the background management system is configured to: providing creation, distribution and management of desktop instances to the desktop application; monitoring and managing the desktop instance; setting login information of the desktop application program for logging in the desktop application program; setting the operation authority of the desktop instance, and setting different desktop instance operation authorities according to different login accounts; desktop strategies and time limits are set on the desktop application program to ensure the information security of the cloud annotation data; setting early warning information, and immediately sending out early warning after the background management system detects the early warning information; managing background information; labeling the information of the cloud end, and labeling the information on the private cloud end by the background management system through the labeling program;
the privatization platform provides privatization cloud service, uploads the information and data of the marking program and the office software to a private cloud, and stores the information and marking information on the office software in the private cloud;
the operating system guarantees information security of cloud annotation data through a pre-installed application, the pre-installed application installs initialized office software on the operating system, and the initialized office software can only be operated through the background management system; the operating system runs the marking program, and the background management system marks the information of the office software on the privatization platform through the running marking program.
