At present, in the testing process of the ARC function of the HDMI interface, the returned audio to be tested is usually sent to the audio playing device through the HDMI cable to play the audio, so as to determine whether the ARC function of the HDMI interface is normal, however, in this testing manner, it is necessary to manually determine whether the audio played by the audio playing device is normal, and when the production line has a large sound, the audio cannot be accurately determined. In addition, in this test mode, since the returned audio to be tested needs to be sent to the audio playing device through the HDMI cable, the HDMI cable needs to be connected to the audio playing device, but cannot be connected to the audio/video signal source, so that when the ARC function of the HDMI interface is tested, the HDMI cable needs to be connected to the audio/video signal source again, and the test of the HDMI channel of the HDMI interface can be implemented.

The signal separation module 202 is connected to the audio/video signal source 22, the HDMI interface 231, and the main control module 201, and is configured to receive an initial audio/video signal provided by the audio/video signal source and send the initial audio/video signal to the HDMI interface 231.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, the signal separation module 202 may be connected to the audio/video signal source 22 through a first HDMI line, connected to the HDMI interface 231 through a second HDMI line, and connected to the main control module 201 through a cable; and receives an initial audio/video signal provided by the audio/video signal source through the first HDMI line, and transmits the initial audio/video signal to the HDMI interface 231 through the second HDMI line.
The signal separation module 202 is further configured to receive an ARC audio signal to be tested returned by the HDMI interface 231, and send the ARC audio signal to be tested to the main control module; when the ARC audio signal to be tested is the ARC function of the HDMI, the mainboard to be tested generates a return audio signal according to the initial audio and video signal; therefore, the main control module generates an ARC test result of the HDMI according to the ARC audio signal to be tested, and the test of the ARC function of the HDMI is realized.

In this embodiment of the application, the main control module 201 is further configured to receive an HDMI audio/video signal to be tested sent by the motherboard to be tested, and generate an HDMI channel test result of the HDMI interface according to the HDMI audio/video signal to be tested; when the ARC function of the HDMI interface is closed, the mainboard to be tested generates HDMI audio and video signals according to the initial audio and video signals.
Specifically, in this embodiment of the application, after the testing of the ARC function of the HDMI interface is completed, the test signal source may perform the testing of the HDMI channel of the HDMI interface by providing an HDMI channel test signal to the main control module. At this time, the main control module may send an ARC function closing instruction to the main board to be tested according to the received HDMI channel test signal provided by the test signal source, and control the ARC function of the HDMI interface to be closed. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the main board 23 to be tested is provided with an audio output port and a video output port. After the ARC function of the HDMI is started, an audio output port of the mainboard to be tested is closed; at the moment, the ARC audio signals to be tested can be transmitted back to the signal separation module through the ARC function of the HDMI through the second HDMI line, and the ARC audio signals to be tested are transmitted to the main control module through the signal separation module, so that the ARC function of the HDMI can be tested. After the ARC function of the HDMI interface is closed, the audio output port of the mainboard to be tested is opened, at the moment, the HDMI audio and video signals to be tested can be sent to the main control module through the audio output port and the video output port of the mainboard to be tested respectively through the audio transmission line and the video transmission line, and therefore testing of the HDMI channel of the HDMI interface is completed.

For example, the waveform of the second decoded audio signal may be compared with the waveform of a second reference audio signal, the data of the decoded video signal may be compared with the data of the reference video signal, and when the waveform of the second decoded audio signal coincides with the waveform of the second reference audio signal and the data of the decoded video signal coincides with the data of the reference video signal, it may be determined that the HDMI channel of the HDMI interface is normal; and when the waveform of the second decoded audio signal is inconsistent with the waveform of the second reference audio signal, or when the data of the decoded video signal is inconsistent with the data of the reference video signal, determining that the HDMI channel of the HDMI interface has an abnormality.
