Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an electric knife pen with an adjustable insulating sleeve.
Background
The electric knife pen is an electric surgical instrument for replacing a mechanical scalpel to cut tissues. The tissue is heated when high-frequency high-voltage current generated by the tip of the effective electrode contacts with the body, so that the tissue is separated and coagulated, and the aims of cutting and hemostasis are fulfilled.
The electric knife pen is provided with an insulating sleeve in a matching way. The insulating sleeve is sleeved on the knife head of the electric knife pen, so that the influence of the high-temperature knife head on an operator is reduced. The insulating sleeve can effectively control the heating position of the knife head of the electric knife pen, thereby effectively ensuring the normal operation of the operation. However, in some special surgical environments, the degree of three-dimensional heat diffusion and the burning depth of the cutter head need to be adjusted. However, the insulation sleeve of the existing electric pencil cannot be adjusted, so that a person skilled in the art needs an electric pencil with an adjustable insulation sleeve.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an electric knife pen with an adjustable insulating sleeve position, which aims to solve the problem that the three-dimensional heat diffusion degree and the burning depth of a knife head cannot be adjusted under some special operating environments because the insulating sleeve of the electric knife pen in the prior art cannot be adjusted.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: an electric knife pen with an adjustable insulation sleeve position, comprising:
an electric cutter head for cutting tissue;
the insulating sleeve is sleeved on the electric cutter head and driven to stretch and retract along the length direction of the electric cutter head so as to adjust the burning area of the electric cutter head;
and the driving mechanism is used for driving the insulating sleeve to stretch and retract.
Optionally, the electric knife pen with the position-adjustable insulating sleeve further comprises: the casing is used for accommodating a control component of the electric knife pen;
the drive mechanism includes: the driving rotary head is made of insulating materials and is connected with the insulating sleeve; the driving rotating head is installed at one end, facing the electric cutter head, of the shell through a threaded structure, and the driving rotating head is driven to rotate along the circumferential direction of the driving rotating head to drive the insulating sleeve to stretch and retract.
Optionally, the electric knife pen with the position-adjustable insulating sleeve further comprises: the casing is used for accommodating a control component of the electric knife pen;
the insulating sleeve includes: the first insulating sleeve is sleeved on the electric cutter head, and the second insulating sleeve is arranged in the shell; the second insulating sleeve is used for accommodating a control assembly of the electric knife pen, and the second insulating sleeve is connected with the first insulating sleeve;
the drive mechanism includes: a driving part provided on the housing; the driving part is in transmission connection with the second insulating sleeve so as to drive the first insulating sleeve to stretch and retract through the second insulating sleeve.
Optionally, the driving portion is a driving gear, and a strip-shaped tooth socket meshed with the driving gear is arranged in the second insulating sleeve in the length direction.
Optionally, a limiting groove is further formed in one side, facing the driving part, of the second insulating sleeve; the strip-shaped tooth socket is arranged at the bottom of the limiting groove.
Optionally, the electric knife pen with the position-adjustable insulating sleeve further comprises:
the suction tube is connected with the negative pressure suction machine; the electric knife head is arranged on one side in the suction tube, and the suction tube is driven to stretch and retract along the length direction of the electric knife head so as to adjust the suction position of the suction tube; the suction tube is arranged inside the insulating sleeve; the suction tube comprises a conduction hard tube and a conduction hose, and the conduction hose is made of a soft material;
the anti-blocking assembly comprises an extrusion unit, and the extrusion unit is arranged opposite to the conduction hose; the squeezing unit is suitable for squeezing the conduction hose under the action of external force so as to form a negative pressure space in the suction tube, so that the suction tube is dredged when the squeezing unit releases squeezing of the conduction hose.
Optionally, the anti-clogging assembly further comprises: the extrusion unit comprises a pressing piece and an elastic element for driving the pressing piece to move towards the direction away from the conducting hose;
the pressing piece is of a columnar structure, and the elastic element is a spring sleeved on the pressing piece; the shell is also provided with an accommodating cavity for accommodating the pressing piece and the elastic element. The conducting hose is sleeved between the two conducting hard pipes and is respectively and fixedly connected with the two conducting hard pipes.
Optionally, the electric knife pen with the position-adjustable insulating sleeve further comprises:
the liquid supplementing mechanism is communicated with the conduction hard tube and is used for supplementing a solution into the conduction hard tube so as to wash away large particles in the conduction hard tube; and the liquid supplementing mechanism is in linkage with the extrusion unit, and when the extrusion unit presses the conduction hose, the liquid supplementing mechanism supplements solution to the conduction hard pipe.
