Background
The honeycomb board has wide application, is commonly used as a supporting structure in the honeycomb board, can also be used as a supporting and heat-insulating material in a heat-insulating board, and has the advantages of light weight, low price and high strength. The existing honeycomb plate forming mode includes a winding type and a stacking type, wherein the winding type is to feed 2 rolls of paper in the same direction, glue is coated on the upper roll of paper in a staggered mode on two sides, the upper roll of paper is bonded with the lower roll of paper and then wound on an octagonal roller, when the roller is wound for a certain thickness, vertical cutting of eight sides is carried out, and the cut paper core is transversely stretched to form the honeycomb plate; the lamination type is that single paper is vertically staggered and transversely glued, and is bonded with the lower single paper, and the single paper is laminated layer by layer and is directly stretched when reaching a certain thickness to form the honeycomb plate. The honeycomb plate forming modes of the two modes need to form a honeycomb plate structure after being stretched through a stretching process, glue breaking at a bonding part or tensile breaking at the bonding part is often caused by low adhesive strength of the honeycomb plate in the stretching process, so that the honeycomb plate is damaged, and the forming rate of the honeycomb plate is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a honeycomb plate forming die and a preparation method thereof, and solves the problems that the bonding part is pulled open and torn due to low adhesive strength during stretching in the existing honeycomb plate forming mode, so that a honeycomb plate is damaged, and the waste rate of the honeycomb plate is high.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a honeycomb panel forming die which comprises a heating plate, wherein a forming frame is arranged above the heating plate, two sides of the forming frame are connected with the heating plate, one end of the forming frame is provided with a folded edge, the other end of the forming frame is provided with a baffle plate, the baffle plate extends out of the heating plate and is positioned outside the heating plate, a plurality of partition plates are arranged between the lower edge of the folded edge and the lower edge of the baffle plate, a moving channel of forming blocks is formed between adjacent partition plates, the forming blocks in adjacent rows and adjacent columns are distributed at intervals, and the vertical distance between the lower edge of the folded edge and the heating plate is greater than the height of the forming blocks; the forming block comprises a bottom plate for forming and a limiting column, and the limiting column is positioned above the bottom plate; the vertical distance between the partition board and the heating plate is not less than the height of the bottom plate.
Preferably, the two sides of the forming frame are arranged on the supporting seat, and the supporting seat is fixed on the heating plate.
Preferably, the vertical distance between the lower edge of the baffle plate and the heating plate is greater than the height of the bottom plate and less than the height of the forming block.
Preferably, the partition plate is of a U-shaped structure, is uniformly distributed between the folded edge and the baffle plate and is positioned in the same horizontal plane; the horizontal distance between adjacent partition plates is not less than the diameter of the limiting column.
Preferably, the bottom plate and the limiting column are coaxially arranged, and the bottom plate is of a regular hexagon structure.
The method for preparing the honeycomb plate by adopting the honeycomb plate forming die comprises the following steps:
s1, heating the heating plate;
s2, placing the forming blocks on the heating plate, placing the forming blocks in a forming frame, and distributing the forming blocks among the partition plates of the forming frame at intervals to form a first layer of forming blocks;
s3, laying a layer of first paperboard for forming the honeycomb plate between the first layer of forming blocks, wherein the paperboard is perpendicular to the partition plate and is positioned below the partition plate;
s4, placing a second layer of forming blocks in the forming frame, wherein the forming blocks of the second layer and the forming blocks of the first layer are distributed at intervals;
s5, pushing the second layer of forming block into a forming frame in the folded edge by adopting a push plate; laying a layer of second paper board for forming the honeycomb board between the second layer of forming blocks, wherein the second paper board is vertical to the partition board and is positioned below the partition board;
s6, placing a third layer of forming blocks in the forming frame, wherein the third layer of forming blocks and the second layer of forming blocks are distributed at intervals, and the third layer of forming blocks and the first layer of forming blocks are positioned in the same column; when the third layer of forming block is placed, glue is dripped between the first paperboard and the second paperboard between the first layer of forming block and the third layer of forming block, the third layer of forming block is pushed, and the third layer of forming block is attached to the first layer of forming block, so that the first paperboard and the second paperboard are bonded together;
s7, pushing the third layer of forming block into a forming frame in the folded edge by adopting a push plate; a layer of third paper board for forming the honeycomb board is laid between the third layer of forming blocks, and the third paper board is perpendicular to the partition board and is positioned below the partition board;
s8, placing a fourth layer of forming blocks in the forming frame, wherein the fourth layer of forming blocks and the third layer of forming blocks are distributed at intervals, and the fourth layer of forming blocks and the second layer of forming blocks are positioned in the same column; when a fourth layer of forming block is placed, glue is dripped between the second paperboard and the third paperboard between the second layer of forming block and the fourth layer of forming block, the fourth layer of forming block is pushed, and the fourth layer of forming block is attached to the second layer of forming block, so that the second paperboard and the third paperboard are bonded together;
s9, repeating the steps S5-S8.
According to the honeycomb plate forming die and the forming method thereof, the forming frame and the forming block are utilized to form the paper boards, and the adjacent paper boards are connected together through gluing, so that a honeycomb structure is directly formed, a later stretching process is not needed, the forming effect of the honeycomb plate is improved, the forming rate of the honeycomb plate is improved, and the rejection rate of the honeycomb plate is reduced.

