Abstract
The invention provides an air jet adsorption and cleaning treatment device, which comprises a cylinder body, including an upper cover mounted on the upper end of the cylinder body. The cylinder body has an accommodating space, the cylinder body is provided with a gas channel and a wind pipe, the gas channel is in communication with the wind pipe, a fluid channel is arranged on the cylinder, one end is connected to the bottom of the accommodating space, and is communicated with the first spray channel and the second spray channel of the wind pipe, a circulating pump is arranged at the bottom of the accommodating space and connected to the fluid channel, a connecting pipe is arranged on the cylinder and communicates with the accommodating space, a discharge pipe is arranged on the cylinder and communicates with the accommodating space, and a cross plate is arranged in the accommodating space; a plurality of baffles are installed in the accommodating space and placed on the cross plate.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an air jet adsorption cleaning treatment device, and more particularly to an air jet adsorption cleaning treatment device capable of effectively achieving air purification and filtration.
Background
Air pollution is the most serious problem at present, and no matter oil smoke or smell generated during cooking in a kitchen, dust or paint smell generated during environment decoration, waste gas or pollutants generated during factory operation and the like, if the substances are absorbed for a long time, the health hazard of people can be caused, and the environment is threatened when the substances are discharged into the air, so that the air pollution is not regarded as important.
In order to deal with the problem of air pollution, a general company or a factory may use different methods, such as a washing tower, etc., to settle the suspended particles in the harmful substances by using a fluid, and even filter the harmful substances by passing through a mesh plate, so as to enhance the process of settling the suspended particles in the harmful substances by using the fluid; however, in the above manner, the harmful substances are not well received by the fluid when passing through, and thus the effect is limited, so that a better way to deal with the air pollution problem is required.
In view of the above, the present inventors have conducted active research, and conducted experience of many years in research and development of related products, and have conducted continuous tests and improvements, and finally developed the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an air jet adsorption cleaning treatment device which has the characteristics of low energy consumption, low material consumption, high safety and the like and can effectively achieve the effects of air purification and filtration.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an air jet adsorption cleaning processing apparatus, comprising:
a cylinder, the cylinder includes an upper cover installed on the upper end of the cylinder, the cylinder has a containing space in it, the bottom of the containing space is used to store fluid, the cylinder is installed with a gas channel and an air pipe outside, the gas channel is connected with the air pipe, the air pipe has a first flow channel, a second flow channel and two flow ports, the first flow channel and the second flow channel are correspondingly installed on the air pipe and connected with the containing space and the air pipe, the two flow ports are respectively installed on the first flow channel and the second flow channel, a fluid channel is installed on the cylinder, one end of the fluid channel is connected with the bottom of the containing space and connected with the first flow channel and the second flow channel of the air pipe, a circulating pump is installed on the bottom of the containing space and connected with the fluid channel to transport the fluid stored in the bottom of the containing space to the fluid channel, a connecting pipe is arranged on the cylinder and communicated with the accommodating space, a discharge pipe is arranged on the cylinder and communicated with the accommodating space, and a cross plate is arranged in the accommodating space; and
and the guide plates are arranged in the accommodating space and are placed on the cross plate to be used as channels for the fluid to pass through.
Wherein: the cylinder body can be connected with other cylinder bodies of the air jet adsorption cleaning treatment device for use, and is respectively connected with a connecting pipe of the cylinder body and a gas channel of another cylinder body by using pipelines, so that residual gas substances in the cylinder body can be guided into another cylinder body for continuous treatment.
The substance to be filtered enters from the gas channel, is respectively conveyed to the first spray channel and the second spray channel through the air pipe, and meanwhile, the fluid stored at the bottom of the accommodating space is respectively conveyed to the first spray channel and the second spray channel through the fluid channel by virtue of the operation of the circulating pump, so that the substance and the fluid are mixed in the first spray channel and the second spray channel and are sprayed into the accommodating space through the spray ports on the first spray channel and the second spray channel, and the substance can generate rotational flow at the upper part of the accommodating space, so that the substance is dispersedly distributed on the surface of the guide plate; because the surface of the flow guide plate is S-shaped, the fluid can change the airflow and the direction, and the material repeatedly impacts the flow guide plate, flows along the surface of the flow guide plate by virtue of the gravity of the fluid and finally falls to the bottom of the accommodating space.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, fig. 1 is an exploded perspective view of an air jet adsorption cleaning treatment apparatus of the present invention, fig. 2 is a sectional perspective view of the air jet adsorption cleaning treatment apparatus of the present invention, fig. 3 is a front view of the air jet adsorption cleaning treatment apparatus of the present invention, and fig. 4 is a top view of the air jet adsorption cleaning treatment apparatus of the present invention. The present invention relates to an air jet adsorption cleaning treatment device, which comprises a cylinder 10 and a plurality of flow deflectors 20.