Optionally, the pressing unit further includes: the pressure sensor is arranged on the elastic element and is in communication connection with the liquid supplementing mechanism, and when the elastic element is restored again after being compressed in a driving manner, the liquid supplementing mechanism supplements solution into the conduction hard tube so as to wash away large particles in the conduction hard tube;
the fluid infusion mechanism comprises: the infusion tube is communicated with the conduction hard tube, and the control pump is communicated with the infusion tube and is suitable for injecting solution into the infusion tube, and the control pump is communicated with the pressure sensor.
Optionally, a one-way valve arranged towards the direction of flowing into the conducting hard tube is arranged in the infusion tube of the fluid infusion mechanism.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:

In the invention, the insulating sleeve which cannot be adjusted in position originally is arranged as an actuating mechanism which can be telescopically moved along the length direction of the electric cutter head. The insulation sleeve capable of stretching and retracting can enable medical workers to adjust the burning area of the electrotome head of the electrotome pen, so that the three-dimensional heat diffusion degree and the burning depth of the electrotome head can be adjusted to adapt to different operation environment requirements. Moreover, the electric knife head can be arranged as a replaceable part which is detachably arranged on the electric knife pen. The electric knife head can be detachably arranged on the electric knife pen through the claw and the thread structure. Because the electric cutter head can be replaced according to different use requirements, the insulating sleeve is arranged into a telescopic structure, so that the electric cutter head can be effectively adapted to electric cutter heads of different models.
2. According to the invention, the driving part is used for pushing the second insulating sleeve positioned in the shell of the electric knife pen so as to drive the first insulating sleeve outside the shell to stretch, so that the stretching position of the first insulating sleeve can be effectively and quickly adjusted. Moreover, the driving part is arranged on the shell of the electric knife pen and is close to the position where a medical worker holds the electric knife pen, so that the medical worker can conveniently adjust the telescopic position of the insulating sleeve by one hand.
4. According to the electric knife pen with the position-adjustable insulating sleeve, the driving part is the driving gear, and the strip-shaped tooth grooves meshed with the driving gear are formed in the second insulating sleeve in the length direction.
Through the mutually matched driving gear and the strip-shaped tooth grooves, the telescopic length of the insulating sleeve can be accurately adjusted, so that the three-dimensional heat diffusion degree and the burning depth of the electric knife head can be accurately controlled by medical workers.

When the electric control unit is started, high-frequency high-voltage current passes through the cutter head to cut and separate tissues, the suction device arranged behind the corrugated pipe is started, and smoke generated at the cutter head sequentially passes through the suction pipe, the conduction hose and the corrugated pipe and then enters the suction device. When the suction tube is blocked to cause unsmooth suction, external force acts on the extrusion unit, and the extrusion unit applies pressure to the conduction hose under the action of the external force. Through the cooperation use of conducting hose and extrusion unit to block blood, particulate matter etc. to flow towards suction device, and then form the vacuum cavity at its one end that is close to suction device of extrusion unit. The suction tube forms a siphon effect while the pressure of the extrusion unit is released, so that the obstacles blocked in the suction tube are sucked after being broken, and the problem that the suction tube is blocked due to the fact that the electrotome pen in the prior art is attached to the inner wall of the suction tube after sucking large tissues or blood clots and the like is effectively solved. Particularly, when in operation, external force can be manually applied to the extrusion unit, and the operation is simple and convenient.
7. The electric knife pen with the position-adjustable insulating sleeve further comprises an anti-blocking component, wherein the anti-blocking component comprises: the extrusion unit comprises a pressing piece and an elastic element for driving the pressing piece to move towards the direction away from the conducting hose; the pressing piece is of a columnar structure, and the elastic element is a spring sleeved on the pressing piece; the shell is also provided with an accommodating cavity for accommodating the pressing piece and the elastic element. The conducting hose is sleeved between the two conducting hard pipes and is respectively and fixedly connected with the two conducting hard pipes.
The pressing piece can automatically move to the reset position through the elastic element, so that the medical workers can conveniently operate and use the pressing piece. Moreover, the pressing piece with the columnar structure can effectively deform the conducting hose locally, so that a good blocking effect is achieved.
