Background
In 2011, a traffic department issues technical requirements of JT/T794-2011 vehicle-mounted terminals of road transport vehicle satellite positioning systems, 5.9 automatic speed-over-speed reminding, and the terminals can trigger according to preset speed thresholds or by receiving information sent by a monitoring center to remind drivers of current overspeed states; in the technical requirements of JT/T796-2011 road transport vehicle satellite positioning system platform, 6.2.4 sub-road section speed limit monitoring is required, and the platform can set a speed limit threshold value for a sub-road section, realize overspeed alarm and provide warning, recording and processing for overspeed.
In 2019, the traffic department newly issues technical requirements of a JT/T794-2019 road transport vehicle satellite positioning system vehicle-mounted terminal 5.9.3 for automatically reminding the driver of excessive speed, and the terminal can be triggered according to a preset speed threshold value or by receiving information issued by a monitoring center; in the technical requirements of the GB/T35658 and 2017 road transport vehicle satellite positioning system platform, the speed limit monitoring of 6.2.4 sub-road sections is required, and the platform can set a speed limit threshold value for the sub-road sections, realize overspeed alarm and provide warning, recording and processing for overspeed.
Because the standard is released and is limited by the hardware configuration of the vehicle-mounted terminal and the map data, the vehicle-mounted terminal cannot realize the shunt segment monitoring in real time; the monitoring platform can only manually draw the speed-limiting path for the transport vehicle of the fixed line, and has the major defects of large workload, low accuracy, low updating speed and the like. At present, the common practice is that the speed limit is set to 80km/h on the expressway, and the national road is set to 60km/h, so that the setting saves a great deal of work, but has the problem of serious disagreement with the speed limit value of the actual road section.
The existing vehicle-mounted terminal is provided with a local electronic map, and the full-time full-road-section sub-road-section speed limiting function of the vehicle can be realized by monitoring and comparing the driving speed and the position information data of the driving vehicle acquired by the vehicle-mounted terminal in real time. Due to the fact that the existing vehicle-mounted terminal is poor in networking performance, and a plurality of users are not familiar with the networking function of the vehicle-mounted terminal or are busy, the electronic map in the vehicle-mounted terminal is not updated timely, and therefore the use experience of the vehicle-mounted terminal is greatly reduced.

In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic map updating apparatus, where the electronic map updating apparatus includes:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a map updating module and a map updating module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring map data from a road network map updating platform when a remote service terminal detects an updating instruction;
and the updating module is used for updating the electronic map on the remote service terminal based on the map data.
Further, the obtaining module is further configured to:
when the remote service terminal receives an updating instruction pushed by the road network map upgrading platform, acquiring map data from the road network map upgrading platform; or,
when the remote service terminal receives an updating instruction input by a user, obtaining map data from a road network map upgrading platform; or,
when an updating instruction automatically initiated by a remote service terminal is detected, map data are obtained from a road network map upgrading platform, wherein the remote service terminal initiates the updating instruction at intervals of a preset time period.
Further, the obtaining module is further configured to:
acquiring first map version information of the latest version from the road network map upgrading platform;
if the current second map version information of the electronic map of the remote service terminal is lower than the first map version information, transmitting a map updating request to a road network map updating platform so that the road network map updating platform feeds back map data when receiving the map updating request;
and receiving the map data transmitted by the road network map upgrading platform.
Further, the electronic map updating apparatus further includes:
the first map service module is used for providing map service for the vehicle-mounted terminal if an electronic map calling instruction of the vehicle-mounted terminal is received when the electronic map of the remote service terminal is updated.
Further, the electronic map updating apparatus further includes:
and the second map service module is used for providing map service for the vehicle-mounted terminal after the remote service terminal finishes updating the electronic map based on the map data, wherein the map service comprises navigation driving, road monitoring and/or vehicle speed monitoring.
Further, the update module is further configured to:
verifying whether the map data is completely downloaded;
and if the map data is completely downloaded, updating the electronic map on the remote service terminal based on the map data.
Further, the update module is further configured to:
if the map data is not completely downloaded, sending a supplementary transmission request of the map data to the road network map upgrading platform so that the road network map upgrading platform can feed back new map data;
and receiving the new map data, and updating the electronic map on the remote service terminal based on the new map data when the new map data is completely downloaded.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where an electronic map updating program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when being executed by a processor, the electronic map updating program implements the steps of the electronic map updating method according to any one of the above descriptions.
The specific embodiment of the computer-readable storage medium of the present invention is substantially the same as the embodiments of the electronic map updating method described above, and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (10)

1. An electronic map updating method is applied to a remote service terminal of a client side, an electronic map is deployed at the remote service terminal, and the electronic map updating method comprises the following steps:
when the remote service terminal detects an updating instruction, map data are obtained from a road network map upgrading platform;
and updating the electronic map on the remote service terminal based on the map data.
2. The electronic map updating method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining map data from the road network map upgrading platform when the remote service terminal detects the updating instruction comprises:
when the remote service terminal receives an updating instruction pushed by the road network map upgrading platform, acquiring map data from the road network map upgrading platform; or,
when the remote service terminal receives an updating instruction input by a user, obtaining map data from a road network map upgrading platform; or,
when an updating instruction automatically initiated by a remote service terminal is detected, map data are obtained from a road network map upgrading platform, wherein the remote service terminal initiates the updating instruction at intervals of a preset time period.
3. The electronic map updating method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining map data from the road network map upgrading platform comprises:
acquiring first map version information of the latest version from the road network map upgrading platform;
if the current second map version information of the electronic map of the remote service terminal is lower than the first map version information, transmitting a map updating request to a road network map updating platform so that the road network map updating platform feeds back map data when receiving the map updating request;
and receiving the map data transmitted by the road network map upgrading platform.
4. The electronic map updating method according to claim 1, wherein the electronic map updating method further comprises:
and when the electronic map of the remote service terminal is updated, if an electronic map calling instruction of a vehicle-mounted terminal is received, providing map service for the vehicle-mounted terminal.
5. The electronic map updating method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of updating the electronic map on the remote service terminal based on the map data, further comprising:
and after the remote service terminal finishes updating the electronic map based on the map data, providing map service for a vehicle-mounted terminal, wherein the map service comprises navigation driving, road monitoring and/or vehicle speed monitoring.
6. The electronic map updating method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the step of updating the electronic map on the remote service terminal based on the map data includes:
verifying whether the map data is completely downloaded;
and if the map data is completely downloaded, updating the electronic map on the remote service terminal based on the map data.
7. The electronic map updating method according to claim 6, wherein after the step of verifying whether the map data is completely downloaded, further comprising:
if the map data is not completely downloaded, sending a supplementary transmission request of the map data to the road network map upgrading platform so that the road network map upgrading platform can feed back new map data;
and receiving the new map data, and updating the electronic map on the remote service terminal based on the new map data when the new map data is completely downloaded.
8. An electronic map updating apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a map updating module and a map updating module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring map data from a road network map updating platform when a remote service terminal detects an updating instruction;
and the updating module is used for updating the electronic map on the remote service terminal based on the map data.
9. An electronic map updating apparatus characterized by comprising: memory, a processor and an electronic map update program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the electronic map update program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the electronic map update method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon an electronic map updating program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the electronic map updating method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