The cylinder 10 includes an upper cover 11 installed on the upper end of the cylinder 10, the cylinder 10 has an accommodating space 12 therein, the bottom of the accommodating space 12 is used for storing fluid, the cylinder 10 is externally provided with a gas channel 13 and an air duct 14, the gas channel 13 is communicated with the air duct 14, the air duct 14 has a first flow-spraying channel 141, a second flow-spraying channel 142 and two flow-spraying ports 143, the first flow-spraying channel 141 and the second flow-spraying channel 142 are correspondingly arranged on the air duct 14 and are communicated with the accommodating space 12 and the air duct 14, the flow-spraying ports 143 are respectively arranged on the first flow-spraying channel 141 and the second flow-spraying channel 142, a fluid channel 15 is arranged on the cylinder 10, one end of the fluid channel 15 is communicated with the bottom of the accommodating space 12 and is communicated with the first flow-spraying channel 141 and the second flow-spraying channel 142 of the air duct 14, a circulation pump 16 is arranged at the bottom of the accommodating space 12, and is connected to the fluid passage 15 to transfer the fluid stored at the bottom of the accommodating space 12 to the fluid passage 15, a connecting pipe 17 is disposed on the cylinder 10 and is communicated with the accommodating space 12, a discharging pipe 18 is disposed on the cylinder 10 and is communicated with the accommodating space 12, and a cross plate 19 is disposed in the accommodating space 12.
The plurality of baffles 20 are disposed in the accommodating space 12 and disposed on the cross plate 19 to serve as passages for fluid to pass through.
According to the specific embodiment of the present invention, the substance to be filtered enters from the gas channel 13, and is respectively delivered to the first flow spraying channel 141 and the second flow spraying channel 142 through the air duct 14, meanwhile, the fluid stored at the bottom of the accommodating space 12 is respectively delivered to the first flow spraying channel 141 and the second flow spraying channel 142 through the fluid channel 15 by the operation of the circulation pump 16, so that the substance and the fluid are mixed in the first flow spraying channel 141 and the second flow spraying channel 142, and are sprayed into the accommodating space 12 through the flow spraying ports 143 on the first flow spraying channel 141 and the second flow spraying channel 142, and the substance can generate a rotational flow at the upper part of the accommodating space 12, so that the substance is dispersedly distributed on the surface of the flow guiding plate 20; because the surface of the baffle 20 is S-shaped, the fluid changes the air flow and direction, and the material repeatedly hits the baffle 20, and the material flows along the surface of the baffle 20 by the gravity of the fluid.
Wherein, the liquid in the liquid-gas matter will condense with the fluid on the deflector 20, and the liquid will fall to the bottom of the accommodating space 12 by the gravity of the fluid, while the dust matter will be carried away by the fluid on the deflector 20, and the dust will fall to the bottom of the accommodating space 12 by the gravity of the fluid and settle to the bottom, and the dust settled to the bottom can be discharged by the discharge pipe 18.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic view of another embodiment of the air jet cleaning treatment apparatus according to the present invention. Furthermore, the cylinder 10 can be connected to other cylinders 10 for use, and the connecting pipes 17 connected to the cylinders 10 and the gas passages 13 of another cylinder 10 are connected to conduct the residual gas substances in the cylinders 10 to another cylinder 10 for further treatment, and a plurality of cylinders 10 can be connected according to the use requirement.
The air jet adsorption cleaning treatment device can be applied to various aspects, such as oil smoke or smell generated when a kitchen is cooked, dust or paint smell generated when environment is decorated, waste gas or pollutants generated when a factory is operated and the like, and can be used for treatment.

Claims (2)
1. An air jet adsorption cleaning treatment device, comprising:
a cylinder, the cylinder includes an upper cover installed on the upper end of the cylinder, the cylinder has a containing space in it, the bottom of the containing space is used to store fluid, the cylinder is installed with a gas channel and an air pipe outside, the gas channel is connected with the air pipe, the air pipe has a first flow channel, a second flow channel and two flow ports, the first flow channel and the second flow channel are correspondingly installed on the air pipe and connected with the containing space and the air pipe, the two flow ports are respectively installed on the first flow channel and the second flow channel, a fluid channel is installed on the cylinder, one end of the fluid channel is connected with the bottom of the containing space and connected with the first flow channel and the second flow channel of the air pipe, a circulating pump is installed on the bottom of the containing space and connected with the fluid channel to transport the fluid stored in the bottom of the containing space to the fluid channel, a connecting pipe is arranged on the cylinder and communicated with the accommodating space, a discharge pipe is arranged on the cylinder and communicated with the accommodating space, and a cross plate is arranged in the accommodating space; and
and the guide plates are arranged in the accommodating space and are placed on the cross plate to be used as channels for the fluid to pass through.

The air jet adsorption cleaning processing apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that: the cylinder body can be connected with other cylinder bodies of the air jet adsorption cleaning treatment device for use, and is respectively connected with a connecting pipe of the cylinder body and a gas channel of another cylinder body by using pipelines, so that residual gas substances in the cylinder body can be guided into another cylinder body for continuous treatment.