As shown in the figure, the honeycomb panel forming die comprises a heating plate 1, and the heating plate 1 is fixed on a workbench. The heating plate 1 is a structure in which a heating device is provided or a heat conducting plate structure placed on the heating device. The top of hot plate 1 is provided with shaping frame 3, and shaping frame 3's both sides welded fastening sets up on supporting seat 2, and supporting seat 2 welded fastening is on hot plate 1. The supporting seat 2 heightens the forming frame 3 by a certain height, so that the forming block 7 is conveniently placed in the forming frame 3. One end of the forming frame 3 is provided with a folded edge 4 which is bent upwards, and the other end of the forming frame 3 is provided with a baffle 5 which is bent upwards. The baffle 5 protrudes from the heating plate 1 and is located outside the heating plate 1 so that the forming block 7 can fall off the heating plate 1.
The middle part of the forming frame 3 is provided with a through hole for arranging the partition board 6, namely a plurality of partition boards 6 are arranged between the lower edge of the folded edge 4 and the lower edge of the baffle 5. The baffle 6 is U type structure, and baffle 6 is in same horizontal plane in even distribution between hem 4 and baffle 5, and the both ends of baffle 6 are connected with hem 4 lower limb and baffle 5 lower limb welding fixed connection respectively. The adjacent partition plates 6 form a moving passage of the forming block 7.
The forming block 7 comprises a bottom plate 9 for forming and a limiting column 10, and the limiting column 10 is located above the bottom plate 9. The bottom plate 9 is a regular hexagon structure, and the limiting columns 10 and the columns are arranged. The bottom plate 9 and the limiting column 10 are coaxially arranged. The bottom panel 9 is used to shape the cardboard and fold it around the sides of the bottom panel 9 to form a hexagonal honeycomb structure. The forming blocks 7 of adjacent rows and adjacent columns are distributed at intervals in the forming frame 3.
The horizontal distance between the adjacent partition boards 6 is slightly larger than the diameter of the limiting column 10, the vertical distance between the partition boards 6 and the heating plate 1 is slightly larger than the height of the bottom plate 9, and the vertical distance between the lower edge of the folded edge 4 and the heating plate 1 is larger than the height of the forming block 7, so that the forming block 7 can be smoothly placed between the partition boards 6 and slide in a channel formed by the adjacent partition boards 6.
The vertical distance between the lower edge of the baffle 5 and the heating plate 1 is greater than the height of the bottom plate 9 and less than the height of the forming block 7, so that the baffle 5 has a certain blocking effect on the forming block 7, and the forming block 7 can smoothly fall into the lower part of the heating plate 1 under the effect of the baffle 5.
The method for preparing the honeycomb plate 8 by adopting the honeycomb plate 8 forming die comprises the following steps:
s1, heating the heating plate 1.
And S2, placing the forming blocks 7 on the heating plate 1, pushing the forming blocks 7 into the forming frame 3, and distributing the forming blocks 7 among the partition plates 6 of the forming frame 3 at intervals to form the first-layer forming blocks 7.
S3, laying a layer of first paperboard for forming the honeycomb board 8 between the first layer forming blocks 7, wherein the first paperboard is arranged perpendicular to the partition board 6 and below the partition board 6.
S4, placing the second layer forming block 7 in the forming frame 3, wherein the second layer forming block 7 and the first layer forming block 7 are distributed at intervals, and the first paperboard is bent and deformed under the action of the second layer forming block 7 and is distributed along the interface of the first layer forming block and the second layer forming block 7.
S5, pushing the second layer forming block 7 into the forming frame 3 in the folded edge 4 by a pushing plate. A second paperboard for forming the honeycomb board 8 is laid between the second layer of forming blocks 7, and the second paperboard is perpendicular to the partition boards 6 and is positioned below the partition boards 6.
S6, placing a third layer forming block 7 in the forming frame 3, wherein the third layer forming block 7 and the second layer forming block 7 are distributed at intervals, and the third layer forming block 7 and the first layer forming block 7 are positioned in the same column. When the third layer forming block 7 is placed, glue is dripped between the first paperboard and the second paperboard between the first layer forming block 7 and the third layer forming block 7, the third layer forming block 7 is pushed, and the third layer forming block 7 is attached to the first layer forming block 7, so that the first paperboard and the second paperboard are bonded together. When the third layer forming block 7 is pushed, glue is dripped while being pushed, and the glue is placed to be dyed and flow open. The heating plate 1 is favorable for bonding glue, and heat preservation is carried out on the honeycomb plate 8 after gluing, so that the bonding firmness of adjacent paper strips is improved.
And S7, pushing the third layer forming block 7 into the forming frame 3 in the folded edge 4 by adopting a pushing plate. A third paper board for forming the honeycomb board 8 is laid between the third layer forming blocks 7, and the third paper board is perpendicular to the partition boards 6 and is positioned below the partition boards 6.
S8, placing a fourth layer of forming blocks 7 in the forming frame 3, wherein the fourth layer of forming blocks 7 and the third layer of forming blocks 7 are distributed at intervals, and the fourth layer of forming blocks 7 and the second layer of forming blocks 7 are positioned in the same column. When the fourth layer forming block 7 is placed, glue is dripped between the second paperboard and the third paperboard between the second layer forming block 7 and the fourth layer forming block 7, the fourth layer forming block 7 is pushed, and the fourth layer forming block 7 is attached to the second layer forming block 7, so that the second paperboard and the third paperboard are bonded together. The specific method is the same as step S6.
S9, repeating the steps S5-S8. And finishing the preparation of the honeycomb plate 8 by sequentially pushing the forming blocks 7 and adhering the paper plates layer by layer.
When the forming block 7 is pushed to the baffle 5, the forming block 7 falls from the heating plate 1, and the falling forming block 7 can be reused.
Therefore, the honeycomb plate forming die and the preparation method thereof can solve the problems that the bonding part is pulled open and torn due to low adhesive strength during stretching in the existing honeycomb plate forming mode, so that the honeycomb plate is damaged, and the waste rate of the honeycomb plate is high.
