Technical Field

Background

A preparation method of lasting waterproof concealer moisturizing foundation cream comprises the following steps: s1, primary mixing; octyl polymethylsiloxane, polypropylsilsesquioxane, cetyl ethylhexanoate, diphenylsiloxyphenyl trimethicone, CI77891, glycerol, isododecane, polydimethylsiloxane, trimethylsiloxysilicate, powder, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, powder and refined water are mixed and stirred according to the proportion, the mixing temperature is 80 ℃, and the raw material is obtained by stirring for 8min at the rotating speed of 30 rpm; s2, secondary mixing; mixing and heating butanediol, lauryl PEG-10 trisilicoethyl polymethylsiloxane, disteardimonium hectorite, 1, 2-hexanediol, sorbitan sesquioleate, magnesium sulfate, trehalose, trihydroxystearin, CI77492, a polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, dextrin palmitate, palmitic acid and aluminum hydroxide to 90 ℃, and stirring at the rotating speed of 50rpm for 25min to obtain a second raw material part; s3 mixing and emulsifying; mixing the first raw material part and the second raw material part, adding powder and deionized water, stirring for 25min at 85 ℃ to obtain a primary emulsified paste liquid; s4 emulsifying to obtain paste; adding xanthan gum, stirring at a rotating speed of 50rpm continuously until the primary emulsified paste reaches a paste degree of more than 95%, stopping stirring and heating, and cooling in air to room temperature to obtain the paste foundation cream.
In this example, in the step of S3 mixing and emulsification, the mixing temperature of the first and second raw materials was maintained at (80. + -. 1.0) degrees centigrade.
In this example, in the step of emulsifying into paste at S4, xanthan gum is added in three portions, corresponding to paste formation levels of 20%, 45%, 70% respectively.
The film forming agent, namely polypropylsiloxy silicate, is a silicone resin component, can resist washing and friction, is not sticky and velvet make-up feeling after film forming, and enables the foundation to be long-lasting after film forming.
And (3) pore filling: pre-makeup base + polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, mica + trimethylsiloxysilicate, and polypropylsilsesquioxane; making up and moisturizing: the cosmetic has less graininess and cream texture (the humectant is water, butanediol and glycerol, and is fused with the silicone resin cross-linked polymer with stronger powder feeling, so that the powder feeling is reduced); the ingredients act synergistically to provide such a good cosmetic feel.
We removed the controversial ingredient talc commonly used as a slip agent in color cosmetic products and replaced it with mica and polymethylsilsesquioxane safety ingredients that are many times more expensive.
The foundation cream pastes obtained in the first embodiment, the second embodiment and the third embodiment are respectively a product I, a product II and a product III, and finished product effect experiments are carried out on the pastes obtained from the three products.
The product obtained in the invention is subjected to a human body skin patch test, the test objects are 30 persons, 3 persons in a male, 27 persons in a female, the age is 19-47 years, the average age is 34.23 +/-0.23 years, and the test process is as follows: selecting qualified spot test equipment, placing 0.020-0.025 ml of a test object in a spot test device by a closed spot test method, externally applying hypoallergenic adhesive tape to the curved side of the forearm of the test object, removing the test object after 24 hours, and observing skin reactions after 0.5, 24 and 48 hours after removal respectively.

Thus, the results of skin test on 30 test subjects were obtained, and are shown in FIG. 2.

