Described in one embodiment of the present invention is an auricle clamping structure that can be used as a component structure for assisting various types of wearable devices in achieving auricle clamping, and is used for comfortably and stably clamping devices (including but not limited to earphones, hearing aids, and the like) on an auricle. The auricle-holding structure of the present invention in the first embodiment will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
The auricle clamping structure comprises a main body 11 of the elastic clamping structure, and a first accommodating cavity 12 and a second accommodating cavity 13 which are hung at two ends of the main body 11 in a balanced manner, wherein the main body 11 is of an arc-shaped structure made of elastic materials and has an initial state and a clamping state relative to the initial state, the initial state is a natural state of the main body 11 of the auricle clamping structure under the action of no external force, and the clamping state is an opening or clamping state of the main body 11 of the auricle clamping structure under the action of external force. When the main body 11 is in the initial state, a center line a1 of the first accommodating cavity 12 and a center line a2 of the second accommodating cavity 13 are overlapped and perpendicular to a center line B of the main body 11, when the main body 11 is in the clamping state, an included angle (a1 or a2) between a center line (a1 or a2) of the first accommodating cavity 12 and the second accommodating cavity 13 and the center line B of the main body 11 changes to adapt to the profile of the clamped object while the main body 11 swings around the main body 11, and the first accommodating cavity 12 and the second accommodating cavity 13 provide clamping force for clamping the clamped object. It should be noted that, in practical application, the sizes of the accommodating spaces inside the first accommodating cavity 12 and the second accommodating cavity 13 may be matched according to components to be accommodated therein, and according to the requirement of specific equipment, the two accommodating cavities may accommodate the same components or different components. Specifically, when the internal accommodating spaces of the first accommodating cavity 12 and the second accommodating cavity 13 are equal in size, both the first accommodating cavity 12 and the second accommodating cavity 13 can be designed to be cylinder cavity structures with an opening, and the bottom surfaces (i.e., the surfaces where the openings are located or the surfaces opposite to the surfaces where the openings are located) of the two cylinder cavity structures are arranged oppositely; when the sizes of the inner accommodating spaces of the first accommodating cavity 12 and the second accommodating cavity 13 are not equal, the first accommodating cavity 12 is a cylindrical cavity structure formed by mutually buckling two semi-cylindrical shell structures, the second accommodating cavity 13 is designed to be a cylindrical cavity structure with an opening, the two can be relatively designed in any form, preferably, the bottom surface (i.e. the surface where the opening is located or the surface opposite to the surface where the opening is located) of the second accommodating cavity 13 is opposite to the side surface of the first accommodating cavity 12.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, fig. 2 is a schematic view illustrating an initial state of the auricle-clamping structure, in which a dashed line a1 represents a centerline of the first cavity 12, a dashed line a2 represents a centerline of the second cavity 13, and a dashed line B represents a centerline of the main body 11. The central line a1 of the first accommodating cavity 12 coincides with the central line a2 of the second accommodating cavity 13 and is perpendicular to the central line B of the main body 11, that is, an included angle a1 between the central line a1 and the central line B is a right angle, and an included angle a2 between the central line a2 and the central line B is a right angle, at this time, the state of the main body 11 is an initial state. Referring to the schematic clamping state shown in fig. 3, when the main body 11 is in the clamping state, the first receiving cavity 12 and the second receiving cavity 13 swing around the main body 11 as a fulcrum, and simultaneously the center lines of the first receiving cavity 12 and the second receiving cavity 13 change (the included angle a1 and the included angle a2 gradually become acute angles) to adapt to the profile of the clamped object, so as to provide the clamping force for clamping the clamped object by the deformation force of the first receiving cavity 12 and the second receiving cavity 13, and adapt to different profile shapes of the clamped object by the swing amplitude of the main body 11, thereby expanding the application range. The object to be held described in this embodiment includes, but is not limited to, a human auricle or a tissue similar to an auricle.
