The outer surface of the ointment applying pipe 7, the outer surface of the front section pipe body 102 and the outer surface of the annular joint pipe 103 are coplanar.
The tail part of the ointment applying pipe 7 is provided with a plugging air bag 10; the plugging air bag 10 is provided with an air pipe with a control valve so as to inflate or deflate the plugging air bag 10 through the air pipe. The arrangement of the plugging air bag 10 can improve the sealing performance of the enema device and prevent the infusion liquid medicine from leaking.
The liquid filling and drug delivery device for the intestinal surgery further comprises a drug applying massager 9; the medicine applying massager 9 comprises a displacement disc 901, an inclined connecting rod 902, an inner slide seat 903, an outer slide seat 903 and a medicine applying massage roller 904; the inner end of the control rotating shaft 2 is provided with a second thread; the displacement disc 901 is screwed on the second thread of the control rotating shaft 2; one ends of a plurality of inclined connecting rods 902 are uniformly and rotatably connected to the displacement disc 901, the other ends of the plurality of inclined connecting rods 902 are rotatably connected to the inner ends of a plurality of inner and outer sliding seats 903, and the middle parts of the plurality of inner and outer sliding seats 903 are in sealing sliding fit in a plurality of inner and outer slideways of the rear-section pipe 104; the outer ends of the inner and outer sliding seats 903 are respectively matched and connected with a medicine-applying massage roller 904; the inner and outer sliding seats 903 and the medicine applying massage roller 904 are matched in a through hole on the tube surface of the ointment applying tube 7. The medicine applying massager 9 can be used for applying the ointment in cooperation with the ointment applying pipe 7 and massaging the inside of the intestinal canal, and the size of the external expansion of the medicine applying massager 9 can be adjusted to meet the requirements of different conditions; during the use, can change the contact position of control pivot 2 and displacement dish 901 through rotating control pivot 2 to control slope connecting rod 902 drives a plurality of inside and outside slide 903 and carries out the slide adjusting of inside and outside direction in a plurality of inside and outside slides of back end body 104, thereby adjust a plurality of medicine of scribbling massage roller 904 and stretch out to the distance that 7 pipe faces of ointment daub pipe passed through the hole through a plurality of inside and outside slide 903, thereby massage through medicine of scribbling massage roller 904, also can be used for expanding the anus.
The medicine-applying massage roller 904 is rotatably matched at the outer end of the inner and outer sliding seats 903; the roller surface of the medicine-applying massage roller 904 is matched with the inner side surface of the penetration hole in a rolling way. The roller surface of the medicine applying massage roller 904 is in contact with the inner wall of the intestinal canal, and along with the rotation of the medicine applying massage roller 904, the roller surface of the medicine applying massage roller 904 rotates on the inner wall of the intestinal canal and drives the medicine applying massage roller 904 to rotate, the roller surface of the medicine applying massage roller 904 rotates to an ointment conveying area in the ointment applying pipe 7 and can be in contact with ointment in the ointment conveying area, and therefore the ointment is more uniformly applied to the inner part of the intestinal canal when the roller surface rotates to the outer end of the ointment applying pipe 7; in addition, the roller surface of the medicine-applying massage roller 904 rotates on the inner wall of the intestinal canal, so that the frictional resistance of the roller surface when the roller surface is contacted with different positions of the inner wall of the intestinal canal can be reduced, a better massage effect is achieved, and the probability of hard damage to the inner wall of the intestinal canal is reduced.
The administration tube 1, the sliding sleeve 3 and the spherical plugging head 4 are all made of medical PVC plastics, and the administration tube 1 is a transparent tube body with scale marks.
The principle is as follows: when the liquid filling and administration device for the intestinal surgery is used for performing enema, the liquid filling and administration device is inserted into the anal canal of a human body through the administration tube 1, then the medicine inlet tube of the administration tube 1 is communicated with the injector or the liquid medicine bottle, and liquid medicine is controlled to enter the administration tube 1 and is filled into the intestinal canal through the medicine outlet of the administration tube 1; the drug outlet needs to be opened and closed by rotating the control rotating shaft 2, the contact position of the control rotating shaft 2 and the sliding sleeve 3 can be changed by rotating the control rotating shaft 2, so that the sliding sleeve 3 is controlled to slide on the guide edge of the guide frame 5 through the guide groove, the spherical blocking head 4 can be driven to move when the sliding sleeve 3 and the guide frame 5 move relatively, the position of the spherical blocking head 4 for blocking the drug outlet of the drug delivery tube 1 is changed, and thus the perfusion drug liquid can flow out from the gap of the drug outlet of the drug delivery tube 1 through the spherical blocking head 4 and be perfused into the intestinal tract; inside adopts spherical shutoff head 4 shutoff in the medicine outlet department of dosing tube 1, and a part spheroid of spherical shutoff head 4 is located the medicine outlet of dosing tube 1, can change the size in clearance through adjusting the relative position of spherical shutoff head 4 and the medicine outlet of dosing tube 1 to control the speed of filling and dosing.