8. The electric knife pen with the position-adjustable insulating sleeve further comprises: the liquid supplementing mechanism is communicated with the conduction hard tube and is used for supplementing a solution into the conduction hard tube so as to wash away large particles in the conduction hard tube; and the liquid supplementing mechanism is in linkage with the extrusion unit, and when the extrusion unit presses the conduction hose, the liquid supplementing mechanism supplements solution to the conduction hard pipe.
Through the liquid supplementing mechanism, the medical workers can be linked with the squeezing unit when the squeezing unit is loosened, so that the solution is supplemented into the suction tube to wash away particulate matters or viscous substances.
9. The electric knife pen with the position-adjustable insulating sleeve further comprises an extrusion unit, wherein the extrusion unit comprises: the pressure sensor is arranged on the elastic element and is in communication connection with the liquid supplementing mechanism, and when the elastic element is restored again after being compressed in a driving manner, the liquid supplementing mechanism supplements solution into the conduction hard tube so as to wash away large particles in the conduction hard tube; the fluid infusion mechanism comprises: the infusion tube is communicated with the conduction hard tube, and the control pump is communicated with the infusion tube and is suitable for injecting solution into the infusion tube, and the control pump is communicated with the pressure sensor. Of course, the timing of the fluid infusion mechanism of the present invention for infusing fluid into the aspiration tube is not particularly limited, and the medical practitioner may also activate the control pump to infuse fluid into the aspiration tube as needed by the medical practitioner.
The infusion tube is communicated with the conduction hard tube instead of the conduction hose, so that the phenomenon that the infusion tube works towards the suction tube in the deformation process of the conduction hose is effectively avoided. Moreover, the pressed state of the pressing member can be detected simply and quickly by providing the pressure sensor on the elastic member.

Example 1
The present embodiment provides an electric pencil with an adjustable insulation sleeve position, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, which includes:
an electric cutter head 1 for cutting tissue;
the insulating sleeve 2 is sleeved on the electric cutter head 1 and driven to stretch and retract along the length direction of the electric cutter head 1 so as to adjust the burning area of the electric cutter head 1; the insulating sleeve 2 includes: a first insulating sleeve 6 sleeved on the electric tool bit 1 and a second insulating sleeve 7 arranged in the shell 3; the second insulating sleeve 7 is used for accommodating a control assembly of an electric knife pen, and the second insulating sleeve 7 is connected with the first insulating sleeve 6;
the shell 3 is used for accommodating a control component of the electric knife pen;
a driving mechanism, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, for driving the insulating sleeve 2 to perform telescopic action; the drive mechanism includes: a drive section 4 provided on the housing 3; the driving part 4 is in transmission connection with the second insulating sleeve 7 so as to drive the first insulating sleeve 6 to stretch and retract through the second insulating sleeve 7. The driving part 4 is a driving gear, and the second insulating sleeve 7 is provided with a strip-shaped tooth socket 16 which is meshed with the driving gear in the length direction. In the invention, the driving part 4 is used for pushing the second insulating sleeve 7 positioned in the casing 3 of the electric knife pen so as to drive the first insulating sleeve 6 outside the casing 3 to stretch, and the stretching position adjustment of the first insulating sleeve 6 can be effectively and quickly realized. Moreover, the driving part 4 is arranged on the casing 3 of the electric knife pen, and the position of the driving part close to the holding position of a medical worker is convenient for the medical worker to adjust the telescopic position of the insulating sleeve 2 by one hand. A limiting groove 8 is further formed in one side, facing the driving part 4, of the second insulating sleeve 7; the strip-shaped tooth socket is arranged at the bottom of the limiting groove 8. The limiting groove 8 can effectively enable the driving gear to be abutted against the end groove wall of the limiting groove 8 after the second insulating sleeve 7 stretches to a certain position, so that the stretching position of the insulating sleeve 2 is limited;
a suction tube 9, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the suction tube 9 being connected to a negative pressure suction machine; the electric scalpel head 1 is arranged at one side in the suction tube 9, and the suction tube 9 is driven to stretch and contract along the length direction of the electric scalpel head 1 so as to adjust the suction position of the suction tube 9; the suction tube 9 is arranged inside the insulating sleeve 2; the suction tube 9 comprises a conducting hard tube 10 and a conducting hose 11, and the conducting hose 11 is made of soft materials;