Referring to the schematic structural diagram of the main body of the auricle clamping structure shown in fig. 1, the main body 11 includes a carrier 112 for forming the shape of the auricle clamping structure and a protection component 111 sleeved on the outer surface of the carrier 112, wherein the carrier 112 is made of a hard elastic material and is generally configured as a C-shape or an arc-shaped structure corresponding to the contour of the object to be clamped. The protection member 111 may be made of a wear-resistant material, and may completely cover the carrier 112, or may be clamped on a side of the carrier 112 away from the object to be clamped, so as to protect the main body 11 and reduce wear of the main body 11. In an embodiment, the bearing member 112 and the first and second receiving cavities 12 and 13 are completely fixed, the protective member 111 and the first and second receiving cavities 12 and 13 are not completely fixed, the protective member 111 can move relative to the first and second receiving cavities 12 and 13, because the main body 11 is an elastic clamping structure, in the clamping state of the main body 11, the protective member 111 can move relative to the two receiving cavities when the main body 11 is elastically deformed, without preventing the main body 11 from being deformed in a direction of opening the first and second receiving cavities 12 and 13, and the first and second receiving cavities 12 and 13 can be maintained in a state of being worn in close contact with the clamped object by the resilience of the main body 11. In order to improve the wearing comfort, the protection component 111 is made of soft materials such as silica gel or the contact surface of the bearing component 112 and the object to be clamped is coated or attached by soft materials such as silica gel.
In an embodiment, two ends of the bearing component 112 are respectively fixed at positions on the first receiving cavity 12 and the second receiving cavity 13 where the two straight lines are most distant from each other, and at this time, the length of the main body 11 is longest, so that a relative swinging area of the two receiving cavities is ensured, the deformability of the main body 11 can be improved, the first receiving cavity 12 and the second receiving cavity 13 can be opened more easily when the main body is worn, and meanwhile, the resilience is better, so that a good clamping state is ensured.
It should be noted that, the fixed connection manner between the main body 11 and the two accommodating cavities described in the above embodiments should be understood as including but not limited to: integral fixation, detachable fixation, adhesive fixation or fusion fixation, etc.
The second embodiment of the present invention describes a bone conduction listening device, which is worn in a clip manner by using the auricle clamping structure in the first embodiment, and the bone conduction listening device implements receiving, converting and transmitting of sound signals by using the bone conduction listening principle, including but not limited to portable listening devices such as earphones and hearing aids. The bone conduction speaker described in the present embodiment is a device that converts a sound source signal (e.g., an electrical signal) into mechanical vibration and transmits the vibration to a human bone, so that a human can recognize a sound through the bone, and the bone conduction speaker may be configured in a manner as long as the sound electrical signal is converted into mechanical vibration, including, but not limited to, a voltage type, an electromagnetic type, and the like. The following describes in detail the technical solution of the bone conduction listening device of the present invention in the second embodiment with reference to fig. 4 to 8.
As shown in the drawings, the overall shape of the bone conduction listening device of the present invention is the same as or derived from the auricle clamping structure in the first embodiment, specifically, components for implementing the bone conduction listening method, such as a bone conduction speaker and a signal receiver, are added on the basis of the auricle clamping structure, and the bone conduction speaker and the signal receiver are installed at corresponding positions in the auricle clamping structure, so that the auricle clamping structure further has the bone conduction listening function on the basis of having the clamping function. The specific implementation scheme of the auricle clamping structure is the same as that described in the first embodiment, and is not described again in this embodiment, and further limitations of the auricle clamping structure on the basis of the first embodiment will be described in detail in this embodiment. As described in the first embodiment, the receiving spaces in the two receiving cavities of the auricle-holding structure can be combined differently, so that the bone conduction listening device has at least two implementations: horizontal version and perpendicular version, horizontal version and perpendicular version here are according to designing for two holding chamber relative position and the direction difference of cylinder structure and define, and wherein horizontal version means: the top surface of one cylindrical accommodating cavity is opposite to the arc-shaped side surface of the other accommodating cavity; the vertical plate means: the bottom surfaces of the two accommodating cavities are oppositely arranged.
Referring to fig. 4, which shows a schematic structural diagram of a horizontal bone conduction listening device, referring to fig. 6, a first accommodating cavity 22 and a second accommodating cavity 23 at two ends of a clamping structure body 21 of the bone conduction listening device are respectively of a cylindrical structure with different sizes and compositions. The first accommodating cavity 22 is a long cylindrical cavity structure formed by buckling two semicylinders, the second accommodating cavity 23 is a flat cylindrical cavity structure with an opening, and the surface of the second accommodating cavity 23 where the opening is located and the arc-shaped side surface of the first accommodating cavity 22 are oppositely arranged to form a clamping area. During actual assembly, after the components in the second accommodating cavity 23 are assembled, the opening of the second accommodating cavity is closed by the panel 25.
