It is to be noted that, unless otherwise specified, technical terms or scientific terms used herein shall have the ordinary meaning as understood by those skilled in the art to which this application belongs.
A network management method, a system, a device and a storage medium for a multi-channel device according to embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the application provides a network management method of multichannel equipment, which manages the multichannel equipment in a multichannel binding communication system, the network management equipment determines the equipment management identification of the multichannel equipment through network discovery information, and the multichannel equipment is uniquely identified through the equipment management identification, so that one physical equipment uniquely corresponds to one equipment management identification, the management level is clear, and errors are not easy to occur. The network management equipment also realizes the targeted parameter configuration of each channel of the multi-channel equipment through the network discovery message, and determines the channel management identifier corresponding to each channel. Different management objects are indexed by different identification modes, wherein the global management object and the management object irrelevant to the channel are indexed by a mode of 'equipment management identification + management object identification', the management object relevant to the channel is indexed by a mode of 'equipment management identification + channel management identification + management object identification', the management of different management objects is realized by the indexing modes of different management objects, the management objects are not added in the whole management process, the management process is more hierarchical, and the management resources of network management equipment are saved.
Referring to fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 101: the network management device periodically broadcasts a network discovery message including channel configuration information for the multi-channel device, the channel configuration information including at least a response rule of the network discovery message, configuration parameters of each channel, and a channel management identification.
The network management device may be a device used by a network operator to manage a network, and a single-channel device and/or a multi-channel device may be included in a managed network corresponding to the network management device. The single channel device and the multi-channel device can be both base station devices or router devices. In the embodiment of the present application, the network management device manages a single-channel device and a multi-channel device in the same manner, and in the present application, a multi-channel device is taken as an example for description, and reference may be made to a management process of a multi-channel device for management of a single-channel device.
The network management device periodically broadcasts the network discovery message to the surroundings, and the period of the broadcast may be every 5 seconds or 10 seconds, etc. The network discovery message includes channel configuration information for the multi-channel device, the channel configuration information including a response rule of the network discovery message, a configuration parameter of each channel, and a channel management identification.
The configuration parameters of each channel included in the channel configuration information may include frequency information of the channel, a VLAN (virtual local area network), a master-slave operation mode, or other communication parameters. In a multi-channel device, one channel needs to be selected as a master channel, and the rest channels are slave channels. The master channel is used to transmit time synchronization signals to other slave channels to ensure time synchronization between the respective channels. The channel configuration information includes a channel management identifier for indexing a certain channel of the managed multi-channel device, and a special channel management identifier indicating an index to all channels of the managed multi-channel device may be further set.
The response rule of the network discovery message comprises a first rule and a second rule, wherein the first rule is used for stipulating a preset condition which needs to be met by a management entity responding to the network discovery message. That is, the first rule specifies which management entity should send the network discovery response message when there are multiple management entities in the managed multi-channel device and each management entity receives the network discovery message. For example, the first rule may be to select the management entity with the largest or smallest weight value to send the network discovery reply message, and the weight value may be the MAC address, IP address, device serial number or other physical identifier of each management entity, and the like.
As shown in fig. 2, the multi-channel device may adopt the implementation shown in (a) and use one management entity to manage multiple channels, or, the multi-channel device may also adopt the implementation shown in (b), where one multi-channel device includes multiple management entities, and each management entity manages one or multiple channels. In the case that the multi-channel device adopts the implementation manner shown in (b), when the multi-channel device receives the network discovery message broadcast by the network management device, it needs to determine, by the first rule, which management entity responds to the network discovery message.
The response rule includes a second rule for specifying parameters to be included in the network discovery response message, i.e. the second rule specifies which parameters related to the managed multi-channel device the network discovery response message should carry. In particular, the second rule may specify that the parameters that the network discovery reply message needs to carry include one or more physical identities of the managed multi-channel device, status parameters of each channel, etc. The physical identification may be a MAC address, IP address, device serial number or other physical identification of each management entity, etc. The state parameters of each channel may include frequency information of each channel, network state, presence node, and the like.
