The clearing unit 13 is configured to perform reconciliation clearing on the second transaction information and the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information according to the clearing mode, where the clearing mode includes: at least two modes of a real-time mode, a collection and payment mode and a collection and payment mode.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the liquidation unit 13 may include: a clearing identification module 131, a pricing identification module 132 and a clearing module 133.

In an embodiment, when the clearing mode corresponding to the second transaction information is the real-time mode and the pricing mode of the first transaction information is the usage pricing mode, the clearing module 133 may monitor usage data of the first transaction information, and perform real-time reconciliation clearing on the first transaction data in the first transaction information and the second transaction data in the second transaction information corresponding to the first transaction information according to the usage data.
In this embodiment, the usage data is a usage status of the user terminal for the received equity product, which includes an unused status and a used status.

In an embodiment, when the clearing mode corresponding to the second transaction information is the collecting and paying mode and the pricing mode of the first transaction information is the distribution and pricing mode, the clearing module 133 may perform a payment transaction based on the first transaction data in the first transaction information and perform a payment transaction based on the second transaction data in the second transaction information; and performing reconciliation clearing on the payment transaction data corresponding to the second transaction information of the merchant terminal and the payment transaction of the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information according to the clearing period associated with the clearing mode.
Specifically, when the clearing mode of the second transaction information is a collection and payment-substitution mode and the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information is a distribution and pricing mode, payment transaction (substitution payment) can be performed according to the first transaction data in the first transaction information, the payment transaction data of the substitution payment is stored in the collection and payment task table, collection transaction (substitution collection) is performed based on the second transaction data in the second transaction information, collection transaction data of the substitution collection is stored in the collection and payment task table, and when the clearing period is reached, the payment transaction data in the substitution and payment task table and corresponding collection transaction data in the collection and payment task table are subjected to settlement.
In an embodiment, when the clearing mode corresponding to the second transaction information is the commission and payment mode and the pricing mode of the first transaction information is the usage pricing mode, the clearing module 133 may perform a payment transaction based on the first transaction data in the first transaction information, perform a payment transaction based on the second transaction data in the second transaction information, monitor usage data of the first transaction information according to a clearing period (e.g., one week, 1 month) associated with the clearing mode, and perform reconciliation on payment transaction data corresponding to the first transaction information and payment transaction data corresponding to the second transaction information according to the usage data.
Specifically, when the clearing mode of the second transaction information is a collection and payment-for-delivery mode and the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information is a use pricing mode, payment transaction (collection) can be performed according to the first transaction data in the first transaction information, the payment transaction data of the collection and payment is stored in a collection and payment task table, collection transaction (collection) is performed based on the second transaction data in the second transaction information, and collection transaction data of the collection and payment is stored in the collection and payment task table; and monitoring the use data (unused/used) of the first transaction information, and when the use data is in a use state, reconciling the payment transaction data in the payment agency task table with the corresponding collection transaction data in the collection agency task table.
In an embodiment, when the clearing mode corresponding to the second transaction information is the reimbursement mode and the pricing mode of the first transaction information is the distribution pricing mode, the clearing module 133 may count second transaction information of the merchant terminal and the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information respectively, and when the counted second transaction data of the second transaction information satisfies a first preset transaction condition, perform reconciliation clearing on the counted second transaction data and the counted first transaction data in the first transaction information.
It should be noted that, the first preset transaction condition is: and counting that the second transaction data of the merchant terminal reaches a preset first transaction amount, or counting that the transaction times of the second transaction data of the merchant terminal reaches a first time threshold.
Specifically, when the clearing mode of the second transaction information is an expense mode and the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information is a distribution pricing mode, the second transaction information in a second reconciliation task table of the merchant terminal is counted, when the second transaction information meets a first preset transaction condition, the first transaction information corresponding to the first reconciliation task table and the second transaction information is counted, and the counted transaction information in the second reconciliation task table and the transaction information in the first reconciliation task table are subjected to reconciliation clearing, so that the effect of batch reconciliation clearing is achieved.