Referring to fig. 5, a schematic cross-sectional view of a transverse bone conduction listening device as an earphone is shown, which shows an arrangement structure of internal components of the transverse bone conduction listening device. The signal receiver 221 is fixedly installed in the first accommodating cavity 22 and used for receiving sound source signals, the bone conduction speaker 24 is fixedly installed in the second accommodating cavity 23, and the signal receiver 221 and the bone conduction speaker 24 are electrically connected through a conducting wire 211 penetrating through the main body 21. In practical applications, the signal receiver 221 includes, but is not limited to, a control module for controlling the bone conduction speaker 24 and a communication module for performing wireless communication, where the communication module receives sound signals from other terminals or in the air by using a wireless communication method or a wired communication method, and the wireless communication method may use a short-range wireless communication technology such as bluetooth or a short-range magnetic induction method; the signal receiver 221 may further include an operation module that may adjust the volume and a storage module that may store information. The bone conduction speaker 24 is fixedly installed in the second receiving cavity 23, the bone conduction speaker 24 is a part that converts an input electrical signal into mechanical vibration and outputs the vibration, and specifically, the bone conduction speaker 24 vibrates by the electrical signal, thereby converting the electrical signal into mechanical vibration and transmitting the mechanical vibration to a human bone. The bone conduction listening device in the embodiment has an independent and complete listening system, so that the bone conduction listening device can be used by clamping one single ear alone, and can also be used by clamping and wearing the right ear and the left ear in combination with two accessories.
As can be seen from fig. 5, in actual assembly, the signal receiver 221 may be integrated into a circuit board structure, and the circuit board is integrated with the battery 222 for supplying power to the whole bone conduction listening device, because the signal receiver 221 integrated into the circuit board structure is relatively large in size, it is generally fixedly mounted in the first receiving cavity 22 of the large cylindrical cavity structure, and the bone conduction speaker 24 is fixedly mounted in the second receiving cavity 23 at a position close to the first receiving cavity 22.
Referring to fig. 6, a cross-sectional view of a bone conduction hearing device as a hearing aid is shown, which shows the layout of the components therein. As shown in the drawing, when the bone conduction listening device of the transverse version is used as a hearing aid, the signal receiver 221 is further provided with a microphone 223, and when the bone conduction listening device of the present invention performs sound signal processing, the sound signal sources received by the bone conduction speaker 24 include: 1) receiving the sound signal through the wired or wireless communication mode of the signal receiver 221, 2) receiving the sound information through the microphone 223 of the signal receiver 221, collecting the sound by the microphone 223, amplifying the sound, transmitting the sound as an electric signal to the bone conduction speaker 24 inside the second accommodating cavity 23 through the wire 211, converting the electric signal into mechanical vibration by the bone conduction speaker 24, and transmitting the sound information to the user by using the bone conduction sound transmission principle. In the case of binaural use, the user may use a listening device with a microphone 223 in one ear, use a listening device without a microphone 223 in the other ear, or use both listening devices with microphones 223.
Fig. 7 to 8 are schematic structural diagrams of a vertical bone conduction listening device, and referring to the bone conduction listening device shown in fig. 7, a first accommodating cavity 32 and a second accommodating cavity 33 at two ends of a clamping structure body 31 are respectively of a cylindrical structure with different sizes. The first accommodating cavity 32 is configured to have an open long cylindrical cavity structure, the second accommodating cavity 33 is configured to have an open flat cylindrical cavity structure, and a surface where the opening of the second accommodating cavity 33 is located is opposite to a surface where the opening of the first accommodating cavity 32 is located to form a clamping area. During actual assembly, after the components in the first accommodating cavity 32 and the second accommodating cavity 33 are assembled, the openings of the components are sealed by the panel 35.
Referring to fig. 8, a schematic cross-sectional view of a vertical bone conduction listening device as an earphone is shown, which shows an arrangement structure of internal components of the vertical bone conduction listening device. The bone conduction speaker is fixedly installed in at least one of the two accommodating cavities of the vertical bone conduction listening device, and the embodiment of fixing the bone conduction speaker in only one of the two accommodating cavities is similar to the embodiment of the horizontal bone conduction listening device, so the details are not repeated here. Fig. 8 of the present embodiment shows a case where bone conduction speakers are disposed in both of the two receiving cavities, that is, bone conduction speakers 34 are disposed at positions where the first receiving cavity 32 and the second receiving cavity 33 are opposite to each other, and when the bone conduction device is used, both the front side and the back side of the clamped object, that is, the auricle of the human body, can contact with the bone conduction speakers 34, so as to enhance the sound transmission effect.
