Abstract
The invention relates to a rotary digital high-speed ink-jet printer and a printing method thereof, which comprises an ink-jet head, a transfer roller, a transfer press roller, a drying device and a driving device, and is characterized in that the ink-jet head and the drying device are sequentially arranged along the outer ring of the transfer roller, the ink-jet head and the drying device are arranged at intervals, heating elements are arranged inside the transfer roller and the transfer press roller, one end of the transfer press roller is connected with the driving device, and the transfer roller is tightly attached to a printing stock. The invention can better avoid the technical defect of low printing precision in the prior art by pre-drying the jet printing ink and utilizing the heat and the pressure of the transfer compression roller, can effectively reduce the working time consumed by independent drying, and can effectively improve the printing speed. The printing ink can be applied to paper printing stocks and plastic film printing stocks. The manufacturing cost is low, and the popularization and the application are facilitated.

Technical Field

Background
In the prior art, a digital printer based on the principle of ink-jet imaging firstly sprays ink on a printing substrate and then solidifies the sprayed and printed content, and the ink is easily mixed and dissolved in the operation mode, so that ink-jet ink dots are unclear and the printing precision is difficult to improve; the printing stock mainly comprises paper and plastic film, when the printing stock is paper, the ink sprayed and printed is easily absorbed by the paper, the ink can quickly expand to the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction on the paper, the paper of the printing stock is very easy to wrinkle, and the ink jet quality is difficult to improve. When the printing stock is a plastic film, the plastic film is not heat-resistant, and the sprayed printing ink cannot be absorbed by the plastic film, so that more time and workload are consumed when the printing ink is dried, and the overall printing speed is very low.
