本发明公开了一种多色洗水唛的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:(a)在基层上涂布涂料;(b)烘干;(c)在基层上印刷具有多种颜色的多色图案;(d)在所述多色图案上涂布涂料;(e)烘干;所述涂料按质量份数包括55‑65份印花浆、30‑35份水性涂布液以及5‑10份哑油。在印刷多色图案前,先在基层上涂布一层涂料,在印刷多色图案后,再在多色图案上涂布一层涂料,两层涂料可有效提高多色图案在基层上的附着力,防止基层上的多色图案水洗时掉色。

一种多色洗水唛的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及洗水唛技术领域,尤其涉及一种多色洗水唛的生产工艺。
背景技术
洗水唛,也称洗水标,实质也是一种标签。只是在材料上跟普通纸质的标签有所区别。主要应用在服装行业,家纺行业,箱包行业里,主要是打印一些服装参数和注意事项。可过洗不掉色。为了达到洗水唛水洗不掉色的效果,现时是通过用洗水唛专用的全树脂碳带将图案打印到基材上,碳带印刷无法将多种颜色的涂层精准叠加,而无法通过碳带在洗水唛上制造出多色图案;而利用普通的印刷方式在洗水唛上印刷多色图案,该多色图案水洗容易掉色;因此现有的洗水唛只能做出单色的印刷内容。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提出一种多色洗水唛的生产工艺,能够解决现时无法做出具有水洗不掉色的多色图案的洗水唛。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种多色洗水唛的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(a)在基层上涂布涂料;
(b)烘干;
(c)在基层上印刷具有多种颜色的多色图案;
(d)在所述多色图案上涂布涂料;
(e)烘干;
所述涂料按质量份数包括55-65份印花浆、30-35份水性涂布液以及5-10份哑油。
作为所述多色洗水唛的生产工艺的进一步可选方案,步骤(b)中的烘干时间为35-45分钟;步骤(e)中的烘干时间为35-45分钟。
作为所述多色洗水唛的生产工艺的进一步可选方案,步骤(c)中的印刷方式为数码印刷。
作为所述多色洗水唛的生产工艺的进一步可选方案,所述基层为尼龙、聚酯纤维、醋酸纤维、混纺、纯棉、无纺布、无光布、半光布、亮光布或珠光布。
作为所述多色洗水唛的生产工艺的进一步可选方案,所述印花浆包括助剂、糊料和水,所述助剂包括防染盐、助溶剂、弱碱和反应促进剂,所述糊料由海藻酸钠、生物改性淀粉和马铃薯淀粉组成;所述糊料中海藻酸钠与生物改性淀粉的质量比为1:1,所述生物改性淀粉和马铃薯淀粉的质量比为(2:1)~(3:1);所述糊料的用量为2%~3%;所述弱碱的用量为5%~7%;所述防染盐的用量为1.5%;所述百分比为各组分质量占所述的活性数码印花浆料的总质量的百分比。

作为所述多色洗水唛的生产工艺的进一步可选方案,所述哑油按质量百份含量计,包括聚氨酯分散体树脂为70%~88%、表面活性剂为0.5%~2%,乙醇或者异丙醇为3%~10%,去离子水为2.5%~9.5%。
本发明的有益效果有:在印刷多色图案前,先在基层上涂布一层涂料,在印刷多色图案后,再在多色图案上涂布一层涂料,两层涂料可有效提高多色图案在基层上的附着力,防止基层上的多色图案水洗时掉色。

(a)在基层1上涂布涂料2;
(b)烘干;
(c)在基层1上印刷具有多种颜色的多色图案3;
(d)在所述多色图案3上涂布涂料2;
(e)烘干;
所述涂料2按质量份数包括55-65份印花浆、30-35份水性涂布液以及5-10份哑油。
其中,步骤(b)中的烘干时间为35-45分钟;步骤(e)中的烘干时间为35-45分钟;烘干温度可选为40-60℃;需要等步骤(a)中涂布的涂料2干透后再进行多色图案3的印刷。
而优选的,为了确保所述多色图案3足够清晰,步骤(c)中的印刷方式为数码印刷。
另外,所述基层1可选地为尼龙、聚酯纤维、醋酸纤维、混纺、纯棉、无纺布、无光布、半光布、亮光布或珠光布。
其中,所述印花浆包括助剂、糊料和水,所述助剂包括防染盐、助溶剂、弱碱和反应促进剂,所述糊料由海藻酸钠、生物改性淀粉和马铃薯淀粉组成;所述糊料中海藻酸钠与生物改性淀粉的质量比为1:1,所述生物改性淀粉和马铃薯淀粉的质量比为(2:1)~(3:1);所述糊料的用量为2%~3%;所述弱碱的用量为5%~7%;所述防染盐的用量为1.5%;所述百分比为各组分质量占所述的活性数码印花浆料的总质量的百分比。另外,所述印花浆也可直接选用公开号为CN108049209B的一种性数码印花浆料。
其中,所述水性涂布液按质量百份含量计,包括改性乙烯丙烯酸共聚物分散液10-42%、异丙醇5-18%、表面活性剂0.2-0.7%、PH值调节剂0.3-0.8%、附着力增强剂2-4%、去离子水35-80%。所述水性涂布液也可直接选用公开号为CN110204966A的一种增强数码印刷油墨附着力的环保水性涂布液。
其中,所述所述哑油按质量百份含量计,包括聚氨酯分散体树脂为70%~88%、表面活性剂为0.5%~2%,乙醇或者异丙醇为3%~10%,去离子水为2.5%~9.5%。所述哑油也可直接选用公开号为CN103320004B的一种水性柔感哑油。
如此,在印刷多色图案前,先在基层上涂布一层涂料,在印刷多色图案后,再在多色图案上涂布一层涂料,两层涂料可有效提高多色图案在基层上的附着力,防止基层上的多色图案水洗时掉色。

所述涂料按质量份数包括55-65份印花浆、30-35份水性涂布液以及5-10份哑油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多色洗水唛的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(b)中的烘干时间为35-45分钟;步骤(e)中的烘干时间为35-45分钟。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多色洗水唛的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(c)中的印刷方式为数码印刷。
