Abstract

The front end of the chassis 1-1 is provided with a vertical portal 2, and the section of a vertical frame of the portal 2 is U-shaped. The two ends of the top surface of the lower lifting frame 3 are respectively fixedly connected with the lower end of a flexible connecting piece 9, the flexible connecting piece 9 is connected with a lifter 10 right above the flexible connecting piece 9, the lifter 10 is installed on a cross beam of the portal frame 2, the lifter 10 is a steel wire rope electric hoist or a ring chain electric hoist, and the flexible connecting piece 9 is a steel wire rope or a ring chain. The middle lifting frame 4 and the lifting frame 5 are respectively provided with two groups of flexible connecting pieces 9 and a lifter 10. The flexible connecting piece 9 and the lifter 10 of each lifting frame are longitudinally staggered. An upper connecting rod 11 and a lower connecting rod 12 are sequentially installed at the front end of a piston rod of an upper oil cylinder 8, lug plates are respectively welded at two ends of the upper connecting rod 11 and two ends of the lower connecting rod 12, the lug plates at the upper ends of the upper connecting rod 11 and the lower connecting rod 12 are respectively connected with the upper oil cylinder 8 through bolts, the lug plates at the lower ends of the upper connecting rod 11 and the lower connecting rod 12 are respectively connected with an upper connecting seat 19 and a lower connecting seat 20 on the outer surface of a wall body outer formwork 18 through bolts, the upper connecting seat 19 and the lower connecting seat 20 are welded with the wall body outer formwork 18, a stabilizing pull rod 13 is arranged between the upper connecting rod 11 and the lower connecting rod 12, the upper end of the stabilizing pull rod 13 is connected with the upper connecting seat 19, the lower end of the stabilizing pull rod 13 is connected with the middle part of the lower connecting rod 12 through bolts, and the upper connecting rod 11, the lower connecting rod 12 and the stabilizing pull rod 13 form a triangular stabilizing body.

Piston rods of the two lower oil cylinders 6 of the lower lifting frame 3 are controlled and are connected with the lower lug seat 15 of the wall inner template 14 through bolts; the piston rods of the two middle oil cylinders 7 of the middle lifting frame 4 are controlled and are connected with the upper lug seats 16 of the wall inner formworks 14 through bolts; two upper oil cylinders 8 of the lifting frame 5 are controlled, the upper oil cylinders 8 cross over the top of an anti-collision wall and a guardrail, the outer ends of piston rods of the upper oil cylinders 8 are located on the outer side of the wall, an upper connecting rod 11 and a lower connecting rod 12 are respectively connected with an upper connecting seat 19 and a lower connecting seat 20 through bolts, after connection is finished, the upper connecting rod 11 and the lower connecting rod 12 are fixedly connected through a stabilizing pull rod 13, and temporary consolidation between templates is removed. And operating the hydraulic control valve to enable the piston rods of the lower oil cylinder 6 and the middle oil cylinder 7 to retract and lift to separate the wall inner formwork 14, and the piston rod of the upper oil cylinder 8 to extend and lift to separate the wall outer formwork 18.
