The device for perfusion of the upper urinary tract epithelial cancer according to claim 5, further comprising a guide wire (7), wherein the guide wire (7) is matched with the perfusion tube body (1) and is used for penetrating into the perfusion tube body (1) and guiding the perfusion tube body (1) into the urethra.

The device for perfusion of the upper urinary tract epithelial cancer according to claim 6, further comprising a liquid injection joint (5) and a liquid discharge joint (6); one end of the liquid injection joint (5) is communicated with the liquid injection pipe body (1), and the other end of the liquid injection joint is communicated with a chemotherapy drug infusion apparatus device; one end of the drainage joint (6) is communicated with the drainage pipe (2), and the other end is communicated with the drainage bag.