Claims (8)
1. A enema drug delivery device for intestinal surgery, which is characterized in that: comprises an administration tube (1), a control rotating shaft (2), a sliding sleeve (3), a spherical plugging head (4) and a guide frame (5); a medicine inlet cavity is formed in the middle of the medicine feeding tube (1), a medicine outlet is formed in one end of the medicine feeding tube (1), a medicine inlet tube is formed in the other end of the medicine feeding tube (1), and the medicine outlet, the medicine inlet cavity and the medicine inlet tube are sequentially communicated;
the outer end of the control rotating shaft (2) is in sealed rotating fit with a rotating shaft hole of the medicine feeding pipe (1), and the rotating shaft hole and the medicine feeding pipe are arranged on the same side; the inner end of the control rotating shaft (2) is provided with a first thread and is in threaded fit connection with the sliding sleeve (3) through the first thread;
the inner end of the sliding sleeve (3) is in sliding fit with the guide frame (5), and a guide edge in sliding fit with a guide groove on the outer side surface of the sliding sleeve (3) is arranged on the guide frame (5); the guide frame (5) is fixed in the medicine feeding cavity of the medicine feeding pipe (1);
the spherical blocking head (4) is blocked at the medicine outlet of the medicine feeding pipe (1) and fixed at the outer end of the sliding sleeve (3);
the administration tube (1) comprises a conical tube body (101), a front-section tube body (102), an annular joint tube (103), a rear-section tube body (104) and a tube cover (105); the medicine outlet is arranged at one end of the conical pipe body (101), the other end of the conical pipe body (101) is fixedly connected with the front section pipe body (102), and the diameter of one end, close to the medicine outlet, of the conical pipe body (101) is smaller than that of one end, close to the front section pipe body (102), of the conical pipe body (101); two ends of the annular joint pipe (103) are respectively fixedly connected with the front section pipe body (102) and the rear section pipe body (104); the diameter of the front section pipe body (102) is larger than that of the rear section pipe body (104); the rear-section pipe body (104) is fixedly connected with the pipe cover (105), and a medicine inlet pipe and a rotating shaft hole are arranged on the pipe cover (105);
the liquid-filling administration device for the intestinal surgery further comprises an ointment smearing tube (7), a plugging ring (8) and an injection tube; the ointment applying pipe (7) is sleeved on the rear-section pipe body (104), and the front end of the ointment applying pipe is fixedly connected with the annular joint pipe (103) in a sealing manner; the blocking ring (8) is fixed on the inner side surface of the ointment applying pipe (7) in a sealing way and is fixedly connected with the outer side surface of the rear-section pipe body (104) in a sealing way; an ointment delivery area is formed among the ointment applying pipe (7), the annular joint pipe (103), the rear-section pipe body (104) and the plugging ring (8); the blocking ring (8) is provided with a medicine injection pipe which is communicated with the ointment conveying area; a plurality of ointment outlets communicated with the ointment delivery area are uniformly arranged on the ointment applying pipe (7) in a surrounding manner.
2. The device for the administration of a drench solution for intestinal surgery according to claim 1, characterized in that: the diameter of the spherical blocking head (4) is larger than that of the medicine outlet of the medicine feeding pipe (1).

The device for the administration of a drench solution for intestinal surgery according to claim 1, characterized in that: also comprises a backflow preventing part (6); the backflow preventing piece (6) comprises a sliding baffle ring (601) and a compression spring (602); the compression spring (602) is sleeved on the sliding sleeve (3), and two ends of the compression spring (602) are respectively and fixedly connected with the sliding baffle ring (601) and the guide frame (5); the sliding baffle ring (601) is in sealing sliding fit with the sliding sleeve (3) and is plugged at the medicine delivery hole of the annular joint pipe (103); a gap is arranged between the outer side surface of the sliding baffle ring (601) and the inner side surface of the front section pipe body (102) so as to allow the liquid medicine conveyed to the front section pipe body (102) through the medicine conveying hole of the annular joint pipe (103) to circulate.

The device for the administration of a drench solution for intestinal surgery according to claim 1, characterized in that: the tail part of the ointment applying pipe (7) is provided with a plugging air bag (10); the blocking air bag (10) is provided with an air pipe with a control valve so as to inflate or deflate the blocking air bag (10) through the air pipe.

The device for the administration of a drench solution for intestinal surgery according to claim 1, characterized in that: also comprises a medicine applying massager (9); the medicine applying massager (9) comprises a displacement disc (901), an inclined connecting rod (902), an inner sliding seat (903), an outer sliding seat (903) and a medicine applying massage roller (904); the inner end of the control rotating shaft (2) is provided with a second thread; the displacement disc (901) is in threaded fit on a second thread of the control rotating shaft (2); one ends of a plurality of inclined connecting rods (902) are uniformly and rotatably connected to the displacement disc (901), the other ends of the plurality of inclined connecting rods (902) are rotatably connected to the inner ends of a plurality of inner and outer sliding seats (903), and the middle parts of the inner and outer sliding seats (903) are hermetically and slidably matched in a plurality of inner and outer slideways of the rear-section pipe body (104); the outer ends of the inner and outer sliding seats (903) are respectively matched and connected with a medicine-applying massage roller (904); the inner and outer sliding seats (903) and the medicine applying massage roller (904) are matched in a through hole on the tube surface of the ointment applying tube (7).

The device for the administration of a drench solution for intestinal surgery according to claim 6, wherein: the medicine applying massage roller (904) is rotationally matched with the outer ends of the inner and outer sliding seats (903); the roller surface of the medicine applying massage roller (904) is matched with the inner side surface of the through hole in a rolling way.