In the embodiment of the present application, the data frame format of the message transmitted between the network management device and the multi-channel device is as shown in fig. 3, and specific data carried in some fields of the data frame format is different for different specific messages. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, in the data frame format of the network discovery message broadcast by the network management device, the destination MAC address is a broadcast address FF: FF, the operation code is 0xF8, and the data segment includes the response rule, the channel configuration parameter, and the channel management identifier.
Step 102: the multi-channel device receives the network discovery message broadcast by the network management device, and configures each channel according to the channel configuration information included in the network discovery message.
After the network management device broadcasts the network discovery message, it may be that one or more multi-channel devices receive the network discovery message. For each multi-channel device that receives the network discovery message, the multi-channel device configures each channel of the multi-channel device according to the channel configuration information included in the network discovery message. Specifically, the multichannel equipment analyzes the configuration parameters and the channel management identifiers of each channel from the channel configuration information; and respectively configuring each channel according to the configuration parameters and the channel management identification of each channel.
The configuration parameters of the channel include frequency information, VLAN (virtual local area network), master-slave mode of operation or other communication parameters, etc. The multi-channel device respectively sets a channel management identifier corresponding to each channel included in the multi-channel device according to the channel management identifier in the channel configuration information, and selects one channel from each channel included in the multi-channel device as a main channel, and the rest channels are used as auxiliary channels. And respectively setting the central frequency point of each channel according to the frequency information included in the configuration parameters of each channel, and respectively setting the local area network added to each channel according to the VLAN included in the configuration parameters of the channels.
Step 103: the multi-channel device sends a network discovery response message to the network management device according to the channel configuration information, wherein the network discovery response message at least comprises the physical identification of the multi-channel device and the state parameter of each channel.
After the multi-channel device completes the channel configuration according to the operation of step 102, it needs to reply to the network discovery message. Specifically, the multi-channel device parses a response rule corresponding to the network discovery response message from the channel configuration information. And determining a management entity for responding from one or more management entities included in the multichannel equipment according to a first rule included in the response rule. For example, if the first rule specifies that the management entity with the smallest MAC address replies, the management entity with the smallest MAC address is selected from the management entities included in the multichannel device to reply.
Then, the multi-channel device determines the parameters required to be carried by the network discovery response message according to a second rule included in the response rule, and generates a network discovery response message, where the network discovery response message at least includes a physical identifier of the multi-channel device and a state parameter of each channel, and the physical identifier may be a MAC address, an IP address, a device serial number, or other physical identifiers of each management entity. The state parameters of each channel may include frequency information of each channel, network state, presence node, and the like.
And finally, sending the network discovery response message to the network management equipment through the determined management entity. In the embodiment of the present application, the multi-channel device further stores the above response rule.
Step 104: the network management equipment receives a network discovery response message returned by the multichannel equipment, and sends a network management message to the multichannel equipment according to the network discovery response message, wherein the network management message comprises management object identification information.
And the network management equipment receives the network discovery response message sent by the management entity, and selects one physical identifier from the physical identifiers of the multichannel equipment included in the network discovery response message as the equipment management identifier corresponding to the multichannel equipment. The multi-channel device is indexed by the device management identity only, regardless of how many management entities the multi-channel device has.
The network management device needs to manage many management objects in the multi-channel device, and the management objects may be packet counts of each channel, a sum of packet counts on all channels, a device type, a serial number, a device temperature, and the like. These management objects include global management objects, channel-independent management objects, and on-channel management objects. Global management objects such as device type, serial number, etc., management objects unrelated to the channel such as device temperature, etc., management objects on the channel such as packet count, etc.
In the embodiments of the present application, the global management object and the management object that is independent of the channel are referred to as a first management object. And determining first management object identification information for indexing the first management object according to the determined equipment management identification and the management object identification corresponding to the first management object, wherein the first management object comprises a global management object and/or a management object irrelevant to a channel. The first management object identification information includes a device management identification of the multichannel device and a management object identification corresponding to the first management object.
