Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of packaging boxes, and particularly relates to totally-enclosed packaging paper and an openable packaging box. The wrapping paper comprises: a packaging paper body (1) and a top sealing cover (2); the top closure (2) is arranged above the wrapper body (1) and comprises: the front sealing piece (2b) is connected with the upper part of the back surface (1b) of the box body, and the left sealing piece (2c) is connected with the upper part of the left side surface (1c) of the box body. The soft box packaging paper can be expanded into packaging materials of any materials, and can also be used for packaging any suitable articles, such as cigarettes, medicaments and food, and is convenient for batch use of the articles.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of packaging boxes, and particularly relates to totally-enclosed packaging paper and an openable packaging box.
Background
The existing cigarette product packaging box is divided into a soft box package and a hard box package; the soft box package can only wrap the periphery and one bottom surface, wherein the periphery and the bottom surface are five surfaces, the other surface is required to be pasted with a seal, the seal is used as a connecting medium of the inner lining paper and the outer layer small box package, but the surface where the seal is located exposes a part of the inner lining paper, the seal is not tight relative to the six surfaces of the hard box package, the seal is an incomplete pentahedral product package, and the hard box package can well protect the six surfaces relatively, but also has the problems of relatively complex structure, difficult package forming and higher cost.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In a first aspect the present invention provides a fully enclosed wrapper, said wrapper comprising: a packaging paper body 1 and a top seal cover 2;
the top closure 2 is disposed above the wrapper body 1 and comprises: a front sealing sheet 2b connected with the upper part of the back surface 1b of the box body, a left sealing sheet 2c connected with the upper part of the left side surface 1c of the box body, and a right sealing sheet 2a connected with the upper part of the right outer side surface 1a of the box body;
the front cover piece 2b comprises a front cover piece main body 2b1 and a front cover piece tail end 2b2 which are sequentially connected from bottom to top;
the width of the front sealing sheet 2b is smaller than that of the back surface 1b of the box body, and two sides of the front sealing sheet main body 2b1 are not flush with two sides of the back surface 1b of the box body;
the height of the left flap 2c is greater than the horizontal distance from the right side of the front flap main body 2b1 to the right side of the box body back 1b, and the height of the right flap 2a is greater than the horizontal distance from the left side of the front flap main body 2b1 to the left side of the box body back 1 b;
the connecting parts are all provided with crease lines, the right outer side surface 1a of the box body, the back surface 1b of the box body, the left side surface 1c of the box body, the front surface 1d of the box body and the right inner side surface 1e of the box body are rectangles with equal height, the right outer side surface 1a of the box body, the left side surface 1c of the box body and the right inner side surface 1e of the box body are equal in width, and the back surface 1b of the box body and the front surface 1d of the box body are equal in width;
the front sealing sheet main body 2b1 is rectangular, and the height thereof is equal to the width of the right outer side surface 1a of the box body or the left side surface 1c of the box body.
The packaging paper body 1 is used for folding a cuboid which is called a five-face closed side and an opening side. The wrapper body 1 may also incorporate other designs of the sub-folded pieces.
Preferably, a horizontal insertion opening 1d1 is arranged above the front surface 1d of the box body, and the width of the insertion opening 1d1 is larger than or equal to the width of the upper end part of the tail end 2b2 of the front sealing piece.

A third aspect of the present invention provides a totally enclosed upper side openable flexible carton which is folded from the wrapper of any one of the first aspects and into which the front flap tail end 2b2 is inserted into the insertion opening 1d 1.

The terms "upper", "lower", "left" and "right" are used herein in relative terms and are defined when the wrapper is placed as in the drawings of the specification.

2. In the preferred technical scheme, when the insertion opening 1d2 and the tail end 2b2 of the front cover piece are used for closing, the wrapping paper reduces the adhesive and is safer and more sanitary.
3. In the preferred technical scheme, the design of the pull-up opening 2c11 on the left sealing sheet 2c can be used for taking the packaged objects 5 for batch use, so that the packaged objects 5 are ensured to be clean and complete, the packaging of the product can be better utilized, and the product is fully protected.
4. The soft box packaging paper can be expanded into packaging materials of any materials, and can also be used for packaging any suitable articles, such as cigarettes, medicaments and food, and is convenient for batch use of the articles.