In an embodiment, when the clearing mode corresponding to the second transaction information is the reimbursement mode and the pricing mode of the first transaction information is the usage pricing mode, the clearing module 133 may monitor usage data of the first transaction information, count the first transaction information corresponding to the usage information and the second transaction information corresponding to the first transaction information respectively, and when the counted first transaction data of the first transaction information satisfies a second preset transaction condition, perform reconciliation clearing on the counted second transaction data and the counted first transaction data.
It should be noted that the second preset transaction condition is: and counting that the first transaction data reaches a preset second transaction amount, or counting that the transaction times of the first transaction data reach a second time threshold value.
Specifically, when the clearing mode of the second transaction information is a balance mode and the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information is a use pricing mode, the use state of each first transaction information is monitored, the first transaction information in the use state in the first reconciliation task table is counted, meanwhile, the second transaction information corresponding to the first transaction information in the use state in the second reconciliation task table is counted, and when the counted first transaction information meets a second preset transaction condition, the counted transaction information in the first reconciliation task table and the transaction information in the second reconciliation task table are subjected to reconciliation clearing, so that the effect of batch reconciliation clearing is achieved.
The reconciliation clearing device 1 in this embodiment collects the first transaction information of the user terminal through the first collection unit 11, and adopts the clearing unit 13 to carry out reconciliation clearing on the corresponding second transaction information and the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information according to the difference of the clearing modes of the second transaction information of the merchant terminal collected by the second collection unit 12, thereby realizing the purpose of carrying out reconciliation clearing on various merchant terminals automatically based on different clearing modes, improving the clearing efficiency, and having wider application range. The invention realizes the transaction process and standardization of the equity products, realizes unified system control, improves the clearing efficiency, shortens the reconciliation process, reduces the labor cost and facilitates data tracking.
EXAMPLE III
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a computer device 2, where the computer device 2 includes a plurality of computer devices 2, components of the reconciliation clearing device 1 in the second embodiment can be dispersed in different computer devices 2, and the computer device 2 can be a smartphone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a rack server, a blade server, a tower server or a cabinet server (including an independent server or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers) for executing programs, and the like. In this embodiment, the memory 21 includes at least one type of computer-readable storage medium, which includes a flash memory, a hard disk, a multimedia card, a card-type memory (e.g., SD or DX memory, etc.), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), a magnetic memory, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, and the like. In some embodiments, the storage 21 may be an internal storage unit of the computer device 2, such as a hard disk or a memory of the computer device 2. In other embodiments, the memory 21 may also be an external storage device of the computer device 2, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), or the like provided on the computer device 2. Of course, the memory 21 may also comprise both an internal storage unit of the computer device 2 and an external storage device thereof. In this embodiment, the memory 21 is generally used for storing an operating system installed in the computer device 2 and various types of application software, such as program codes of the reconciliation method of the first embodiment. Further, the memory 21 may also be used to temporarily store various types of data that have been output or are to be output.
The processor 23 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a controller, a microcontroller, a microprocessor, or other data Processing chip in some embodiments. The processor 23 is typically used for controlling the overall operation of the computer device 2, such as performing control and processing related to data interaction or communication with the computer device 2. In this embodiment, the processor 23 is configured to run the program code stored in the memory 21 or process data, for example, run the reconciliation accounting device 1.
The network interface 22 may comprise a wireless network interface or a wired network interface, and the network interface 22 is typically used to establish a communication connection between the computer device 2 and other computer devices 2. For example, the network interface 22 is used to connect the computer device 2 to an external terminal through a network, establish a data transmission channel and a communication connection between the computer device 2 and the external terminal, and the like. It is noted that fig. 5 only shows the computer device 2 with components 21-23, but it is to be understood that not all shown components are required to be implemented, and that more or less components may be implemented instead.
In this embodiment, the reconciliation clearing device 1 stored in the memory 21 can also be divided into one or more program modules, which are stored in the memory 21 and executed by one or more processors (in this embodiment, the processor 23) to complete the present invention.

Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the method of the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better implementation manner.