For example, assuming that the device management identifier of the multichannel device is a MAC address, the first management object is a global management object "bandwidth allocation policy", and the management object identifier thereof is 0xA020, the first management object identification information for indexing the first management object "bandwidth allocation policy" is "MAC address-0 xA020".
After determining the first management object identification information corresponding to the global management object and/or the management object irrelevant to the channel through the above method, the network management device sends a network management message to the multi-channel device, wherein the network management message includes the determined first management object identification information.
In other embodiments of the present application, the management object associated with the channel is referred to as a second management object. And determining the device management identifier corresponding to the multichannel device according to the mode. And determining second management object identification information for indexing the second management object according to the equipment management identification, the channel management identification of each channel and the management object identification corresponding to the second management object, wherein the second management object comprises any management object on any channel in the multi-channel equipment. The second management object identification information includes a device management identification of the multichannel device, a management object identification corresponding to the second management object, and a channel management identification corresponding to a channel in which the second management object is located.
For example, assuming that the device management identifier of the multi-channel device is a MAC address, the second management object is "received signal power" on the 2 nd channel, the management object identifier thereof is 0x0009, and the channel management identifier of the 2 nd channel is 0x02, the second management object identification information for indexing the "received signal power" on the 2 nd channel of the second management object is "MAC address-0 x02-0x0009".
After the second management object identification information corresponding to the management object related to the channel is determined through the method, the network management message is sent to the multichannel equipment, and the network management message comprises the second management object identification information.
The network management message sent by the network management device may include one or more first management object identification information and/or one or more second management object identification information.
As shown in fig. 5, in the data frame format of the network management message, the destination MAC address is the MAC address of the managed multi-channel device, and the MAC address is the device management identifier in the management object identifier information. The operation code is 0x01, and the data segment comprises an index TLV and a data TLV. If the network management message carries the first management object identification information, the data segment includes the management object identification. If the network management message carries the second management object identification information, the index TLV in the data segment includes a channel management identification, and the data TLV includes a management object identification. When the management object is global or independent of the channel, the channel management identifier in the index TLV can be ignored at the transmitting and receiving ends and filled with any value. Fig. 5 is a diagram illustrating an example of the network management message carrying the second management identifier information.
Step 105: the multi-channel device receives a network management message sent by the network management device, acquires a corresponding management operation result according to management object identification information included in the network management message, and sends a network management response message to the network management device, wherein the network management message includes the management operation result.
After receiving the network management message, the multichannel device indicates that the network management message is not sent to the multichannel device if the device management identifier analyzed from the network management message is not consistent with the device management identifier of the multichannel device, and at this time, discards the network management message.
If the analyzed device management identifier is the device management identifier corresponding to the device, the multichannel device determines the managed management object according to the management object identifier information included in the network management message. If the management object identification information included in the network management message only includes the device management identification and the management object identification, the managed management object is a global management object or a management object unrelated to the channel. If the management object identification information included in the network management message includes the device management identification, the channel management identification and the management object identification, the managed management object is a management object related to the channel. The management object to be managed by the network management information can be indexed by the management object identification information. And performing corresponding management operation on the managed management object, where the management operation may be query operation or configuration operation, and obtaining a management operation result corresponding to the managed management object, where the management operation result may be a query result obtained by querying the managed management object, or the management operation result may be a configuration result obtained by configuring the managed management object. And encapsulating the management operation result into a network management response message, and sending the network management response message comprising the management operation result to the network management equipment.
If the implementation manner of the multi-channel device is the implementation manner shown in (b) in fig. 2, after receiving the network management message, a certain management entity in the multi-channel device indicates that the network management message is sent to another management entity of the multi-channel device if the channel management identifier parsed from the network management message does not belong to the management category of the management entity, and at this time, the current management entity forwards the network management message to the management entity corresponding to the channel management identifier.