In both the horizontal and vertical bone conduction listening devices, the main body of the auricle clamping structure includes an initial state and a clamping state, and for the sake of brevity and clarity of description, the vertical plate and its drawings (fig. 7 and 8) are used as examples to specifically describe the two clamping states of the bone conduction listening device. When the main body 31 of the auricle clamping structure is in an initial state, the panels 35 of the first accommodating cavity 32 and the second accommodating cavity 33 which are oppositely arranged are parallel and keep a fixed interval, and at the moment, the panels 35 of the first accommodating cavity 32 and the second accommodating cavity 33 are both parallel to the surface of the central line of the main body 31; when the body 31 is in the clamped state, the panels 35 of the first receiving cavity 32 and the second receiving cavity 33 form an acute angle on the opposite sides of the surface where the center line of the body 31 is located, specifically, when the thickness of the object to be clamped is not large, the clamping force provided by the body 11 is small, the amplitude of the swing of the first receiving cavity 32 and the second receiving cavity 33 with the body 31 as a fulcrum is not large, and even when the thickness of the object to be clamped is small, such as a user with a small auricle thickness, and the bone conduction hearing device is clamped on the auricle, the body 31 rebounds to the initial state and is stabilized on the auricle of the human body; on the contrary, when the thickness of the object to be clamped is larger, the swing amplitude of the first accommodating cavity 32 and the second accommodating cavity 33 with the main body 31 as a fulcrum is correspondingly increased, so that the wearing comfort of different users can be met.
The common design points of horizontal and vertical are described by taking a vertical bone conduction listening device as an example: in order to suppress the vibration of the bone conduction speaker 34 from being transmitted to the shells of the first receiving cavity 32 and the second receiving cavity 33, which causes sound quality loss, the present invention provides a buffer structure at the position where the bone conduction speaker 34 is installed on the inner walls of the first receiving cavity 32 and the second receiving cavity 33, wherein the buffer structure includes, but is not limited to, a material such as sponge for suppressing the vibration transmission. It should be noted that the bone conduction speaker 34 is preferably installed on the opposite surfaces of the first receiving cavity 32 and the second receiving cavity 33, and the opening surface of the cylindrical cavity structure is sealed by the panel 35, so that the panel 35 and the bone conduction speaker 34 are tightly assembled into a whole, and when in use, the vibration signal of the bone conduction speaker 34 is transmitted to the human bone through the panel 35. Since the face plate 35 is in direct contact with the wearer's skin, it is preferred to select a material that does not cause pain or discomfort when worn, including but not limited to synthetic resin or synthetic rubber.
Based on the bone conduction listening device described in the second embodiment, the invention further provides a listening method of the bone conduction listening device, which is described with reference to fig. 9 as follows:
the first step is to utilize the clamping structure will bone conduction listening device wears in human auricle to make the holding chamber panel that fixed mounting has the bone conduction speaker and human auricle in close contact with, make it take place elastic deformation through adjustment auricle clamping structure in order to adapt to the profile of being held the thing, satisfy different users and wear the travelling comfort demand.
And secondly, after the power supply of the bone conduction listening device is turned on, sound information is collected by a signal receiver and converted into an electric signal to be transmitted to a bone conduction loudspeaker.
And thirdly, converting the electric signal received by the bone conduction loudspeaker into mechanical vibration, and transmitting the mechanical vibration to the human skeleton through a panel, specifically, vibrating the bone conduction loudspeaker through the electric signal, so as to convert the electric signal into the mechanical vibration and transmit the mechanical vibration to the human skeleton.
The vibration mode of the bone conduction speaker in the present invention includes, but is not limited to, a voltage mode, an electromagnetic mode, and the like. The bone conduction listening device in the second embodiment of the invention does not need to be worn in the ear, is comfortable to wear, can be worn during sports, does not influence the use due to sweat during sports, does not block both ears, and improves the use safety.
The above description is only an example of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. Various modifications and alterations to this invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