Fig. 2 is a schematic view of the fully enclosed soft box package obtained by folding the wrapping paper of the present embodiment. The dotted line is partially shown inside the case. In fig. 2, after the front sealing sheet 2b is folded down, the right sealing sheet 2a and the left sealing sheet 2c are covered to form a six-sided complete packing box. Fig. 5 is a schematic view of the wrapping paper of this embodiment 3, and the two-dot chain line portion is a score line.
Fig. 6 is a schematic view of the fully enclosed soft box package obtained by folding the wrapping paper of the present embodiment. The dotted line is partially shown inside the case. The left figure is a schematic view of the complete packing box, and the right figure is a schematic view when the packing box is used.
On the basis of the wrapper paper of example 2,
a pull opening 2c11, which may be a non-closed curve or a non-closed non-curved line, is cut in the left flap 2c near the left flap end 2c 2. The right flap 2a is also provided with a pull opening 2a11 formed by an unclosed curve. The joint of the left side sealing piece 2c and the left side face 1c of the box body is a point knife line 4.
When the packaged object 5 can be or needs to be taken out in a non-integrated manner, for example, when the packaged object 5 is a plurality of cigarettes, small foods, a plurality of injections and other products which are not used up all at once, the packaged object 5 can be taken out in batch after the left side sealing piece 2c is lifted up without detaching the relatively long front sealing piece 2b but the pull opening 2c11 is scratched by a nail, so that the packaged object 5 is used in batches, the packaged object 5 is ensured to be clean and complete, the package of the product can be better utilized, and the product is fully protected.
After the pulling opening 2c11 is lifted, if the left sealing piece 2c is considered to have inconvenient influence on subsequent use, the left sealing piece 2c and the connected folding blocks thereof can be torn off from the point knife line 4 at the root part of the left sealing piece 2c after the packaged object 5 is taken out to start use, so that the utility model is also practical for products which can be consumed in a short time like cigarettes, snack foods and the like, and also accords with the existing consumption habits of people.
Claims (10)
1. A fully enclosed wrapper, said wrapper comprising: a packaging paper body (1) and a top sealing cover (2);
wrapping paper body (1) comprises a plurality of branch dog, and it includes: the box body folding structure comprises a box body right outer side surface (1a), a box body back surface (1b), a box body left side surface (1c), a box body front surface (1d) and a box body right inner side surface (1e) which are sequentially connected, wherein a box body right outer side surface folding block (1f) is connected below the box body right outer side surface (1a), a box body back surface folding block (1g) is connected below the box body back surface (1b), a box body left side surface folding block (1h) is connected below the box body left side surface (1c), and a box body front surface folding block (1i) is connected below the box body front surface (1 d);
the top closure (2) is arranged above the wrapper body (1) and comprises: a front sealing sheet (2b) connected with the upper part of the back surface (1b) of the box body, a left sealing sheet (2c) connected with the upper part of the left side surface (1c) of the box body, and a right sealing sheet (2a) connected with the upper part of the right outer side surface (1a) of the box body;
the front cover piece (2b) comprises a front cover piece main body (2b1) and a front cover piece tail end (2b2), which are sequentially connected from bottom to top;
the width of the front sealing sheet (2b) is smaller than that of the box body back surface (1b), and two sides of the front sealing sheet main body (2b1) are not flush with two sides of the box body back surface (1 b);
the height of the left flap (2c) is greater than the horizontal distance from the right side of the front flap main body (2b1) to the right side of the box body back surface (1b), and the height of the right flap (2a) is greater than the horizontal distance from the left side of the front flap main body (2b1) to the left side of the box body back surface (1 b);
the connecting parts are all provided with crease lines, the right outer side surface (1a) of the box body, the back surface (1b) of the box body, the left side surface (1c) of the box body, the front surface (1d) of the box body and the right inner side surface (1e) of the box body are rectangles with equal height, the right outer side surface (1a) of the box body, the left side surface (1c) of the box body and the right inner side surface (1e) of the box body are equal in width, and the back surface (1b) of the box body and the front surface (1d) of the box body are equal in width;
the front sealing sheet main body (2b1) is rectangular, and the height of the front sealing sheet main body is equal to the width of the right outer side surface (1a) of the box body.

A fully enclosed soft box wrapper according to claim 1, wherein a horizontal insertion opening (1d1) is provided above the front face (1d) of the box body, the width of the insertion opening (1d1) being greater than or equal to the width of the upper end of the trailing end (2b2) of the front flap.
3. A fully enclosed soft box wrapper according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the left side flap (2c) comprises: a left flap main body (2c1) and a left flap end portion (2c2) provided from bottom to top; the left side sealing sheet main body (2c1) is rectangular, and the width of the left side sealing sheet main body is equal to the width of the left side surface (1c) of the box body;
the end part (2c2) of the left side sealing sheet is trapezoidal, the upper bottom of the trapezoid is smaller than the width of the left side surface (1c) of the box body, and the lower bottom of the trapezoid is equal to the width of the left side surface (1c) of the box body.
4. A fully enclosed soft box wrapper according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said right side flap (2a) comprises: a right flap main body (2a1) and a right flap end portion (2a2) provided from bottom to top;
the right side sealing sheet main body (2a1) is rectangular, and the width of the right side sealing sheet main body is equal to the width of the left side surface (1c) of the box body; the end part (2a2) of the right side sealing sheet is trapezoidal, the upper bottom of the trapezoid is smaller than the width of the left side surface (1c) of the box body, and the lower bottom of the trapezoid is equal to the width of the left side surface (1c) of the box body.
5. A totally enclosed soft box wrapper as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the height of said right flap body (2a1) is equal to or greater than the horizontal distance to the left of said front flap body (2b1) from the left of said box body back face (1 b);
the left flap main body (2c1) is equal to or greater than the horizontal distance from the right side of the front flap main body (2b1) to the right side of the box body rear face (1 b).
6. A fully enclosed soft box wrapper according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the right flap (2a) is provided with a pull opening (2a11) and/or the left flap (2c) is provided with a pull opening (2c 11).
7. The totally enclosed soft box packaging paper according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the joint of the right side sealing sheet (2a) and the right outer side surface (1a) of the box body is a point knife line (4) and/or the joint of the left side sealing sheet (2c) and the left side surface (1c) of the box body is a point knife line (4).
8. The totally enclosed soft box wrapper according to claim 2, wherein both end portions of the insertion opening (1d1) are provided with upward or downward chamfers.
9. A totally enclosed flexible carton with openable upper side, characterized in that it is folded from the wrapper of claim 1, and the front flap end (2b2) is glued to the front side (1d) of the carton body.
10. A totally enclosed, upper side openable flexible carton package, characterized by being folded from the wrapper of claim 2, the front flap tail end (2b2) being inserted into the insertion opening (1d 1).