Claims (10)

1. A method of reconciliation clearing comprising:
collecting first transaction information of a user terminal, and recording the first transaction information;
acquiring second transaction information of the merchant terminal, which is associated with the clearing mode, and recording the second transaction information;
and performing reconciliation clearing on the second transaction information and the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information according to the clearing mode, wherein the clearing mode comprises the following steps: a real-time mode, a collection and payment mode and a collection and payment mode.
2. The reconciliation clearing method of claim 1 wherein the first transaction information comprises: the pricing identifier and the first transaction data corresponding to the pricing model, the second transaction information comprises: a pattern identifier and second transaction data corresponding to the clearing pattern;
the reconciliation clearing of the second transaction information and the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information according to the clearing mode comprises:
identifying a mode identifier in the second transaction information, and selecting a corresponding clearing mode according to the mode identifier;
identifying a pricing identifier in the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information, and selecting a corresponding pricing mode according to the pricing identifier, wherein the pricing mode comprises the following steps: a distribution pricing mode and a use pricing mode;
and performing account-checking clearing on the second transaction data and the first transaction data based on the clearing mode corresponding to the second transaction information and the pricing mode of the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information.
3. The reconciliation clearing method of claim 2, wherein the reconciliation clearing of the second transaction data and the first transaction data based on the clearing mode corresponding to the second transaction information and the pricing mode of the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information comprises:
when the clearing mode corresponding to the second transaction information is the real-time mode and the pricing mode of the first transaction information is the distribution pricing mode, carrying out real-time account-checking clearing on the first transaction data in the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information according to the second transaction data in the second transaction information;
and when the clearing mode corresponding to the second transaction information is the real-time mode and the pricing mode of the first transaction information is the usage pricing mode, monitoring the usage data of the first transaction information, and performing real-time reconciliation clearing on the first transaction data in the first transaction information and the second transaction data in the second transaction information corresponding to the first transaction information according to the usage data.

The reconciliation clearing method of claim 2, wherein the reconciliation clearing of the second transaction data and the first transaction data based on the clearing mode corresponding to the second transaction information and the pricing mode of the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information comprises:
when the clearing mode corresponding to the second transaction information is the collection and payment mode and the pricing mode of the first transaction information is the distribution and pricing mode, performing payment transaction based on the first transaction data in the first transaction information and performing collection transaction based on the second transaction data in the second transaction information; performing reconciliation clearing on the payment transaction data corresponding to the second transaction information of the merchant terminal and the payment transaction corresponding to the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information according to a clearing period associated with the clearing mode;
when the clearing mode corresponding to the second transaction information is the collection and payment mode and the pricing mode of the first transaction information is the usage pricing mode, performing payment transaction based on the first transaction data in the first transaction information, performing collection transaction based on the second transaction data in the second transaction information, monitoring usage data of the first transaction information according to a clearing period associated with the clearing mode, and performing account-checking clearing on the payment transaction data corresponding to the first transaction information and the collection transaction data corresponding to the second transaction information according to the usage data.
5. The reconciliation clearing method of claim 2, wherein the reconciliation clearing of the second transaction data and the first transaction data based on the clearing mode corresponding to the second transaction information and the pricing mode of the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information comprises:
when the clearing mode corresponding to the second transaction information is the reimbursement mode and the pricing mode of the first transaction information is the distribution pricing mode, respectively counting second transaction information of the merchant terminal and the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information, and when the counted second transaction data of the second transaction information meets a first preset transaction condition, performing account-checking clearing on the counted second transaction data and the counted first transaction data in the first transaction information;
when the clearing mode corresponding to the second transaction information is the balance mode and the pricing mode of the first transaction information is the usage pricing mode, monitoring the usage data of the first transaction information, respectively counting the first transaction information corresponding to the usage information and the second transaction information corresponding to the first transaction information, and when the counted first transaction data of the first transaction information meets a second preset transaction condition, carrying out account-checking clearing on the counted second transaction data and the counted first transaction data.
6. The reconciliation clearing method of claim 5 wherein the first preset transaction condition is:
counting whether the second transaction data of the merchant terminal reaches a preset first transaction amount or not
And counting that the transaction times of the second transaction data of the merchant terminal reach a first time threshold value.
7. The reconciliation clearing method of claim 5 wherein the second preset transaction condition is:
