A portable bill destruction device is characterized in that: comprises a feeding roller (1), a paper shredding roller (2), a machine shell (3) and a guide shell (22); the feeding roller (1) and the paper shredding roller (2) are both arranged at the front part of the machine shell (3), and the feeding roller (1) is positioned at the front side of the paper shredding roller (2); the rear part in the shell (3) is a material storage space (4); the feed roll (1) comprises a plurality of printing cylinders (5); the paper shredding roller (2) comprises a plurality of cutting knives (6) and a plurality of paper shredding knives (7); a printing cylinder (5) corresponds to each two adjacent cutting knives (6); a plurality of paper shredding knives (7) are arranged between every two adjacent cutting knives (6); the tail end of the paper shredding knife (7) is contacted with the outer surface of the printing cylinder (5); the tail end of the paper shredding knife (7) is in a sawtooth shape; the feeding roller (1) and the paper shredding roller (2) are respectively connected with the shell (3) in a rotating way; on the left side of the machine shell (3), a driving gear (9) is fixedly arranged at the left end of the feeding roller (1), and a follow-up gear (10) is fixedly arranged at the left end of the paper shredding roller (2); the follow-up gear (10) is meshed with the driving gear (9), and when the paper shredding roller (2) rotates, the rotating speed of the paper shredding roller is greater than that of the feeding roller (1); the left end and the right end of the shell (3) are respectively and rotatably provided with a rotating wheel (11); a driving gear (12) is coaxially arranged on the left rotating wheel (11); the driving gear (12) is meshed and matched with the follow-up gear (10); a dye box (13) is fixedly arranged at the front part in the machine shell (3) above the feeding roller (1); a sponge (14) is fixed at the lower end of the dye box (13); the lower end of the dye box (13) is provided with a plurality of liquid seepage holes (15); the position of the liquid seepage hole (15) is opposite to that of the sponge (14); a sponge (14) in contact with each printing cylinder (5); an arc-shaped guide plate (16) is fixed at the front end of the lower side wall of the machine shell (3); the guide plate (16) is positioned between the feeding roller (1) and the paper shredding roller (2); the guide shell (22) is arranged at the front part of the machine shell (3), the guide shell (22) is positioned at the periphery of the feeding roller (1), the upper part of the guide shell (22) is not contacted with the front end surface of the machine shell (3), and the inner wall of the guide shell (22) is butted with the arc-shaped surface of the guide plate (16); a scraper (17) is fixedly arranged in the left and right directions in the machine shell (3) behind the dye box (13); the lower end of the scraper (17) is contacted with each printing cylinder (5); a discharge window is arranged on the rear side of the upper end of the casing (3); the discharge window is provided with a sealing door (18) in a rotating fit manner.
2. The portable document destruction device of claim 1, wherein: a brush (19) for cleaning the paper shredding knife (7) is arranged at the rear of the paper shredding roller (2) and at the lower end in the machine shell (3) along the left-right direction.
3. The portable document destruction device of claim 1, wherein: the cutting knife (6) is in a shape of a circular saw tooth.
4. The portable document destruction device of claim 1, wherein: the left end axle center of the left rotating wheel (11) is provided with an inner hexagonal groove (20).
5. The portable document destruction device of claim 1, wherein: a blade (21) is arranged at the lower part of the front end of the right side wall of the machine shell (3), and the tip of the blade (21) points to the front.