If the channel management identifier parsed from the network management message by the multi-channel device is a special channel management identifier (such as a preset identifier), the special channel management identifier indicates that the same management object on all channels is indexed, at this time, the multi-channel device should operate the same management object on all channels, and the operation results are aggregated and then encapsulated in the network management response message.
Step 106: the network management equipment receives the network management response message sent by the multi-channel equipment.
In order to facilitate understanding of the network management method proposed in the embodiments of the present application, the following detailed description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 6 shows an application scenario of a multi-channel bonding communication system, where a network architecture of the application scenario includes a network management device, a multi-channel device HB, a multi-channel device HM1, a multi-channel device HM2, a multi-channel device HM3, and a multi-channel device HM4. Assume that the network management device sends out a network discovery message every 5 seconds for discovering the managed HB and HM devices. The frame format of the network discovery message is shown in fig. 4, the destination MAC address is a broadcast address FF: FF, the operation code is fixed to 0xF8, and the data segment includes two parts, namely a response rule, a channel configuration parameter and a channel management identifier corresponding to the channel configuration parameter. The response rule defines that if the multi-channel HB device adopts the implementation (b) in fig. 2, the management entity with the minimum MAC address responds to the network discovery message, and the response rule indicates that the network discovery response message includes the number of management entities and corresponding physical identifiers of the multi-channel HB device, the number of channels of the multi-channel HB device, a center frequency point of each channel, information of the online HM device, and the like.
The configuration parameters of each channel comprise a central frequency point, a master-slave working mode and the like of each channel. In the multi-channel HB device, one channel needs to be selected as a master channel, and the remaining channels are slave channels. The master channel is used to transmit time synchronization signals to other slave channels to ensure time synchronization between the respective channels. The channel management identifier of each channel is an index indicating a channel, and a special channel management identifier may also be used to indicate indexes of all channels, and the special channel management identifier may be a preset identifier, such as 0x00.
Table 1 is a specific example of channel configuration parameters, in this example a multi-channel HB device includes 4 channels.
TABLE 1
The multi-channel HB equipment receives a network discovery message broadcasted by the network management equipment, and configures the central frequency point and the master-slave working mode of each channel according to the configuration shown in table 1. The multi-channel HB device selects the management entity with the minimum MAC address from the self-contained management entities according to the response rule contained in the network discovery message to respond to the network discovery message. The management entity sends a network discovery response message to the network management equipment according to the response rule, wherein the network discovery response message carries the number of the management entities of the multi-channel HB equipment, a corresponding physical identifier, the number of channels of the multi-channel HB equipment, a central frequency point of each channel and information of the online HM equipment.
The network management equipment receives a network discovery response message of the multi-channel HB equipment, and selects a source MAC address of the network discovery response message as an equipment management identification of the multi-channel HB equipment. The network management device sends a network management message to the multi-channel HB device, the frame format of the network management message is shown in FIG. 5, the device management identifier is a destination MAC address in the network management message, the channel management identifier is carried in an index TLV data structure, and the management object identifier is carried in a data TLV data structure. When the management object is global or independent of the channel, the channel management identifier in the index TLV can be ignored at the transmitting end and the receiving end, and any value is filled. Table 2 gives examples of three network management messages:
TABLE 2
The multi-channel HB device receives and analyzes the network management message, if the device management identification analyzed from the network management message is not in accordance with the multi-channel HB, the network management message is not sent to the device, and the message is discarded at the moment. If the channel management identifier parsed from the network management message by a certain management entity in the multi-channel HB device does not belong to the management category of the management entity, it indicates that the multi-channel HB device is another management entity that is sent to the multi-channel HB device, and at this time, the current management entity should forward the network management message to the corresponding management entity. If the channel management identifier analyzed from the network management message is the special channel management identifier 0xFF, the device should query the same management object on all channels, and package the query result into the response message of the network management message after summarizing the query result. And the multi-channel HB equipment encapsulates the query result of the network management message in a network management response message and sends the network management response message to the network management equipment.