Claims (7)
1. A lasting waterproof concealer moisturizing foundation cream is characterized in that the raw materials comprise a skin conditioner, a film forming agent, a humectant, a solvent, a colorant and an additive; the skin conditioning agent comprises polydimethylsiloxane, diphenyl siloxy phenyl trimethicone, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, pentaerythritol tetraester, cetyl ethylhexanoate, octyl methicone, 1, 2-hexanediol, sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, ethylhexyl glycerin, pelargonium capitatum leaf extract, grape fruit extract; the film forming agent comprises trimethylsiloxy silicate and polypropylsilsesquioxane; the humectant comprises glycerin and butanediol; the solvent includes water, isododecane, disteardimonium hectorite, octylglycol.
2. The lasting waterproof concealer moisturizing foundation cream as claimed in claim 1, wherein the foundation cream comprises, by mass, 1-3 parts of octyl polymethylsiloxane, 1-3 parts of polypropylsilsesquioxane, 2-5 parts of cetyl ethyl hexanoate, 3-8 parts of diphenylsiloxyphenyl trimethicone, 3-8 parts of CI77891, 3-8 parts of glycerol, 5-10 parts of isododecane, 10-15 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 3-5 parts of trimethylsiloxy silicate, 5-10 parts of powder, 2-5 parts of cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, 5-10 parts of powder, 30-50 parts of refined water, and 5-15 parts of an additive.
3. A durable water repellant concealer moisturizing foundation cream as claimed in claim 1, wherein said additives comprise surfactants, fillers, emollients, suspending agents, emulsifiers, thickeners, absorbents, antioxidants; the surfactant comprises tocopherol, lauryl PEG-10 trisilicoethyl methicone; the filler comprises mica and triethoxyoctyl silane.
4. A lasting waterproof concealer moisturizing foundation cream as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw material additives comprise, by mass, 3-8 parts of butanediol, 1-3 parts of lauryl PEG-10 trisilicoethyl polymethylsiloxane, 1-5 parts of disteardimonium hectorite, 0.5-1.5 parts of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.5-1 part of sorbitan sesquioleate, 0.5-1 part of magnesium sulfate, 0.5-1 part of trehalose, 0.1-0.5 part of trihydroxystearin, 0.1-0.5 part of CI77492, 0.1-0.5 part of polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, 0.1-0.5 part of dextrin palmitate, 0.1-0.5 part of palmitic acid, and 0.1-0.5 part of aluminum hydroxide.
5. A preparation method of lasting waterproof concealer moisturizing foundation cream is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, primary mixing; octyl polymethylsiloxane, polypropylsilsesquioxane, cetyl ethylhexanoate, diphenylsiloxyphenyl trimethicone, CI77891, glycerol, isododecane, polydimethylsiloxane, trimethylsiloxysilicate, powder, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, powder and refined water are mixed and stirred according to the proportion, the mixing temperature is 75-85 ℃, and the raw material is obtained by stirring for 5-10min at the rotating speed of 30-40 rpm;
s2, secondary mixing; mixing and heating butanediol, lauryl PEG-10 trisilicoethyl polymethylsiloxane, disteardimonium hectorite, 1, 2-hexanediol, sorbitan sesquioleate, magnesium sulfate, trehalose, trihydroxystearin, CI77492, polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, dextrin palmitate, palmitic acid and aluminum hydroxide to 90-95 ℃, and stirring at the rotating speed of 50-60rpm for 25-30min to obtain a second raw material part;
s3 mixing and emulsifying; mixing the first part of the raw material and the second part of the raw material, adding the powder and deionized water, stirring for 25-30min at 85-90 ℃ to obtain a primary emulsified paste;
s4 emulsifying to obtain paste; adding xanthan gum, stirring at 50-60rpm for a time until the primary emulsion cream degree is above 95%, stopping stirring and heating, and air cooling to room temperature to obtain cream foundation cream.
6. The method for preparing a lasting waterproof concealer moisturizing foundation cream as claimed in claim 5, wherein the mixing temperature of the first part and the second part is maintained at (80 ± 1.0) ° C during the step of S3 mixing and emulsifying.
7. The method for preparing a lasting waterproof concealer and moisturizing foundation cream as claimed in claim 5, wherein in the step of emulsifying to form a cream at S4, xanthan gum is added in three times, wherein the three times of addition correspond to 20%, 45%, and 70% of cream formation respectively.
