the outer section 335 and the inner section 334 are disposed in parallel and opposite, and the outer section 336 and the inner section 333 are disposed in parallel and opposite.
In some embodiments, the transmission assemblies 34 are two sets, the positioning portions 311 are respectively located at two ends of the heating sheet 312, the transmission assemblies 34 are respectively connected to two ends of the bearing assembly 31, and the heating sheet 312 extends axially and is attached to the peripheral side of the object 2.
In some embodiments, the rotating disc 32 is provided with a driving portion 321 and a limiting portion 322, the driving portion 321 is located at the outer side of the limiting portion 322, the limiting groove 323 is spaced apart from the inner surface of the limiting portion 322, and the limiting groove 323 may have a U-shaped structure, as shown in fig. 11 and 12.
In some embodiments, the heating sheet 312 may be an electric heating ceramic sheet or a metal sheet, the heating sheet 312 has an arc-shaped structure, and preferably, the heating sheet 312 is an electric heating ceramic sheet, and since the carrying assembly 31 directly contacts the object 2, if the metal sheet is repeatedly heated, the metal sheet is easily corroded and oxidized, and meanwhile, the surface of the metal sheet is easily stuck to residual substances of the object 2, and harmful substances such as carbon deposition and tar are generated after repeated heating.
In some embodiments, the material of the electrothermal ceramic sheet is selected from one or more of oxide ceramic, carbide ceramic, nitride ceramic and boride ceramic, and the oxide ceramic is selected from ZrO2(zirconium oxide) and Al2O3(aluminum oxide), SiO2(silicon dioxide), MgO (magnesium oxide), Cr2O3(chromium oxide), BeO (beryllium oxide), V2O5(vanadium pentoxide), B2O3(diboron trioxide), MgO. According to the second aspect of the present application, an electronic device is provided, which includes the above adjustable locking mechanism 30, and is suitable for baking the cigarette body and the moxa stick, and may be a baking electronic cigarette or a moxa stick roaster, suitable for cigarette bodies or moxa sticks with different sizes, and may also be other cylindrical loaded objects.
In some embodiments, the electronic device further includes a housing 10, a driving assembly 20, a power supply assembly 40, and a control module 50, the housing 10 is provided with an opening 12 and a receiving cavity 11, the opening 12 communicates with the receiving cavity 11 and the outside, the adjustable locking mechanism 30 is installed in the receiving cavity 11, the driving assembly 20 is drivingly connected to the adjustable locking mechanism 30, the driving assembly 34 is connected to the driving assembly 20, the driving assembly 20 is drivingly connected to the rotating disc 32, the control module 50 is electrically connected to the power supply assembly 40, the control module 50 is used for controlling the heating process and/or the driving stroke of the bearing assembly 31, the heating sheet 312 is electrically connected to the control module 50 and the power supply assembly 40, the control module 50 is used for controlling the heating process of the heating sheet 312, the heating sheet 312 is electrically connected to the control module 50 and the power supply assembly 40, the control module 50 controls the heating process of the heat patch 312.
In some embodiments, the drive assembly 20 may be controlled by manual actuation and/or by automatic actuation. The driving assembly 20 includes a driving wheel 21, a pair of driven wheels 22 and a transmission rod 24, the driving wheel 21 and the driven wheels 22 are respectively axially arranged along the transmission rod 24, the driving wheel 21 can be driven by a driving motor or manually, the driven wheels 22 are respectively located at two ends of the transmission rod 24, the driven wheels 22 are respectively engaged with the driving parts 321 of the rotating discs 32, the driving parts 321 of the rotating discs 32 are in a gear-shaped structure, and when the driving wheel 21 rotates, the driven wheels 22 are driven to rotate, and the rotating discs 32 are further driven to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise.
In some embodiments, the driving assembly 20 further includes a pair of driving brackets 23, the transmission rod 24 extends through the driving brackets 23, the guide disc 33 is fixed to the driving brackets 23, and the driven wheel 22 is located axially outside the driving brackets 23.
In some embodiments, the power module 40 and the control module 50 are mounted in the housing 10, spaced apart from the receiving cavity 11.

The adjustable locking mechanism of claim 2 wherein said rotatable disk is provided with a plurality of retaining grooves circumferentially opening into an inner surface of said rotatable disk, said guide disk is provided with a plurality of guide slots spaced along a circumference of said guide disk, portions of each of said retaining grooves and each of said guide slots are variably disposed relative to each other, and said rotatable disk is rotatable relative to said guide disk such that an overlapping region between each of said retaining grooves and said guide slots forms said predetermined track.

The adjustable locking mechanism of claim 3 wherein the guide plate has a plurality of guide walls located inwardly of the guide slots, the carrier assembly includes a plurality of locators extending from the heater plate toward the retaining slot of the rotating plate, and a plurality of heater plates that are arranged to heat the object to be carried, the locators and the heater plates define locating slots therebetween, and the guide walls are received in the locating slots such that the locators connect the guide slots and the retaining slot.

The adjustable locking mechanism of claim 4 wherein the guide wall is bent or curved from an inner circumference to an outer circumference of the guide disc, the positioning portion holds the guide wall in the positioning groove, the guide disc is in a circular ring structure, the guide groove is arranged obliquely from the inner circumference to the outer circumference, and a middle width of the guide groove is greater than widths of both sides.

The adjustable locking mechanism of claim 4 wherein the guide wall is provided with an inner section and an inner section, the inner section integrally extends obliquely outward from the inner section, the inner section extends obliquely inward, the inner section and the inner section of the guide wall are in a bent structure, and an included angle between the inner section and the inner section ranges from 160 ° to 170 °.
