Abstract
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a display module assembly and electronic equipment, the display module assembly includes: the backlight source, the back plate, the middle frame, the front frame and the display panel; the backlight source comprises a diffusion plate, and a plurality of MiniLED are arranged in a reserved expansion space between the diffusion plate and the supporting surface of the middle frame. The embodiment of the disclosure is provided with a plurality of miniLEDs in the reservation inflation space between the holding surface of diffuser plate and center, make the reservation inflation space that the backlight can't shine originally supply luminance by miniLED, the light that shines through miniLED jets into the diffuser plate and carries out luminance compensation, and miniLED size is less, do not occupy unnecessary space, can set up in reservation inflation space, can not influence the original function in reservation inflation space again, the problem that screen edge light is not enough has been solved under the prerequisite of changing whole display module assembly structure at minimum, make screen edge and screen middle there is not the light and shade difference, user experience is better.

Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the field of display, in particular to a display module and electronic equipment.
Background
FIG. 1 shows a schematic design of a conventional tiled display module, in which incident light from an LED of a direct-type backlight source is reflected by a white PC bezel and then enters a diffuser plate; because an expansion space is reserved between the diffusion plate and the supporting surface of the middle frame, the diffusion plate is prevented from being warped and deformed in a high-temperature test, light cannot be emitted into a region (a dotted line region in the figure) between the diffusion plate and the middle frame, so that insufficient light exists at the edge of a screen, the edge of the screen has a light and shade difference compared with the middle of the screen, and the user experience is poor; in addition, the liquid crystal gap at the periphery of the liquid crystal screen is not supported enough, so that the problem of yellowing of the peripheral picture of the display module occurs, and the whole display effect of the display module is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides a display module and an electronic device, so as to solve the following problems in the prior art: among the present straight following formula backlight, there is the reservation inflation space between diffuser plate and the center, so light can't kick into the region between diffuser plate and the center, leads to the screen edge light not enough to appear, and there is the light and shade difference in the middle of the screen edge than the screen, and user experience is relatively poor.
On the one hand, this disclosed embodiment provides a display module assembly, includes: the backlight source, the back plate, the middle frame, the front frame and the display panel; the backlight source comprises a diffusion plate, and a plurality of MiniLED are arranged in a reserved expansion space between the diffusion plate and the supporting surface of the middle frame.
In some embodiments, the backlight further comprises: and the diffusion plate supporting columns and/or the diffusion plate supporting retaining walls are connected with the diffusion plate and the supporting surface of the middle frame.
In some embodiments, the diffuser plate support posts are transparent.
In some embodiments, the diffuser plate support column is plural.
In some embodiments, a plurality of diffuser plate support posts are disposed outside all of the minileds.
In some embodiments, the minileds are disposed on the supporting surface of the middle frame in a row arrangement or a multiple row arrangement.
In some embodiments, the MiniLED is a white MiniLED.
In some embodiments, the MiniLED is a blue MiniLED.
In some embodiments, the backlight further comprises: the LED lamp comprises an optical film material, a lamp strip substrate, a reflecting sheet and a plurality of LEDs; the optical film is arranged above the diffusion plate, the light bar substrate is arranged on the back plate, the reflector plate is arranged on the light bar substrate, and the LEDs are distributed on the reflector plate.
In another aspect, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an electronic device, including: the display module assembly of any embodiment of this disclosure.
This disclosed embodiment is provided with a plurality of miniLEDs in the reservation inflation space between the holding surface of diffuser plate and center, make the reservation inflation space that the backlight can't shine originally supplied luminance by miniLED, the light that shines through miniLED jets into the diffuser plate and carries out luminance compensation, and miniLED size is less, do not occupy unnecessary space, can set up in reservation inflation space, can not influence the original function in reservation inflation space again, this disclosed embodiment has solved the not enough problem of screen edge light under the prerequisite of changing whole display module assembly structure at minimum, make there is not the light and shade difference in the middle of screen edge and the screen, user experience is better.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present disclosure. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are only a few embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the described embodiments of the disclosure without any inventive step, are within the scope of protection of the disclosure.
Unless otherwise defined, technical or scientific terms used herein shall have the ordinary meaning as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this disclosure belongs. The use of "first," "second," and similar terms in this disclosure is not intended to indicate any order, quantity, or importance, but rather is used to distinguish one element from another. The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a display module, a structure of which is schematically shown in fig. 2, including:
a backlight source, a back plate 105, a middle frame 103, a front frame 104 and a display panel 101; wherein,
the backlight comprises a diffuser plate 109, and a plurality of minileds 111 are arranged in the expansion space between the diffuser plate 109 and the supporting surface of the middle frame 103.
