Abstract
本发明实施例提供一种上行控制信息的发送和接收方法以及装置。所述方法包括:终端设备确定用于发送上行控制信息的上行控制信道的信道接入类型;以及根据所述信道接入类型进行信道检测并在检测信道为空闲后向网络设备发送所述上行控制信息,或者,根据所述信道接入类型不检测信道而向网络设备发送所述上行控制信息。由此,在一些场景下不检测信道就可以发送上行控制信息,能够降低传输时延而提高传输效率;而在另一些场景下在检测到信道空闲后再发送上行控制信息,能够避免或降低干扰而提高传输的可靠性。