an anti-clogging assembly, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, including a pressing unit disposed opposite to the communication hose 11; the squeezing unit is adapted to squeeze the communication hose 11 under an external force to form a negative pressure space in the suction tube 9, thereby dredging the suction tube 9 when the squeezing unit releases squeezing the communication hose 11. When the electric control unit is started, high-frequency high-voltage current passes through the cutter head to cut and separate tissues, the suction device arranged behind the corrugated pipe is started, and smoke generated at the cutter head sequentially passes through the suction pipe, the conduction hose and the corrugated pipe and then enters the suction device. When the suction tube is blocked to cause unsmooth suction, external force acts on the extrusion unit, and the extrusion unit applies pressure to the conduction hose under the action of the external force. Through the cooperation use of conducting hose and extrusion unit to block blood, particulate matter etc. to flow towards suction device, and then form the vacuum cavity at its one end that is close to suction device of extrusion unit. When the pressure of the extrusion unit is released, a siphon effect is formed in the suction tube 9, so that the obstacles blocked in the suction tube are sucked after being broken, and the problem that the suction tube is blocked due to the fact that the electrotome pen in the prior art is attached to the inner wall of the suction tube after sucking large tissues or blood clots and the like is effectively solved. Particularly, when in operation, external force can be manually applied to the extrusion unit, and the operation is simple and convenient. In addition, the anti-clogging assembly further comprises: the pressing unit comprises a pressing piece 12 and an elastic element 13 which drives the pressing piece 12 to move towards the direction away from the conducting hose 11; the pressing piece 12 is a columnar structure, and the elastic element 13 is a spring sleeved on the pressing piece 12; the housing 3 is further provided with an accommodating cavity 14 for accommodating the pressing piece 12 and the elastic element 13;
the liquid supplementing mechanism 15 is communicated with the conducting hard tube 10, and is used for supplementing a solution into the conducting hard tube 10 to wash away large particles in the conducting hard tube 10; and the liquid supplementing mechanism 15 is linked with the extruding unit, and when the extruding unit presses the conducting hose 11, the liquid supplementing mechanism 15 supplements the solution into the conducting hard tube 10. The fluid infusion mechanism 15 can be linked with a medical worker when the medical worker releases the squeezing unit, so that the solution is supplemented into the suction tube 9 to wash away particulate matters or viscous substances. In this embodiment, the pressing unit further includes: the pressure sensor is arranged on the elastic element 13 and is in communication connection with the liquid supplementing mechanism 15, when the elastic element 13 is restored after being compressed in a driving manner, the liquid supplementing mechanism 15 supplements solution into the conducting hard tube 10 to wash away large particles in the conducting hard tube 10; the fluid infusion mechanism 15 includes: the infusion tube is communicated with the conduction hard tube 10, and the control pump is communicated with the infusion tube and is suitable for injecting solution into the infusion tube, and the control pump is communicated with the pressure sensor. In addition, a check valve is provided in the infusion tube of the fluid infusion mechanism 15 in a direction toward the flow-in hard tube 10.
Example 2
The present embodiment provides an electric pencil with an adjustable insulation sleeve position, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, which includes:
an electric cutter head 1 for cutting tissue;
the insulating sleeve 2 is sleeved on the electric cutter head 1 and driven to stretch and retract along the length direction of the electric cutter head 1 so as to adjust the burning area of the electric cutter head 1; the insulating sleeve 2 includes: a first insulating sleeve 6 sleeved on the electric tool bit 1 and a second insulating sleeve 7 arranged in the shell 3; the second insulating sleeve 7 is used for accommodating a control assembly of an electric knife pen, and the second insulating sleeve 7 is connected with the first insulating sleeve 6;
the shell 3 is used for accommodating a control component of the electric knife pen;
a drive mechanism comprising: a driving rotor 5, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, wherein the driving rotor 5 is made of an insulating material and is connected with the insulating sleeve 2; the driving rotary head 5 is arranged at one end of the shell 3 facing the electric cutter head 1 through a thread structure 17, and the driving rotary head 5 drives the insulating sleeve 2 to stretch and retract in the process of rotating along the circumferential direction under driving;
a suction tube 9, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the suction tube 9 being connected to a negative pressure suction machine; the electric scalpel head 1 is arranged at one side in the suction tube 9, and the suction tube 9 is driven to stretch and contract along the length direction of the electric scalpel head 1 so as to adjust the suction position of the suction tube 9; the suction tube 9 is arranged inside the insulating sleeve 2; the suction tube 9 comprises a conducting hard tube 10 and a conducting hose 11, and the conducting hose 11 is made of soft materials;