The display module assembly of the embodiment of the disclosure is an improvement of the existing display module assembly, and the basic structure of the display module assembly is the same as that of the existing display module assembly, namely, the front frame wraps the display panel and the middle frame, the middle frame is embedded with the back plate, and the backlight source is arranged among the middle frame, the display panel and the back plate.
The backlight source further comprises an optical film material 102, a light bar substrate 106, a reflecting sheet 107 and a plurality of LEDs 108; the optical film material is arranged above the diffusion plate, the light bar substrate is arranged on the back plate, the reflector plate is arranged on the light bar substrate, and the LEDs are distributed on the reflector plate.
This disclosed embodiment is provided with a plurality of miniLEDs in the reservation inflation space between the holding surface of diffuser plate and center, make the reservation inflation space that the backlight can't shine originally supplied luminance by miniLED, the light that shines through miniLED jets into the diffuser plate and carries out luminance compensation, and miniLED size is less, do not occupy unnecessary space, can set up in reservation inflation space, can not influence the original function in reservation inflation space again, this disclosed embodiment has solved the not enough problem of screen edge light under the prerequisite of changing whole display module assembly structure at minimum, make there is not the light and shade difference in the middle of screen edge and the screen, user experience is better.
Because the minileds are located below the diffuser plate, in order to avoid the diffuser plate from crushing the minileds, the backlight source of the embodiment of the disclosure further includes diffuser plate supporting pillars 110 and/or diffuser plate supporting retaining walls 110, which are connected to the diffuser plate and the supporting surface of the middle frame, so as to support the diffuser plate and protect the minileds. A schematic structure of a display module with diffuser plate supporting pillars and/or diffuser plate supporting retaining walls can be shown in fig. 3.
To ensure that the light emitted by the MiniLED is not blocked, the diffuser plate support posts are preferably transparent. When specifically setting up, the diffuser plate support column can be a plurality of to guarantee better support nature. In order to support the diffuser plate with minimal interference to the minileds, the diffuser plate support posts are all disposed outside all the minileds.
For the arrangement of minileds, the minileds may be arranged on the supporting surface of the middle frame in a row, of course, may also be arranged on the supporting surface of the middle frame in a multiple row, and may be specifically arranged according to actual requirements, for example, may also be arranged in a predetermined pattern, and is not limited herein.
In general, MiniLED may be configured as white MiniLED to reduce the production cost of the display module, but if the problem of yellowing of the peripheral image of the display module is to be further solved, MiniLED needs to be configured as blue MiniLED, which can solve the problem of yellowing of the peripheral image of the display module although the cost is increased, and the display effect is better.
The embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an electronic device, which includes the display module in the above embodiment, and the specific structure of the display module refers to the above embodiment, which is not described herein again.
The embodiment of the disclosure optimizes the image quality of the backlight image improving module, so that the peripheral brightness of the module is more uniform, thereby improving the display effect; the blue MiniLED is added at the periphery of the backlight source to improve the image quality at the periphery of the direct type module, so that the problem of yellowing of a display picture of the module is solved, and the problem of relatively serious display is solved at the minimum cost.

Claims (10)
1. A display module, comprising:
the backlight source, the back plate, the middle frame, the front frame and the display panel; wherein,
the backlight source comprises a diffusion plate, and a plurality of MiniLED are arranged in a reserved expansion space between the diffusion plate and the supporting surface of the middle frame.
2. The display module of claim 1, wherein the backlight source further comprises:
and the diffusion plate supporting columns and/or the diffusion plate supporting retaining walls are connected with the diffusion plate and the supporting surface of the middle frame.
3. The display module of claim 2, wherein the diffuser plate support posts are transparent.
4. The display module of claim 3, wherein the diffuser plate support column is plural.
5. The display module of claim 4, wherein a plurality of diffuser plate support posts are disposed outside all of the MiniLED's.
6. The display module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the MiniLED is disposed on the supporting surface of the middle frame in a row or a plurality of rows.
7. The display module of claim 1, wherein the MiniLED is a white MiniLED.
8. The display module of claim 1, wherein the MiniLED is a blue MiniLED.
9. The display module of any one of claims 1-8, wherein the backlight further comprises:
the LED lamp comprises an optical film material, a lamp strip substrate, a reflecting sheet and a plurality of LEDs; wherein,
the optical film material is arranged above the diffusion plate, the light bar substrate is arranged on the back plate, the reflector plate is arranged on the light bar substrate, and the LEDs are distributed on the reflector plate.
10. An electronic device, comprising: the display module of any one of claims 1 to 9.
